Abstract

The evidence of radicalism has been prevalent in society and has even infiltrated in formal or non-formal education institutions, their way of spreading radicalism through religious teachers, through units of extracurricular activities of religion or called spiritually as well as through books, guidebook. Therefore, to prevent or prevent the spread of radical understanding among the teachers of Islamic Education has a very strategic tool. In this discussion was raised about the idea of radicalism and what steps should be done by teachers of Islamic Education in facing and or preventing the idea of radicalism.

Abstract

Every citizen has the right to obtain education to higher education regardless of gender. However, in tertiary education for women there is still overlapping, because of the nature of women in the kitchen. Therefore there must be awareness from the public in viewing higher education for a woman. This study aims to describe the condition of women's education, describe the views of the community towards women with high education and describe the community's perception of the importance of higher education for women in Curahdringu Village, Tongas, Probolinggo. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is the community, the data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results obtained from this research: The condition of the education of women in the Curahdringu Village is predominantly pesantren graduates and women born in the 70s-80s on average only graduate from elementary school. However, now it has experienced developments with the construction of educational facilities and now there are female girls in Curahdringu Village starting to continue to university lecture, Society positively views highly educated women and hopes that they can apply their knowledge to society and There are still societies that perceive women as not important to be highly educated on the grounds of their nature in the kitchen, but many people who perceive higher education are important to women because someday they will become educators for their children.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal penting untuk menigkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia, namun kesadaran untuk menimba ilmu masih dirasa kurang terutama ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya motivasi. Disisi lain, dukungan dari pemerintah berupa sarana dan prasarana juga menentukan kualitas Pendidikan. Kondisi Pendidikan di Desa Sukorame bisa dikatakan masih minim. Dari hal tersebut Mahasiswa KKN berinisiatif mendirikan “Wirabimbel” yaitu rumah belajar dengan tujuan meningkatkan minat belajar bagi anak-anak di Desa Sukorame dari jenjang SD, SMP, dan SMK atau sederajat, hal ini dilakukan dengan memberdayakan SDM pemuda setempat yang dirasa mampu untuk membantu anak-anak belajar. Metode yang kami lakukan adalah service learning dengan tahap; perizinan, Praktik, Sosialisasi, dan Pendidikan Masyarakat. Salah satu dampak yang terlihat dari kegiatan “Wirabimbel” bagi anak-anak dan remaja di Desa Sukorame ialah Meningkatnya kesadaran anak – anak dan remaja Dusun Kaliputih akan pentingnya pendidikan dan memperdalam ilmu pengetahuan untuk masa depan

Abstract

Religious education with the concept of Islam Nusantara will be more accepted by society because it gives an understanding that the media used is part of oneself. The realm of Nusantara Islamic education is education in which there is Islam which focuses on maintaining local culture. According to Helmy Faisal Zaini, the practice of Nusantara Islamic education is pesantren education. So that the focus of this research is on the concept of education. The research method used is literature study. Sources of data can be obtained through books by Helmy Faisal Zaini as the primary source, and journals or papers as supporting data sources. Data analysis, the researcher uses Miles and Huberman's theory, includes three streams of simultaneous activity: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results obtained from Helmy Faisal Zaini's thoughts are that the roots of Nusantara Islamic education are pesantren, because pesantren are educational institutions that do not abandon regional traditions or local culture, and are also the development of science and culture with a religious dimension in the archipelago.

Abstract

AbstrakKuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Kelurahan Pekuncen telah berhasil menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk mengimplementasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam rangka memberdayakan masyarakat. Melalui berbagai program yang inovatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, KKN ini telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Program-program yang dilaksanakan, seperti sosialisasi Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL), kegiatan belajar mengajar di PAUD dan TK, serta pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis potensi lokal melalui sosialisasi NIB dan Sertifikasi halal bersama PC ISNU Kota Pasuruan sebagai legalitas usaha. Program-program tersebut telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Selain itu, program-program tersebut juga mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Kolaborasi yang erat antara mahasiswa, pemerintah kelurahan, tokoh masyarakat, dan berbagai pemangku kepentingan lainnya telah menjadi kunci keberhasilan KKN ini. Sinergi yang kuat ini memungkinkan terlaksananya program-program yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan. Hasil yang dicapai, seperti peningkatan legalitas usaha melalui penerbitan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), sosialisasi gerakan cuci tangan yang benar untuk mendukung program STBM (Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat), dan pengembangan produk kreatif berbasis bahan alami (Ecoprint), menunjukkan dampak positif yang nyata bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Pekuncen. KKN di Kelurahan Pekuncen tidak hanya memberikan manfaat jangka pendek, tetapi juga meletakkan fondasi bagi pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Program-program yang telah dilaksanakan telah memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan di masa depan dan menggali potensi lokal secara maksimal. Keberhasilan KKN ini membuktikan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dapat menjadi katalisator perubahan positif yang signifikan.

Abstract

Gus Dur's views on Islamic education are inseparable from his background as a santri (Islamic student), academic, and social and political observer. Amid the challenges of globalization and the tide of radicalism, Gus Dur's thoughts are relevant to further study as a basis for developing a moderate and contextual model of Islamic education. The method used is library research, where library research is a qualitative research method conducted with literature (libraries), in the form of books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Islamic education seeks to provide assistance to free humans from the oppression that suffocates them. Truly liberating education can only be implemented by those who are able to overcome their naivety and have a commitment to truly liberate. This study aims to describe the concept of Islamic educational thought from the perspective of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid and analyze the relevance of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid's thoughts to education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital technology greatly influences students’ moral and spiritual development. The rapid flow of information often decreases students’ spiritual awareness. This condition requires Islamic Education (PAI) teachers to apply effective strategies in instilling spiritual values. This study aims to describe the strategies of PAI teachers in internalizing spiritual values in the digital era. The research used a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that PAI teachers apply direct guidance, motivation, and student participation in religious activities while serving as role models through discipline and piety. Supporting factors include school support, worship facilities, and teacher collaboration, while obstacles include low student interest, social media influence, limited time, and lack of parental involvement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how the principal manages character education based on khalifatullah and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the principal's management in implementing character education based on khalifatullah is carried out through three main stages, namely planning, implementation, and supervision and evaluation. The planning stage includes the preparation of programs that integrate religious values, responsibility, and role models. The implementation stage is realized through habituation activities such as morning prayers accompanied by readings from the Qur'an and sholawat Busyro, mandatory literacy of reading the Qur'an for students, and the implementation of congregational Dhuhr prayers. Supervision is carried out through class reports, teacher evaluations, and teacher council forums. Supporting factors for this management include a religious school environment, exemplary teachers and school principals, and structured programs. Meanwhile, the obstacles include low student discipline, teachers' tight schedules, lack of parental support, and the influence of the school's external environment. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the principal's management plays an important role in realizing the character of students based on the concept of being a caliph, and its success is greatly influenced by the synergy between the school, family, and the students' social environment.

Abstract

The Hamlet Head Election is an important part of the practice of village democracy that demands transparent, accountable, and participatory implementation. However, in practice, various obstacles are still encountered, such as limited understanding of regulations by the committee, low democratic literacy of the community, and potential conflicts due to lack of information disclosure. This community service activity aims to accompany the implementation of the Hamlet Head Election in Wonokerto Village so that it runs transparently and accountably. The service methods used include socialization of hamlet head election regulations, technical assistance to the election committee, education to the community regarding the rights and obligations of voters, and monitoring and evaluation of the election implementation. The results of the activity show an increase in the committee's understanding of election procedures in accordance with the principles of village governance, increased community participation, and the implementation of more open and accountable election.Thus, this community service activity can have a positive impact on the implementation of more open and accountable elections, as well as creating a healthy and sustainable democratic climate at the village level.
