Abstract

The diversity of Indonesian society is reflected in the variety of ethnicities, religions, races, and social groups spread across the archipelago. Religious moderation is recognized as a key approach to addressing issues of radicalism and extremism. This study aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of the process of incorporating religious moderation values into the curriculum for students in the Islamic Education Management Department at IAIN Kerinci, Jambi Province. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was ensured through internal validity measures, including data triangulation, member checking, repeated observations at the research site, peer debriefing, involvement of informants in various stages of the research, and researcher bias clarification. The results reveal that the teaching style of lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) of IAIN Kerinci plays a crucial role in shaping students to become moderate, tolerant, and peace-loving individuals. Lecturers employ interactive and participatory teaching approaches, integrating religious moderation values into the curriculum using various instructional methods. Factors contributing to the internalization of these values among students include participation in extracurricular activities and campus organizations that promote interfaith dialogue, as well as involvement in social service activities with communities of different religious backgrounds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan perencanaan berbasis data di SMAN 5 Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan perencanaan berbasis data untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi manajemen di SMAN 5 Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini juga akan mengidentifikasi karakteristik kepemimpinan yang berhasil dalam implementasi perencanaan berbasis data, serta faktor-faktor pendukung dalam proses tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Narativ. Adapun yang menjadi sumber informasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunkan adalah Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMAN 5 Sungai Penuh telah berhasil menerapkan perencanaan berbasis data dengan efektif. Beberapa aspek utama yang mendukung kesuksesan ini antara lain kepribadian yang jujur dan integritas tinggi, pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang kondisi tenaga kependidikan dan peserta didik, serta pemahaman yang kuat terhadap visi dan misi sekolah. Kepala sekolah mampu mengambil keputusan yang tepat melalui pendekatan kolaboratif dan berbasis data, serta mengomunikasikan visi dan misi sekolah dengan jelas kepada seluruh stakeholder. Kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam implementasi perencanaan berbasis data. Keputusan yang mendukung peningkatan administrasi sekolah dan kualitas pendidikan dibuat dengan menggunakan data. Efektivitas dan efisiensi manajemen sekolah telah meningkat berkat penggunaan perencanaan berbasis data oleh kepala sekolah. Penggunaan data kehadiran dan kinerja guru, misalnya, dapat membantu menciptakan inisiatif pengembangan profesional yang lebih berhasil. Keberhasilan penerapan perencanaan berbasis data ini disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang transparan, partisipatif, dan berbasis data. Dukungan penuh dari staf pendidikan, partisipasi aktif kepala sekolah dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data, serta komunikasi yang baik dengan semua pemangku kepentingan dianggap sangat mendukung keefektifan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan perencanaan berbasis data.

Abstract

Manajemen peserta didik merupakan proses penataan, pengelolaan, pengawasan, pembinaan yang berhubungan dengan segala macam bentuk kegiatan dan aktifitas peserta didik di sekolah, dimulai dari sejak peserta didik tersebut masuk sekolah sampai siswa tersebut menamatkan pendidikannya. Proses manajemen terhadap peserta didik memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Maka dengan demikian diperlukan pembinaan dan penataan terhadap peserta didik guna mendukung dan membantu pembentukan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat secara mendalam bagaimana implementasi manajemen peserta didik di MTsN Pesisir Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa implementasi manajemen peserta didik di MTsN Pesisir Selatan sudah sesuai dengan indicator manajemen peserta didik, terlaksana seperti halnya, Analisis kebutuhan peserta didik dengan cata melihat kebutuhan jumlah siswa disandingkan dengan ketersedian sarana dan prasarana, dan juga tenaga pendidik. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi peserta didik, dengan membentuk panitia penerimaan siswa baru dan membuat strategi promosi madrasah ke masyarakat. Proses seleksi dilaksnakan melalui tes (tulis dan lisan) adapun materi yang diujikan yaitu pengetahuan tentang ilmu agama islam. Orientasi, orientasi yang dilaksanakan oleh madrasah bekerja sama dengan osis sekolah. Proses pengelompokkan peserta didik terlakasana siswa dikelompokkan sesuai dengan intelegences masing-masing siswa. Proses pembinaan dan pengembangan siswa terlaksana, siswa difasilitasi dalam bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

This community service activity entitled "Socialization of the Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum among Teachers at SDN 49/III Koto Baru Sanggaran" aims to provide opportunities and space for teachers at SDN 49/III to be able to discuss, understand and design teaching materials in the components The independent curriculum in elementary schools is in accordance with rules or standards that are adapted to the needs and abilities of each school. This activity is also carried out to increase the capacity of senior (old) teachers and young teachers in designing fun learning in the classroom. The implementation of service activities was motivated by the large number of schools that had not implemented this curriculum in its entirety, this was because teachers were shocked, overwhelmed, did not understand the independent curriculum, as well as the lack of socialization and training for teachers. The method used was a participatory discussion approach in socialization activities. The result was the seriousness, enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the teachers in understanding through the discussion process. Apart from being enthusiastic, the teachers also have the courage to design, create and design learning programs, this can be seen when the teacher is willing to show the learning program that has been prepared.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing children's love of learning by learning to read and write the Al-Qur'an in a fun way for the children of Nagari Riak Danau Tapan. The low interest in learning to write and read the Al-Qur'an that occurs in the current generation has motivated researchers to devote themselves to cultivating enthusiasm through developing science with the younger siblings of Riak Danau Tapan. This service effort aims to reduce and overcome the problems that occur among generations who have been far from religious education, the Al-Qur'an and religious sciences. The steps taken in this service are firstly observing how the children are in terms of background achievements, children's motivation and so on. This activity aims to analyze and provide and find appropriate solutions for the process of developing understanding of Al-Qur'an knowledge. Second, invite children to learn to write and read the Al-Qur'an using the method of learning while playing through tutoring or fun study guidance, third, carrying out activities to return to the surau, inviting children to take part in activities facilitated by Nagari by holding the Al-Qur'an in mosques. or MDA.

Abstract

This research aims to create optimal learning conditions and neutralize the situation if disturbances occur in the classroom during the teaching and learning process, especially at TPQ and SD Koto Anau Tapan. The method used is a qualitative approach through case studies. The data collection techniques used are 1. Documents 2. Interviews 3. Observation. The results of this research show that the lack of independence of students in learning activities indicates excessive dependence. The lack of a pleasant and conducive learning atmosphere and the extent of students' interest in learning at Koto Anau Tapan is unknown, which can affect their participation and achievement.
