Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perubahan barang bukti menjadi alat bukti dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual. Latar belakang masalah yang diangkat adalah tingginya angka kekerasan seksual yang sebagian besar dialami oleh perempuan dan anak-anak di Indonesia, serta tantangan dalam proses pembuktian yang sering kali menjadi hambatan bagi aparat penegak hukum. Pemerintah merespons dengan memperkenalkan Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 untuk memperbarui ketentuan hukum yang ada, khususnya terkait dengan alat bukti dan barang bukti dalam kasus kekerasan seksual. Perubahan signifikan yang diatur dalam undang-undang ini adalah dimasukkannya barang bukti sebagai alat bukti dalam proses peradilan, yang sebelumnya tidak diakui dalam KUHAP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perubahan status barang bukti menjadi alat bukti diatur secara jelas dalam Pasal 24 UU TPKS, yang memperkuat posisi barang bukti dalam sistem pembuktian hukum di Indonesia. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual memberikan pengakuan terhadap barang bukti sebagai alat bukti yang sah, sehingga mempermudah proses pembuktian dalam kasus kekerasan seksual, yang sering kali terkendala oleh kurangnya alat bukti konvensional. Abstract

The election of the OSIS chairman at SMK Al-Ikhlas Losari often influences subjectivity, so a goal-oriented system is needed to select the best candidate. This study applies the WASPAS method in a Decision Support System to broadcast OSIS chairman candidates based on criteria such as attendance, integrity, academic achievement, and health. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies, then processed using Microsoft Excel. The results of the WASPAS calculation yield a Qi preference value, which determines the ranking of candidates transparently. This system reduces subjectivity, increases efficiency, and ensures the selection of competent leaders, supporting the OSIS vision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency. The approach to this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that: (1) At the planning stage of academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it shows that the planning of academic supervision by the principal in improving teacher pedagogical competence can be said to be running well and also what has been planned has produced results and has been achieved optimally. (2) At the stage of implementing academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it shows that the implementation of supervision is as effective as possible so that it can be a solution to various deficiencies in problems related to educators in general. The principals of State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency can provide understanding and are able to carry out supervision. (3) At the stage of evaluating academic supervision through the implementation of training to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it was shown that the evaluation of academic supervision in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers.

Abstract

Pandangan Islam tentang manusia dan kehidupan terbentuk dengan asas harmoni dan gabungan antara indera, akal, dan hati yang beriman. Harmoni ketiganya itu merupakan pangkal epistimologis paling fundamental dalam filsafat Islam. Permikiran dengan penghayatan dimanfaatkan sebagai instrumen atau alat dalam melakukan riset berdasar kerangka epistimologis tersebut. Aktifitas berpikir dianggap sebagai sebuah tugas suci dalam Islam, dan berpikir adalah alat untuk melahirkan hidup yang progresif, yang terbentuk dengan cara menyerap nilai-nilai dari realitas. Pendidikan Islam harus menjadi proses mencetak “insan kamil” yang mampu memaksimalkan seluruh potensi dirinya. Lazimnya metode pendidikan harus mencerminkan nuansa integratif-interkonektif yang mampu merangsang berkembangnya potensi secara maksimal.

Abstract

This research examines the use of imperfect verbs in poems related to pride in the Diwan of Abu Firas al-Hamdani from a morphological and syntactic perspective. morphology focuses on the structure of the verb and its conjugations, while syntax focuses on its inflection. The study aims to identify poems related to pride that use defective present tense verbs in the Diwan of Abu Firas al-Hamdani. This research is a qualitative study with a desk-based design. The data consists of defective present tense verbs, and the sources of the data are poems related to pride in the Diwan of Abu Firas al-Hamdani, while the data collection methodology is based on documentation. The researcher found that the total number of defective present tense verbs in the poems related to pride in the Diwan of Abu Firas al-Hamdani reached 521 verbs. The researcher hopes that this research will be a useful reference for deepening the understanding of defective present tense verbs in terms of morphology and syntax, especially in literary works such as poems related to pride. She also hopes that this research will contribute to enriching educational material that helps clarify the subject of defective present tense verbs so that students can gain a deeper understanding of it. She also hopes that this research will serve as a reference for future researchers to conduct further studies, especially in analyzing other linguistic aspects in the poetry of Abu Firas al-Hamdani or other Arabic literary works.
