Abstract

The 3R-based waste management (reduce, reuse, recycle) carried out by children in Cot Mancang Village, Aceh Besar, has significant potential for replication elsewhere, thus requiring an in-depth study of its implementation. This community service aims to identify the social characteristics and participation capacity of children in Cot Mancang Village in waste management. It analyzes the children's perceptions of the health benefits of proper waste management. The service employs an educational approach and observation involving 20 school-aged children. The objectives of the service are to measure the level of understanding of children in Cot Mancang Village both before and after the socialization and to provide materials related to waste management. The results of the service show an improvement in the understanding of waste management among the children in Cot Mancang Village. This improvement is evident from the pre-test and post-test results conducted before and after the socialization. In conclusion, it is clear that socialization regarding waste management can enhance the children's understanding of proper waste management.

Abstract

Energy drinks contain one or more components the body can easily and quickly absorb to provide energy, with or without approved dietary additives such as caffeine. This study aims to analyze the caffeine levels in three branded energy drinks circulating in the district of Aceh Besar using spot-test and iodometric titration methods. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling, where selected samples of branded energy drinks were not registered with the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM). Based on the results of the spot-test analysis, the three energy drinks branded positively (+) contain caffeine. Through analysis of the iodometric titration method, the concentration was 195,43±2,03, 49,99±0,01, and 60,60±2,1 mg/serving, respectively. Only sample B has caffeine levels by SNI 01-6684-2002 and BPOM standards, which state that caffeine levels in energy drinks should not exceed 50 mg/serving and 150 mg/day.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas analisi peran guru dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini. Melalui pendekatan interaktif dan stimulasi yang tepat maka guru dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang merangsang imajinasi dan eksplorasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kreativitas yang ada pada diri anak usia dini tersebut. Dengan memahami perkembangan anak, guru dapat mengidentifikasi potensi kreativitas serta memberikan dukungan yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana strategi pengajaran efektif yang tepat dan dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk mengembangkan kreativitas anak usia dini untuk  menciptakan kreativitas yang baik dan benar bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

As an innovative learning media, the Utilization of Digital-Based Interactive Stories in Indonesian Language Lessons has become a necessity in the sophisticated learning process in this digital era. This article discusses the Utilization of Digital-Based Interactive Stories in Indonesian Language Lessons to improve student collaboration. This approach provides a solution to provide meaningful experiences for students with full involvement and student action and expression in Indonesian language lessons through strong visual and audio aspects as well as integrated challenges and rewards. Although digital-based interactive stories offer various benefits to motivate students in learning, their use in the classroom also faces challenges such as technology accessibility and integration into the curriculum. This article aims to explore more deeply the potential, challenges, and practical impacts of the use of digital-based interactive stories in improving the effectiveness of Indonesian language learning in the digital era. By understanding the importance of implementing this technology, comprehensive and in-depth research on this topic is needed to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor usaha yang memiliki peran penting terhadap perekonomian nasional. Berdasarkan beberapa kajian, UMKM merupakan penopang perekonomian negara dalam menghadapi krisis. Saat krisis ekonomi terjadi di Indonesia pada tahun 1998 yang lalu, banyak usaha berskala besar yang mengalami kebangkrutan, akan tetapi sektor UMKM terbukti tangguh dan memiliki daya tahan yang kuat dalam menghadapi krisis tersebut. UMKM selalu mampu bertahan di saat ekonomi dalam kondisi tidak baik. UMKM merupakan usaha yang produktif untuk dikembangkan untuk mendukung perkembangan ekonomi secara makro dan Mikro di Indonesia. Untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM perlu adanya sebuah strategi pemasaran yang menambah nilai jula produk tersebut ditengah para konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan observasi ditemukan sebuah peluang pemasaran yang dibutuhkan oleh popcorn Erkhan Banjarmasin yaitu belum adanya standardisasi produk seperti label Sertifikat Halal pada produk yang bersangkutan dan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim ini, dilakukan pendampingan kepada pihak popcorn Erkhan Banjarmasin dalam hal pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki efektivitas penggabungan ekstrak dari daun sawo (Manilkara zapota) dan daun kari (Murraya koenigii) dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli. Kedua tanaman ini dikenal karena khasiat fitokimianya yang kaya dan penggunaan obat tradisional. Penelitian ini menguraikan metode penyiapan ekstrak daun, termasuk aplikasi etnobotani, penyaringan fitokimia, dan tingkat aktivitas biologis terhadap E. coli. Ekstrak dari kedua daun menunjukkan sifat antibakteri yang signifikan, terutama saat diuji dalam kombinasi; rasio ekstrak 1:2 (sapodilla dan daun kari) menunjukkan aktivitas antibakteri tertinggi. Penyaringan fitokimia mengungkapkan adanya berbagai senyawa bioaktif seperti alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, dan terpenoid, yang berkontribusi terhadap efek pengobatannya. Akibatnya, temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak gabungan tidak hanya meningkatkan khasiat antibakteri tetapi juga menunjukkan efek sinergis antara kedua ekstrak herbal, menjadikannya kandidat potensial untuk agen antimikroba alami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kandungan flavonoid pada ekstrak Peperomia pellucida L. Kunth berdasarkan perbedaan polaritas pelarut. Penentuan kadar flavonoid dilakukan menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis dengan kuersetin sebagai standar. Ekstraksi sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode maserasi, di mana ekstrak etil asetat (EAE) menghasilkan ekstrak kental sebanyak 13,092 gram dengan rendemen 26,184%, sedangkan ekstrak etanol (EtE) menghasilkan ekstrak cair sebanyak 88,84 gram dengan rendemen 177,68%. Pengukuran dilakukan pada panjang gelombang 431 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol 70% memiliki kadar flavonoid yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ekstrak etil asetat, yang dikonfirmasi melalui analisis statistik menggunakan ANOVA (p < 0,05). Analisis regresi juga menunjukkan bahwa model EtE memiliki distribusi residual yang lebih baik dibandingkan EAE, menandakan hubungan prediktif yang lebih kuat. Pada model regresi EAE diperoleh nilai intercept sebesar 203,8095 (p = 0,02002) dan slope sebesar 0,07143 (p = 0,33333), yang menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel independen tidak signifikan secara statistik. Sebaliknya, model EtE menghasilkan nilai intercept sebesar 233,571 dengan slope nol, yang semakin menegaskan bahwa etanol lebih efektif dalam mengekstraksi flavonoid. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan pelarut dalam proses ekstraksi flavonoid dan menunjukkan potensi Peperomia pellucida sebagai sumber antioksidan alami, sehingga dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dalam terapi berbasis herbal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the community in maintaining and developing diversity and harmony in Gampong Peunayong, Banda Aceh City. Using qualitative research methods and a descriptive approach, this study collected data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the people of Peunayong Village have a strong commitment in preserving local cultural values and customs, as well as respecting the norms and customs that apply. existing customs. Interaction between ethnic groups, especially between the Acehnese and Chinese communities, is characterized by harmony and mutual respect, despite differences in cultural and religious backgrounds. Awareness of the importance of inter-religious harmony and diversity is the cornerstone of people's daily lives. This research also identifies the challenges they face in maintaining harmony, such as differences in viewpoints and the potential for conflict. The people of Gampong Peunayong are able to overcome these differences and build an inclusive society. It is hoped that these findings can provide insights for policy makers and the wider community in efforts to improve harmony and diversity in other areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze foreign debt, foreign investment and inflation in Indonesia's economic growth using multiple linear regression analysis. The scope of this research spans 32 years (1990-2021). The regression tool in this study used eviews-9 software. The results showed that the foreign debt variable had a positive and significant effect on the condition of Indonesia's economic growth, the foreign investment variable had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth and the inflation variable had no effect and was not significant on Indonesia's economy growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the profile and financial performance of one of the mining sector companies PT. Adaro Mineral.Tbk which is listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange). The main object of this research is PT. Adaro Mineral.Tbk. This study uses descriptive qualitative techniques and literature review. The results of this study are PT. Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk has increased in all aspects, including finance, but it is still said to be not good because the calculation results show that the company's ratio is still below the industry standard.
