Abstract

Child grooming is a form of sexual harassment that continues to develop because sexual harassment is often carried out directly by the perpetrator, and is often carried out through social media. The perpetrator manipulates Child Grooming by being kind and attentive so that the child believes that the person he has just met is a good person. In Indonesia, Child Grooming is a new type of crime, and is based on existing regulations. The method used in this study is normative legal research. The approach in the research utilizes a legislative approach. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. In the normative law research that is being carried out, the data collection method is by conducting a bibliographic study. The act of Child Grooming is a form of sexual crime that uses minors as targets. Although the Child Protection Law has regulated the protection of children, the existing articles are still limited in regulating obscene acts in general. And in the regulations in Indonesia there are 10 rules or articles that can be imposed on Child Grooming perpetrators.

Abstract

Cherry tomatoes (Solanum Lycopersium Mill) are horticultural crops that are rich in vitamins A and C. Cherry tomatoes are one of the prospective agricultural products in Indonesia and have a higher economic value. Planting media is defined as a place where plants live according to their life requirements. The combination of growing media has an effect on the growth and yield of cherry tomato plants. Charcoal husks or roasted husk charcoal can be used as a planting medium and has light characteristics, namely 0.2 kg per liter of rice, coarse texture so it has high air circulation. Besides charcoal, goat manure husks can also be used as a mixture of planting media. Goat manure contains nitrogen nutrients which are useful during plant growth. The aim of this study was to examine the response and differences in media treatment on the growth of cherry tomatoes. This study used a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with Goat Manure, Husk and soil as the medium which resulted in 7 treatments. Each treatment was repeated four (4) times, so that 28 experimental units were obtained, there were 224 plants. Obtained observational data will be analyzed using Analysis of Variance (Anova). If there is a significant difference, it will be continued with the 5% BNT Advanced Test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the application of various growing media on the growth and yield of cherry tomato plants.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that produce bags have significant potential for rapid growth in both domestic and international markets. The key lies in leveraging digital promotional media through mobile applications. These apps serve as an effective promotional tool that expands market reach, enhances interaction, and introduces products personally.This research analyzes the potential of mobile applications in the marketing strategies of bag-producing MSMEs, focusing on increasing brand awareness, competitiveness, and sales volume. The results show that mobile applications enable MSMEs to utilize various digital features such like e-commerce, location-based marketing, and push notifications to attract customers. Social media integration also facilitates more effective promotions and strengthens customer loyalty.However, challenges like limited resources and technological understanding among MSME players persist. Overall, utilizing mobile applications for digital promotion offers a great opportunity for MSMEs to expand their market, boost efficiency, and strengthen global competitiveness, provided they are managed strategically and adapt to digital technology

Abstract

To get perfect results in a lesson, what must be considered is the teacher's learning strategy concerned with students. All teachers want their students to be able to provide useful results for the nation and state. In this case, the researcher concludes that the teacher's strategy in motivating students to seek the blessings of knowledge is very effective and efficient by studying the book Hidayatul Muta'alim written by Father Yai H. Taufiqul Hakim (Peesantren Pondok Peesantren Darul Falah Amtsilati). Which is read by students at the beginning and at the end of the KBM (Teaching and Learning Activities), the Hidayatul Muta'alim Book is one of the first books he wrote that discusses students' manners in seeking knowledge which refers to the Ta'limul Muta'alim Book, which consists of three languages, namely Arabic, Javanese, and Indonesian. With this strategy over time the contents of the book will enter their subconscious. So a to be able to create a generation that is highly knowledgeable, noble, and virtuous. Abstrak Upaya mendapat hasil yang sempurna dalam suatu pembelajaran, maka yang harus di perhatikan adalah strategi pembelajaran guru yang bersangkutan pada peserta didik. Semua guru pasti menginginkan anak didiknya dapat memberikan hasil yang berguna bagi bangsa maupun negara. Dalam hal ini peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa strategi guru dalam memotivasi siswa untuk mencari keberkahan ilmu sangatlah efektif dan efisien dengan mengkaji kitab Hidayatul Muta’alim karangan dari Romo kiyai H. Taufiqul Hakim (Pengasuh Pondok Peesantren Darul Falah Amtsilati). Yang dibaca oleh para siswa di awal dan di akhir KBM (Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar), Kitab Hidayatul Muta’alim adalah kitab salah satu karangan beliau yang pertama kali yang membahas tentang adab siswa dalam mencari ilmu yang merujuk pada Kitab Ta’limul Muta’alim, yang terdiri dari tiga bahasa, berupa bahasa arab, bahasa jawa, dan bahasa indonesia. Dengan strategi inilah seiring berjalannya waktu isi dari kitab tersebut akan masuk ke dalam alam bawah sadar mereka. Sehingga mampu menciptakan generasi yang berilmu tinggi, berahklak mulia, serta berbudi luhur.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Instagram as a medium for self-existence among Communication Science students of Mulawarman University class of 2021. Using a qualitative approach, this research examines how students utilize Instagram to build their identities, strengthen self-confidence, and obtain social recognition in the digital era. The findings indicate that Instagram features such as photo and video uploads, likes, and comments become the main instruments for expressing self-existence and constructing a desired self-image. Through these features, students can shape and present versions of themselves that reflect how they want to be viewed by others. Instagram allows them to share achievements, lifestyle choices, and personal interests as part of their identity performance. The study also finds that such activities often help students gain appreciation from peers, expand their social networks, and enhance their sense of belonging within online communities. However, the use of Instagram is not without negative implications, as it can generate social pressure to appear perfect, create anxiety due to constant comparison with others, and lead to dependence on validation from likes and comments. Despite these challenges, Instagram remains a significant platform for self-expression, creativity, and interaction. Overall, this study concludes that Instagram functions not only as a social networking site but also as a space for identity construction and digital self-affirmation in modern communication practices.

Abstract

Maysa Fashion merupakan salah satu brand busanamuslim di Indonesia yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2013. Merekini berfokus pada bidang penjualan busana syar’i modern danberlokasi di Pusat Mode Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia.Data penjualan pada tahun 2021 menunjukkan bahwa MaysaFashion cenderung tidak mencapai target penjualan yang telahditetapkan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara laintingkat heart share yang rendah, program komunikasi pemasaranyang kurang optimal, serta keterbatasan media penjualan.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi untuk mengetahuialternatif solusi terkait dengan aspek product, place, promotion,dan branding dengan tujuan untuk merancang strategipositioning yang kuat dan membantu Maysa Fashion bersaingdengan kompetitor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatanperceptual mapping, yang bertujuan untuk menggali penilaiankonsumen terhadap Maysa Fashion serta memahami bagaimanabrand ini diposisikan dalam pikiran konsumen dibandingkandengan brand pesaing serupa. Metode multidimensional scaling(MDS) dan analisis SWOT akan digunakan untuk memperolehinformasi yang lebih komprehensif tentang bagaimana brandproduk Maysa Fashion dinilai oleh konsumen dalamperbandingan dengan brand pesaing lainnya. Hasil daripenelitian ini adalah pemetaan tujuh brand busana muslimdengan sepuluh atribut. Hasil perceptual map menggambarkankompetitor Maysa Fashion dan atribut yang menjadi dasarstrategi perbaikan positioning brand Masya Fashion. Abstract

Ketersediaan persediaan operasional seperti formulir, buku simpanan, dan dokumen cetak merupakan komponen penting dalam menjaga kelancaran layanan administrasi pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP). Namun, kebijakan Reorder Point (ROP) statis yang umum digunakan belum mampu mengakomodasi fluktuasi permintaan serta variasi lead time, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan stockout maupun overstock. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan ROP adaptif sebagai alternatif yang lebih responsif terhadap dinamika operasional KSP XYZ. Metode yang digunakan meliputi simulasi Monte Carlo selama 365 hari dengan 100 replikasi, yang membandingkan empat skenario pengendalian persediaan: ROP statis, Moving Average, Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA), dan pendekatan berbasis tingkat layanan (service level-based). Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan menggunakan indikator service level, total biaya pengadaan, dan frekuensi stockout. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan ROP adaptif, khususnya model service level-based, mampu meningkatkan service level dari 91,3% menjadi 97,4% serta menurunkan total biaya pengadaan sebesar 12,4% dibandingkan kebijakan statis. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi kebijakan ROP adaptif dengan data historis ERP dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengadaan serta kualitas layanan, dan dapat menjadi rekomendasi implementatif bagi koperasi dalam mengembangkan sistem pengendalian persediaan yang lebih cerdas dan berbasis data
