Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline variables on the performance of employees in the head office of PT. Panasonic, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with associative research. The research sample consists of 53 people, selected using the Slovin formula from the total population. This study uses a simple random sampling method, with data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis is conducted using data quality analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing, processed with IBM SPSS software version 27. The results of the study show that, partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, both compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan data sekunder dari Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Provinsi Jambi digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan pemerintah kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jambi dari tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Tingkat desentralisasi, ketergantungan keuangan, kemandirian, dan rasio efisiensi belanja digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerjanya. Dalam penelitian ini, data sekunder dari Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) yang telah diaudit digunakan untuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan berbagai pola kinerja keuangan, termasuk tingkat desentralisasi yang tinggi pada sebagian besar pemerintah daerah, tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah yang rendah dengan pola hubungan instruksional, tingkat ketergantungan keuangan daerah yang tinggi, dan penggunaan belanja yang umumnya efisien. Abstract

Internships are a practical learning experience for students in government agencies and other sectors. However, the administrative process often faces challenges, particularly in terms of efficiency and order. This research was conducted in a government agency, focusing on the design of a web-based internship registration information system. The problem encountered was that the internship administration process still required many manual steps, potentially causing verification delays and suboptimal information delivery. To address these issues, this study employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, with the main stages being requirements planning, design, implementation, and system testing. Data were collected through literature studies, observations, and system requirements analysis using the SWOT and PIECES approaches. The objective of the research was to design a prototype system capable of supporting an integrated internship registration process, from participant registration and application submission, document verification, to application status notification. The results showed that the designed system was able to improve administrative efficiency, accelerate communication between related parties, and provide transparency to interns in monitoring application status. With this system, it is hoped that agencies can reduce administrative problems and provide more effective and structured internship services.

Abstract

In the current era of rapid digital transformation, information systems play an essential role in enhancing the efficiency and operational effectiveness of any organization, which is the precise focus of this research conducted at the Central Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). The study's objective was to design a website-based employee absence system to digitally streamline and facilitate the previously manual processes of submitting leave applications, permit requests, and resolving attendance issues. The core problems identified were significant delays in the administrative process and a heavy reliance on physical documents, leading to overall inefficiency and vulnerability. To address these critical challenges, the research utilized the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which strongly emphasizes speed of development and active user involvement across three main phases: requirements planning, system design, and prototype construction. The necessary data was gathered through direct field observation and informal interviews conducted with the Human Resource Development (HRD) department and employee representatives. The tangible outcome of this research is a functional web-based system prototype design that offers key features, including the ability to download application forms for leave requests, permit requests, and attendance problem forms digitally. This innovative system is expected to substantially increase the work effectiveness of the HRD team, drastically minimize the consumption of physical documents, and provide greater convenience and autonomy for all employees in accessing and obtaining the necessary administrative documents independently and promptly

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Ricakusuma Lestari Abadi di tengah penurunan produktivitas 15% akibat kompensasi tidak kompetitif dan disiplin lemah. Tujuannya menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan variabel tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif survei dengan regresi linier berganda via SPSS 25, populasi seluruh 62 karyawan di Jakarta Pusat diambil sebagai sampel jenuh. Instrumen kuesioner Likert 5 skala divalidasi (r-hitung > 0,254) dan reliabel (Alpha > 0,80). Hasil menunjukkan kompensasi (β=0,322, t=4,280, sig.<0,01) dan disiplin kerja (β=0,391, t=4,863, sig.<0,01) berpengaruh positif signifikan, simultan F=36,369 (sig.<0,01), R²=41,7%. Kesimpulan merekomendasikan peningkatan kompensasi dan disiplin untuk tingkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan, meski terbatas pada dua variabel dan sampel kecil.
