God's justice is not that He follows the laws of justice predetermined, but that it means that God is the source of justice. Justice is not a measure of God's deeds, but His deeds are a measure of that justice. As for the Mu'tazilah, they have a different opinion. They argue that justice is an independent essence. According to them, Allah will carry out all His deeds by following the standard of justice because He has the nature of Wisdom and Justice. Al-Qur'an reveals the manifestation of Allah's justice through its verses.

The problem of this research is how are the obstacles and management solutions for facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putri Islamic boarding school. This study aims to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putri Islamic boarding school and to find out the obstacles and solutions for the management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putri Islamic boarding school. This study uses a field research approach (Field Research), namely data collection is carried out in the field. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative research. In the data collection process, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods found at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putri Islamic boarding school. In analyzing the data, the researcher used the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models which included data reduction, display data, conclusion drawing/verification data. The research findings inform: That the obstacles to management of facilities and infrastructure at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putrin dayah are lack of funds, lack of human resource capabilities, and limited facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process. And the solutions for management of facilities and infrastructure at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putrin Islamic boarding school are: (1) analyzing the needs of the Islamic boarding school by having a lot of deliberations with the teachers in the Islamic boarding school so that future HR capabilities are given more attention and these facilities and infrastructure are useful and beneficial for the Islamic boarding school in supporting the learning process. (2) identify the needs of the dayah either through direct control or through input and reports received from staff, teachers and students.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING TIKTOK TO IMPROVE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILLS Rahmah, Mawaddatur

Speaking is an essential competence for vocational high school students because it supports academic communication and future workplace demands. This study examined whether TikTok-based instruction produced a significant difference in the speaking skills of tenth-grade Digital Business students compared with conventional instruction. A quantitative quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group was employed. The sample consisted of 38 students selected through purposive sampling, including 18 students in the experimental group and 20 students in the control group. Students completed procedure-text speaking tasks assessed primarily on accuracy and fluency. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk test, Levene’s test, a homogeneity-of-regression-slopes test, and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Both groups improved after instruction. The experimental group increased from a mean pretest score of 81.94 to 86.11, whereas the control group increased from 74.25 to 82.50. However, after controlling for initial speaking ability, the group effect was not statistically significant (p = .747), while the pretest significantly predicted posttest performance (p = .001). The findings indicate that TikTok did not outperform conventional instruction under the conditions of this study, although it still provided opportunities for repeated practice, self-evaluation, and feedback. TikTok is therefore more appropriately positioned as a supplementary medium supported by structured tasks and sustained teacher guidance.
