Abstract

The entrepreneurship development program aims to foster and assist students who already have a business or are just starting a business so that their business develops and is sustainable. Business development and business sustainability of students are highly expected because many businesses have been carried out by students with very interesting ideas and creativity, but the business carried out did not last long for various reasons of busy completing college, thesis and others. Their problems are limited manpower, lack of cooperation with partners and unsustainable marketing. The method of implementing entrepreneurship development program activities for students is to provide socialization of activities, provide training in Human Resource Management, Financial Management, online marketing, use of the UDB Market place, workshops on making web designs followed by mentoring, business visits, and business bazaars to introduce products. The result of this Entrepreneurship Development Program activity is to make 20 student tenants have independent and growing and sustainable businesses. Abstract

Era reformasi mengharapkan terwujudnya tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Kinerja Pemerintah daerah dalam implementasi kebijakan atau politik desentralisasi, yang dianggap sebagai bentuk pemerintahan yang yang baik (Good Governance) yang memprioritaskan pelayanan publik. Implementasi nilai-nilai good governance menjadi unsur penting dalam mendukung terwujudnya tujuan pemerintahan daerah di antaranya kinerja di kelurahan. Adapun tujuan penelitian yaitu mendapatkan informasi bagaimana pelaksanaan, penerapan, kendala dan harapan masyarakat akan pentingnya  Good Governance di Kelurahan Manahan Kecamatan Banjarsari. Sampel dan populasi penelitian ini adalah Lurah dan Pegawai Kantor Kelurahan Manahan. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan kajian pustaka yang terkait, observasi langsung dan wawancara terhadap pelaksanaan Good Governance di Kantor Kelurahan Manahan. Analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif secara deskritif disertai penjelasan hasil wawancara sebenarnya terhadap tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Penerapan Good Governance dalam di Kelurahan Manahan sudah diterapkan yaitu memberikan pelayanan publik terbaik kepada warga tanpa biaya dengan Kelurahan pelaksanaan kinerja antara lain : mantab kejujuran, kedisiplinan, organisasi, gotong royong, serta pelayanan. (2)  Tidak menemukan kendala yang berarti dalam penerapan Good Governance di kantor kelurahan Manahan. (3) Penggunaan teknologi informasi dengan media sosial Whattsapp memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses segala informasi pelayanan publik. (4) Harapan masyarakat Good Governance di Kelurahan Manahan ditingkatkan, terutama pemenuhan pelayanan publik khususnya bentuk pengurusan administrasi birokrasi.Kata Kunci: Penerapan, Good Governance, Kendala, Harapan, Kelurahan

Abstract

Inventory management is one of the efforts to maintain the operational continuity of a company. This study aims to determine the most optimal raw material inventory control using the Just in Time (JIT) method for research objects at PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya in Klaten Regency which produces various pipe fittings. Data collection through direct interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study showed that the JIT method was able to make inventory costs as efficient as Rp. 1,429,297 with the original cost of Rp. 2,468,087 to Rp. 1,038,790. Another result of this study states that the frequency of purchases using the Just in Time method is more efficient than company policy.

Abstract

Productivity is one component that must be owned by a company to achieve the goals that have been set. One of the reasons companies find it difficult to achieve their goals is low employee productivity. Therefore it is necessary to make an effort to increase employee productivity because productivity can describe the level of efficiency of employees at work. So this study aims to determine what factors influence work productivity at PT. Putra Nugraha Sentosa and how to increase work productivity. This type of research is quantitative because it uses data that requires calculation and uses qualitative analysis to describe the data that has been obtained so that the data will be clearer. To analyze the author's data using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial test (T test) assisted by using the SPSS program. The results of this study obtained that all items in the study could be declared valid and the 5 variables in the study could be declared reliable. Multiple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = 29.252 + 0.302X1 + 0.318X2 + 0.446X3 + 0.467X4 + e. Then from the results of the partial test (T test) it is known that the variables of work discipline, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

The current business development is quite rapid, especially in the coffee shop business so that the competition between businesses is also increasing, so there is a need for a strategy to attract consumers. The 7P marketing mix strategy is a strategy that can increase product sales by increasing product competitiveness in order to get maximum profit on target. This study aims to determine the marketing mix strategy, as well as the variables that can influence consumer buying interest at the Dodolan Coffe coffee shop. Data collection through interviews, questionnaires, observation and literature study. The results of the study from 95 respondents obtained that from the F test the marketing mix variable 7P simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Dodolan Coffe products of 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value was 66.947 > F table 1.86. Other results using the T Test on the decision to buy Dodolan Coffee products, there are 3 variables (People, Promotion, Process) that are influential so that it must be considered, then there are 4 variables (Place, Product, Price, Physical Evidence) that have no effect so they are not a top priority in increasing consumer purchasing power.

Abstract

Demand forecasting is one of the company's efforts as a basis for making strategic business continuity decisions. The condition of fluctuating demand makes the stock in PT. Margo Mitro Joyo becomes excess or runs out. Based on conditions it is necessary to forecast the demand for LKS. So that stock buildup that occurs at PT.Margo Mitro Joyo can be overcome. From the problems above, the purpose of this research is to find out the number of forecasting requests for Student Worksheets (LKS) in the next period. The analysis was carried out using 2 time series methods , namely weight moving average and single exponential smoothing. So obtained for demand forecasting respectively 971,025.62 and 994,421.12. and then determined by taking into account the smallest error value.

Abstract

Machines play a crucial role in a production process, highlighting the need for maintenance to ensure their proper functioning. The methods employed include Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and distribution determination. The repair times for each CMYK component are as follows: the bearing component requires 93.541 hours or 4 days, Griver needs 163.235 hours or 7 days, the seal requires 195.349 hours or 9 days, the linner pen needs 248.803 hours or 10 days, and the ink tank needs 260.123 hours or 11 days.

Abstract

In the current era, the development of the creative music industry in Indonesia is so fast where competition between the creative music industries is getting tougher every day. This does not only apply to large companies, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) but also participating in the competition. This study aims to apply the marketing mix to increase sales of Dimdim Musik guitar products in Baki, Sukoharjo. The results of this study are that there are 2 influential variables, namely price variables, promotion variables and 5 variables that not affect product sales, namely place variables, people variables, product variabels, process variabel, physical evidence variabel.
