Abstract

A company will progress and succeed if it can have human resources who believe and feel attached to the company. In every company, employees have the right to receive what they need, such as compensation and trust. It must be given by the company considering that employees will work well and feel bound to the company where they work so that they give all their abilities. Problems regarding employees who feel attached to the company are often experienced in companies such as e-commerce companies in Bandarlampung. The lack of employee attachment to the company makes it difficult for the company or organization to work well and maintain the best human resources that the company has. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and trust on employee engagement in e-commerce companies in Bandarlampung. The method used to collect data in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data collection method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The analytical tools in this research are multiple linear regression analysis and t-test. The study's results indicate that compensation (X1) and trust have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement (Y). The effect of trust on employee engagement is greater than the effect of compensation on employee engagement. Managers of e-commerce companies in Bandarlampung City can provide employees with excellent and appropriate compensation and trust. Employees must continue to increase the courage to act, be creative, identify and take advantage of opportunities, and innovate the company's progress. Abstrak Suatu perusahaan akan maju dan mencapai suatu tahap keberhasilan jika mampu memiliki sumber daya manusia yang percaya dan merasa terikat dengan perusahaan tersebut. Dalam setiap perusahaan, karyawan memiliki hak dalam menerima apa yang menjadi kebutuhannya seperti kompensasi dan kepercayaan, dan ini harus diberikan oleh perusahaan mengingat karyawan akan bekerja dengan baik dan merasa terikat dengan perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja sehingga memberikan seluruh kemampuan yang mereka miliki. Permasalahan mengenai karyawan yang merasa terikat dengan perusahaan banyak dialami dalam suatu perusahaan, seperti perusahaan yang berkecimpung di dunia e-commerce atau jual beli online di Bandarlampung. Kurangnya keterikatan karyawan terhadap perusahaan membuat perusahaan atau organisasi kesulitan untuk bekerja dengan baik dan mempertahankan sumber daya manusia terbaik yang perusahaan miliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan pada Perusahaan e-commerce di Bandarlampung. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi (X1) dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan (Y). Pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap keterikatan karyawan lebih besar daripada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Manajer perusahaan e-commerce di kota Bandarlampung dapat memberikan kompensasi dan kepercayaan yang baik dan tepat kepada para karyawan serta karyawan harus terus meningkatkan keberanian untuk bertindak, berkreasi, mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan peluang, serta memiliki inovasi-inovasi demi kemajuan perusahaan. Abstract

Opini audit going concern yang diterima suatu perseroan memperlihatkan adanya suatu masalah yang dapat menngakibatkan kecurigaan  auditor akan kesinambungan hidup perseroan. Riset ini bertarget akan menganalisis pengaruh solvabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, terhadap penerimaan opini audit going concern. Purposive sampling dipakai sebagai teknik pemilahan sampel riset yang mencapai 68 perseroan manufaktur. Metode analisis data yang dipakai yaitu analisis logistic regression. Populasi riset ini yaitu perseroan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018 berpopulasi 141 perseroan. Hasil riset yang diperoleh adalah debt to asset dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap opini audit going concern. Dan ukuran perusahaan dan quick ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan opini audit going concern.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and company size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The data used is sourced from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the website www.idx.co.id and has been selected based on predetermined criteria. The population used in this study were manufacturing companies, totaling 214 companies, using purposive sampling, the samples obtained were 40 companies. With this research, it is hoped that it can become a science to help further researchers as well as students or the general public who need a source of information. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), and company size (SIZE) have a significant effect on dividend policy (DPR) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

Indonesia's computer retail industry is becoming increasingly competitive due to rapid technological advancements and evolving consumer preferences. PT Griyacom, a computer retail company in Bandar Lampung, faces challenges in sustaining its competitiveness amid these market dynamics. This study examines the business strategies adopted by PT Griyacom to enhance its competitive advantage using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was gathered through in-depth interviews with company management, direct observations, and document analysis, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PT Griyacom has implemented various business strategies, including improving customer service, expanding product diversification, and utilizing digital marketing. However, the company still faces challenges such as intense price competition and the need for greater technological innovation. Based on these findings, this study offers strategic recommendations for PT Griyacom to strengthen its market position by optimizing digital marketing efforts, enhancing operational efficiency, and reinforcing product differentiation.

Abstract

Kajian bertujuan menginvestigasi bagaimana Audit Capacity Stress, Sifat Machiavellian, Kompetensi Auditor, dan Love of Money mempengaruhi Perilaku Disfungsional pada Audit di Kantor Akuntan Publik Medan. Hasil dari pengkajian SEM (Structural Equation Model) memaparkan bahwasanya Audit Capacity Stress, Sifat Machiavellian, Love of Money mempengaruhi secara positif substansial terhadap Perilaku Disfungsional Audit, sementara Kompetensi Auditor mempengaruhi secara negatif substansial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan Audit Capacity Stress, Sifat Machiavellian, Love of Money dapat meningkatkan Perilaku Disfungsional Audit, sedangkan peningkatan Kompetensi Auditor dapat menguranginya. Penelitian memiliki implikasi praktis bagi Kantor Akuntan Publik dalam pengembangan pengelolaan stress audit, meningkatkan kompetensi auditor, dan mengurangi perilaku disfungsional audit. Penelitian ini juga menyumbang pemahaman teoritis tentang hubungan antara variabel tersebut.

Abstract

The growing concern over educated unemployment in Indonesia has strengthened the role of entrepreneurship education as an alternative career pathway for university students. Yet many students who successfully initiate ventures during entrepreneurship programs struggle to sustain their entrepreneurial involvement afterward. This study aims to examine how Attitude Toward Entrepreneurship Education (ATEE) and Environmental Factors (EF) influence the Continuance of Entrepreneurship Engagement (CEE) among participants of the Wadhwani Ignite Program at Universitas Lampung. A quantitative approach was applied through a structured questionnaire distributed to 219 valid respondents, followed by validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, and multiple regression analysis. The findings show that both ATEE and EF significantly affect CEE, with EF demonstrating a stronger and more consistent influence. Students reported meaningful learning experiences and increased motivation from the program, yet many discontinued their ventures due to limited access to funding, mentoring gaps, and the absence of long-term institutional support. Descriptive results also reveal a gap between students’ desire to pursue entrepreneurship and their confidence in sustaining the businesses initiated during the program. The regression model explains 30.7% of the variation in CEE, underscoring that while educational attitudes contribute to entrepreneurial persistence, environmental support becomes the decisive factor in sustaining student ventures. These results highlight the need for universities to reinforce entrepreneurial ecosystems beyond classroom instruction.

Abstract

This study examines how role models and social media influence alertness to business ideas among Generation Z in Bandar Lampung. Alertness to Business Ideas (ABI) is an early-stage entrepreneurial capability that enables individuals to notice, interpret, and evaluate information that may develop into potential opportunities. This research aims to determine whether exposure to role models and engagement with social media significantly strengthen ABI among young individuals. A quantitative approach was used, involving 150 valid responses collected from Generation Z participants. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, and multiple linear regression with a Bootstrap resampling procedure of 5000 iterations. The findings show that respondents reported high perceptions of role models, strong social media engagement, and high levels of alertness to business ideas. The regression results indicate that both role models and social media have a significant positive effect on ABI, with role models demonstrating the stronger influence. The model explains 45.6 percent of the variance in ABI. These findings suggest that role models and social media both play important roles in shaping alertness to business ideas among youth. The study implies that strengthening students’ exposure to entrepreneurial role models and enhancing access to informative digital content may further develop their ability to notice, interpret, and evaluate potential business opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik bisnis keluarga terhadap resiliensi bisnis pada UMKM berbasis keluarga di Kota Bandar Lampung, serta menguji peran family relationship sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 pelaku UMKM keluarga yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik bisnis keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi bisnis. Selain itu, karakteristik bisnis keluarga juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap family relationship. Selanjutnya, family relationship memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi bisnis. Namun demikian, hasil pengujian efek tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa family relationship tidak berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara karakteristik bisnis keluarga dan resiliensi bisnis. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa resiliensi UMKM keluarga di Kota Bandar Lampung lebih dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh kekuatan karakteristik bisnis keluarga dibandingkan oleh family relationship. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM keluarga agar lebih memperkuat karakteristik internal usaha, seperti keterlibatan keluarga, orientasi jangka panjang, dan nilai-nilai keluarga, sebagai strategi utama dalam meningkatkan resiliensi bisnis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi secara teoritis dalam memperkaya kajian bisnis keluarga, khususnya terkait peran family relationship dalam konteks UMKM di negara berkembang.
