Abstract

This research uses an endogenous latent variable of excellent quality service and exogenous variable of work motivation and work discipline of employee at Balai PSDA Region II Seputih Sekampung. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the excellent quality service. The analytical tool used in this research is structural equation modelling analysis. Based on the result of calculation using analysis tool found that exogenous latent variable of work motivation has no direct positive effect on the exogenous variable of work discipline. The exogenous latent variable of work motivation has no direct positive effect on the endogenous variable of excellent quality service. The exogenous latent variable of work discipline has a direct positive effect on the endogenous variable of excellent quality service. The findings of the comparative research results of these two variables, explaining that exogenous latent variables of work discipline give greater influence than exogenous latent variable of work motivation toward endogenous variable of excellent quality service.Keywords: excellent quality service, discipline, motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu. Kata kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to explore the effect of personality, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The study sample was 208 employees who worked at retail companies in Lampung. Data collection conducted using a questionnaire, and the data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results showed that personality, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has the most influence compared to personality and emotional intelligence. The suggestion of this research is to increase employee confidence, be able to think well in response to every situation, have a sense of tolerance to better understand coworkers 'emotions, and pay attention to employees' ability to manage their work plans so that maximize their work and completed on time. Abstract

At present, almost all companies in the world are trying to build a different and sustainable value by increasing assets that cannot be measured by money, such as human resources, technology and organizations. Because of this, the ability of Indonesian resources needs to be improved continuously. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of psychological contracts and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of PT. Sari Segar Husada, South Lampung. This study uses a sample of 277 respondents. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple regression with the SPSS program. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis, that is Psychological Contracts, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sari Segar Husada, South Lampung. Suggestions for PT. Sari Segar Husada, South Lampung, is an improvement on the psychological contract part of the organization or company by increasing incentives or benefits according to employee workload. Companies can seek to increase organizational commitment to every employee by encouraging and motivating employees, as well as fostering a sense of solidarity within the company so that it can spur employees to keep competent employees in the company. Abstrak Pada saat ini hampir seluruh perusaahan di dunia berusaha untuk membangun nilai yg berbeda dan berkelanjutan dengan cara meningkatkan aset yg tidak dapat di ukur dengan uang, seperti sumber daya manusia, teknologi dan organisasi. Oleh kerena itu kemampuan sumber daya Indonesia perlu di tingkatkan secara terus menerus. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrak psikologis dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dengan jumlah sampel 277 responden. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang di ajukan, yaitu Kontrak Psikologis dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan. Saran bagi pihak PT. Sari Segar Husada Lampung Selatan adalah perbaikan pada bagian kontrak psikologis dalam organisasi ataupun perusahaan dapat dengan meningkatkan insentif ataupun tunjangan sesuai beban kerja karyawan. Perusahaan dapat megupayakan peningkatan komitmen organisasi pada setiap karyawan dengan memacu dan memotivasi karyawan, serta menumbuhkan rasa solidaritas dalam perusahaan sehingga dapat memacu karyawan untuk tetap mempertahankan karyawan berkompeten dalam perusahaan. Abstract

The millennial generation has begun to enter and dominate the workplace in Indonesia. In 2020, the year the demographic bonus started, millennial generations were in the age range of 20 years to 40 years. This age is the productive age which will be the backbone and can provide the best contribution for the company. One of the elements that influence the company's success in achieving company goals is the presence of employees who are committed to the company. Millennial generation employees are known as job hoppers and like to change jobs every 12 to 18 months. Previous studies also found that millennial employees still have a moderate adversity quotient and a higher level of work stress than the previous generation. This study aims to determine the effect of adversity quotient and occupational stress on organizational commitment. The samples of this research were 200 Millennial employees of BUMN (State-owned enterprises). Sampling method non-probability with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the adversity quotient (X1) has a significant positive effect and occupational stress (X2) has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment (Y). Keywords: Adversity Quotient, Occupational Stress, Organizational Commitment, Millenials ABSTRAK Generasi milenial sudah mulai banyak memasuki dan juga mendominasi dunia kerja di Indonesia. Pada Tahun 2020, tahun dimulainya bonus demografi, generasi milenial berada pada rentang usia 20 tahun sampai dengan 40 tahun. Usia tersebut adalah usia produktif yang akan menjadi tulang punggung dan dapat memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi perusahaan. Salah satu faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan adalah adanya karyawan yang berkomitmen terhadap perusahaan. Karyawan generasi milenial dikenal sebagai job hoppers dan suka berganti pekerjaan setiap 12 hingga 18 bulan. Berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya ditemukan juga bahwa karyawan milenial masih memiliki tingkat adversity quotient yang tergolong sedang dan tingkat stres kerja yang lebih tinggi dari generasi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adversity quotient dan occupational stress terhadap komitmen organisasi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 orang. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan BUMN Generasi Milenial. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adversity quotient (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan dan occupational stress (X2) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y). Abstract

Pendapatan perkapita masyarakat kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang kuat harus didasarkan potensi wilayah yang ada. Desa Fajar Baru kabupaten Lampung Selatan dijadikan tempat pengabdian masyarakat, dimana desa ini masih banyak masyarakat yang bermata pencaharian utamanya bertani, dengan pendapatan dari hasil usaha tani selama ini masih rendah yang disebabkan oleh pengetahuan petani sangat rendah didalam mengelola hasil pertanian/ peternakan, dan juga menghadapi resiko yang relative besar dari aspek profitabilitas yang sulit diprediksi karena kesulitan dalam memasarkan produksi perternakan dan harga yang menjadi kendala yang mempengaruhi usaha pertanian/peternak. Tujuan Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pengetahuan manajemen agribisnis dan mengembangkan usaha ternak di desa Fajar Baru.Hasil Pengabdian diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta, hasil skor nilai rata-rata pre-test 44,0 dan nilai skor rata-rata post test 72,5. Hasil dari melakukan penyuluhan ini adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Selama kegiatan pengabdian berjalan lancar dan berhasil baik, terlihat dari sikap antusias peserta mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan dan diskusi dan peningkatan pengetahuan dari hasil evaluasi yang diberikan kepada peserta.

Abstract

Purpose: This study seeks to determine the influence of job satisfaction and work engagement on PT Golden Sari Lampung employees' performance. In principle, every company always expects its employees to work optimally to increase profits and help accelerate the achievement of other organizational goals. Someone with a high work engagement will tend to show the best performance because they enjoy their work. Employees who have an attachment to their work will certainly show enthusiasm and dedication and fully concentrate on work so that employees can show their best performance in doing their job. Research methodology: This study's data collection method used a Likert scale questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and f-test. Results: This study's results indicate that job satisfaction positively affects performance, and work engagement positively affects performance. Limitations: The factors that affect employee performance used in this study are only the variables of job satisfaction and work engagement. At the same time, many other variables can be factors that affect the performance of employees of a company. Contribution: The company should be open to every aspiration conveyed by employees and provide opportunities for them to express opinions in decision-making. It is done so that employees feel more influence over what happens to the company. In addition, the management of PT Golden Sari Lampung should foster a sense of kinship and emotion toward the company so that employees feel comfortable and full of concentration in every job.

Abstract

Purpose: To increase waste bank management science of knowledge  for members in the Melati Jaya cooperative and to improve and develop waste bank business management at the Melati Jaya cooperative. Method: This activity uses a participatory approach by involving partners in carrying out the stages as described in the activity road map. This activity is carried out by providing education on waste bank management. In the stage of counseling the service team and partners to improve management knowledge, skills and waste bank management. Result: Evaluation of the pre-test and post-test in the delivery of material to the participants of the Melati Jaya cooperative were an increase of 14 percent. The results of this increase in average score indicate an increase in the knowledge of cooperative members participating in training on waste bank management, and continue to motivate participants to continue choosing organic and inorganic starting from households because it can increase income economically.

Abstract

The trend of increasing educated unemployed people is an indication of low entrepreneurial interest. From the demand, the unemployment rate is related to the number of job opportunities available in the global era. Meanwhile, from the supply, the unemployment rate is a number of qualified workers in Indonesia. Responding today and future business world competition which relies more on knowledge and intellectual capital, in order to become the nation's competitiveness, development of young entrepreneurs needs to be directed at a group of educated (intellectual) people, namely students. Entrepreneurship education has been developed in almost all universities in Indonesia with very varied process at creating entrepreneurship. This study took a population of all students at the Unila with sample of 154 respondents. This research is included the research design of a causal study that proves a causal or relationship's influenced and affects between entrepreneurial learning, career planning and entrepreneurial interests. results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship learning methods that are applied effectively in the university environment can affect students' interest in entrepreneurship. This study also shows the existence of good career planning can affect student interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, good entrepreneurship learning and career planning are needed to entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Purpose: To provide knowledge and advocate the Purworejo community for the importance of digital marketing and the availability of adequate facilities to implement it, helping to market their products online and develop their businesses to achieve maximum profit. Additionally, it aims to enable them to withstand market competition. Methodology: The focus group discussion (FGD) approach was used to conduct FGDs with business stakeholders in Purworejo village to discuss, exchange ideas, and formulate better business development steps. Training and Mentoring are also implemented for business stakeholders in BUMDES and SMEs to enhance managerial and marketing skills. Results: The research results indicate the success of educational activities in enhancing participants' knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and content. Although there is still room for improvement, this education has shown a positive impact on equipping participants with relevant skills and insights in the era of digital marketing and Industry 4.0 revolution. Limitations: The limitation of this service lies in the participants' infrastructure, in which each participant is not proficient in using digital tools. Furthermore, this service's limitation is only focused on the conventional-to-digital transition process and content creation, without delving deeper into monitoring the development of targeted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The hope for the future is to continuously enhance and optimize this educational program to support the development of participants in facing the challenges of an increasingly digital and competitive business world. Contribution: This service is beneficial to the community, as it assists Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in harnessing digital media in the region, unlocking its potential to enhance family income and boost the local economy.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to ascertain how the employee engagement dimensions affect the directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII's employees' performance. The information gathered from 136 respondents in the sample was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data research is analyzed using the t-test and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the vigor, devotion, and absorption dimensions.
