Abstract

Water guava (Syzygium Samarangense) was a popular plant in Indonesia because it was fresh and sweet. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of the number of shoots of the upper stems and height of the rootstock at the shoot graft on the percentage of growing water guava. The method used in this study was a completely randomized design, factor into one rootstock length, namely 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm. and the second factor was the number of buds on the scion, namely 2, 3, and 4. The results showed that there was a significant interaction in the treatment combination of the number of 4 buds on the upper stem and the length of the rootstock 15 cm at 35 days after grafting affected the growth percentage and growth in the number of leaves and length of the scion.

Abstract

Tanaman labu air (Legenaria siceraria.) merupakan salah satu jenis sayur -sayuran yang dikenal hampir setiap negara. Tanman labu air lama kelamaan semakin banyak dibutuhkan karena kandungan gizinya. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman labu air yaitu dengan olah tanah yang optimal, pemberian pupuk, dan perawatan tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh aplikasi dosis pupuk filter press mud  pertumbuhan dan produksi mentimun. Pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai pada Bulan Desember 2020 sampai Maret  2021 di Desa Ngadiluwih, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Rancangan perlakuan ini terdiri dari 1 faktor dan 4 ulangan. Faktor perlakuan dosis pupuk sebanyak 6 level yaitu 0,5 kg/tan, 1 kg/tan, 1,5 kg/tan, 2 kg/tan, 2,5 kg/tan dan 3 kg/tan kemudian masing-masing dosis diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil pengamatan dapatkan pengaruh yang sangat nyata pada aplikasi pupuk filter press mud pada pengamatan panjang tanaman dan jumlah daun pada semua umur pengamatan atau pada fase vegetatif tanaman labu air. Potensi hasil berat buah per tanaman terbaik adalah pada dosis perlakuan B5 yaitu penggunaan dosis pupuk 2.5 kg/tanaman

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat di PT Ayo Tani  Berjaya merupakan kebutuhan dalam mengembangkan UMKM dan memliki potensi untuk berkembang. Permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat adalah PT Ayo Tani memiliki industri kerupuk yang bahan bakunya tepung tapioka yang telah produksi perlu peningkatan aneka produk sebagai bahan campuran untuk pembuatan bakso dan tahu bakso. Tujuan pelatihan adalah tranfer IPTEK khususnya pengolahan bakso dan tahu bakso untuk skala industri. Metode nya adalah sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada karyawan sekitar 10 orang di lokasi pabrik pengolahan. Hasil olahan diuji organoleptik, di kemas dan diberi labeling  dan ijin produksi serta di pasarkan secara on line , off line dan pada saat ada pameran inovasi produk di Kabupaten Kediri. Analisa sensori meliputi rasa, aroma dan kenampakan.  Kesimpulannya uji bakso :  90 % sangat menyukai rasa, 10 % menyukai,  85 % sangat menyukai aroma dan 15%  menilai suka,  80 % sangat suka kenampakan dan 20 % menyukai.  Tahu bakso : rasa sangat disukai 87%, menyukai 13%, Aroma sangat disukai 80%, suka 20%, Kenampakan sangat disukai 70%, suka 30%.

Abstract

Gambas contain vitamins  A, B, C,  and nutrition Ca, P, Fe, and fiber. The provision of nutrients from inorganic species has an effect that can lead to a decrease in plant fertility, increasing dependence on an ongoing basis, efforts to improve agricultural cultivation techniques, and organic fertilization. Research in Purworejo Village, Tulungagung. The method used was Randomized Block Design, with two factors. Factor (I) is Petroganic fertilizer with three levels (P), and factor (II) is the concentration of POC Nasa with three levels denoted (N) 3 repetitions so that there are 27 treatment plots. The results showed that there was no interaction between Petroganic administration and Nasa LOF, significant effect was with the addition of 12 tons/ha (P3) of Petroganic fertilizer had the highest average value of 792,750 gr. on the weight of the gambas. With the addition of 8ml/L (N3) Nasa LOF, the highest fruit weight was 778.17 gr, fruit length was 35.35 cm.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi konsentrasi dan waktu aplikasi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair HANTU yang terdiri dari 4 level, yaitu 0 ml/liter air, 2 ml/liter air, 4 ml/liter air dan 6 ml/liter air. Faktor kedua adalah Waktu Aplikasi pupuk organik cair HANTU yang terdiri dari 3 level, yaitu 5 HST, 10 HST dan 15 HST. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan tabel Anova. Berdasarkan hasil analisa sidik ragam menunjukkan tidak adanya interaksi antara Konsentrasi dengan Waktu Aplikasi pupuk organik cair terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan diameter batang tanaman jagung di semua umur pengamatan, namun pada faktor tunggal Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair menunjukan pengaruh terhadap variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun tanaman jagung. Tinggi tanaman terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan konsentrasi 6 ml, dan jumlah daun terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan konsentrasi 6 ml. Sedangkan pada variabel diameter batang tanaman tidak menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan. Pada variabel pengamatan fase generatif menunjukan adanya interaksi sangat nyata antara Konsentrasi dengan Waktu Aplikasi pupuk organik cair terhadap berat 1000 biji. Berat 1000 biji terbesar ditunjukan oleh perlakuan kombinasi konsentrasi 6 ml dengan waktu aplikasi 15 HST dengan nilai 332.267 gr. Sedangkan pada variabel panjang tongkol, berat tongkol berklobot dan berat tongkol tanpa klobot hanya menunjukan pengaruh pada faktor tunggal Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair.

Abstract

Soka jawa atau Ixora javanica merupakan genus tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae yang memiliki lebih kurang 500 spesies. Soka merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman hiass yang berbatang perdu dan berbatang kecil tetapi kokoh dengan percabangan yang banyak. Perbanyak vegetatif tanaman soka menggunakan metode stek batang atau cabang dari indukannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh panjang batang stek dan pengaruh zat pengatur tumbuh terhadap pertumbuhan awal stek batang soka jawa. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai pada Oktober 2023 sampai pada Desember 2023. Penelitian kali ini dilakukan di Desa Purwokerto, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih, Kabupaten Kediri Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah rancang acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah panjang batang stek P1:10 cm, P2:15 cm, P3:20 cm dan faktor kedua zat pengatur tumbuh Z1:Rootone-F, Z1:ekstrak bawang merah, dan Z3:nature stek yang terdiri dari di ulang sebnyak 3 kali data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan sisik ragam Anova. Jika terjadi perbedaan yang nyata antar perlakuan maka diuji lanjut menggunakan BNT 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi interaksi yang sangat nyata antara kombinasi perlakuan panjang batang stek dan zat pengatur tumbuh pada parameter pengamatan panjang tunas, jumlah tunas dan panjang akar.

Abstract

Drip irrigation system is one of the solutions to irrigation problems. Drip irrigation applies direct water supply to plant roots. The use of drip irrigation that has been widely used is usually separate from the fertilization or fertigation system. The obstacles that usually occur are blockages in the emitter due to non-homogeneous nutrients and sedimentation. The use of a venturimeter is one solution in fertilization in a drip irrigation system. Fertilizers or nutrients that are distributed in a drip irrigation system have difficulty in determining the right dose due to the mixing of water and fertilizer/nutrients that occurs in the installation pipe. The purpose of this reasearch is to create a design or construction of a venturimeter placement that makes it easier to determine the right fertilizer dose in a drip irrigation system. This research method uses an experimental method with 1 variable, namely the design or design of the venturimeter placement with 2 variables, namely V1: Direct method, V2: Bypass method, with 5 repetitions. The observation variables in this study were the average uniformity of the emitter discharge, the average discharge at the venturimeter input, and the pressure at the venturimeter output. The results obtained were that in the observation of the average uniformity of the CU, the average discharge uniformity reached 98%, while the average output and input venturimeter discharges produced.

Abstract

ATomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) is a popular fruit vegetable and has many important roles in fulfilling nutrition. Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) is a type of vegetable that is very popular among the public. Tomato production in Indonesia in 2017 was 747,577 tons/year. In 2018 the production of tomato plants decreased to 707,601 tons/year. In 2019, tomato production increased to 995,636 tons/year. In 2020, tomato production will increase to 1,015,636 tons/year. To maintain this production, better cultivation techniques are needed. To increase tomato production, one of which is setting the spacing, which is also one of the commonly used cultivation techniques in order to obtain optimal spacing in terms of specific properties for different types of plants. To increase tomato production, apart from setting the spacing, the use of mulch, one of the efforts that can be done is to choose mulch as a good ground cover. Mulch plays a role in reducing the rate of evaporation of water and nutrients. This research will start from February 2021 to May 2021. Located in Uniska Land, Manisrenggo Village, Kota Kediri District, with an altitude of ± 100 meters above sea level, tropical climate with an average temperature of 28˚C and the type of sandy loam soil with a soil pH of 6 ,5. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with two factors. The first factor is the spacing with 3 levels symbolized (J) and the second factor is mulch with 3 levels symbolized (M) which was repeated 3 times with 27 treatment plots. The data obtained from the observations on each variable were entered into a table for the F test to be performed using the variance method (ANOVA). If there is a real or very real interaction from each treatment, the comparison test is carried out using DMRT Level 5% and BNT Level 5%. The results of this study showed that there was an interaction between the treatment of plant spacing and the type of mulch on the variable height of the plant when the age of observation was 21 Hst, namely J1M0 53.75 cm. In the single treatment plant spacing, there was a significant effect on the observation variable for the number of fruit (J3) 50 x 60 cm, namely 24.4 fruit and the fruit weight variable for planting (J3) 50 x 60 cm, which was 1016.70 g. While the single treatment of mulch type had a significant effect on the variable number of fruit (M1) black silver mulch which was 26.42 pieces and fruit weight per plant (M1) silver black mulch was 1164.43 g and fruit weight per plot (M1) silver black mulch 16.22 kg. When converted to hectares the most effective J2M1 53.77 tons.
