Abstract

Based in the observation, there are some athletes doing the mistake in servicing.It can be found in doing out service, hold on the net and serve on no target. It was caused by the strength of holding and flexibility waist. The purpose of the research to find out the significance of the strength of holding and toward athletes service slice of PTL UNP. The research was the correlation. The population of the research was correlation. The population was all UNP PTL, consisted of 35 students and the sample of was 30 % by using purposive sampling. They were 20 men. Data collection used handgrips dynamometer test and Hewitt tennis achievement test and analyzed by using simple and couple product moment. The result of the research used determination coefficient. The results of the research show that 1. There was asignificance correlation between the strength of holding (X1) and service slice on target. 2. There was the significance correlation between flexibility waits (X2) and service slice on target. 3. There was the contribution between X1 and X2 toward Y itwas 32%.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the researchers saw the low level of passing accuracy of the Singa Muda school football players (SSB). This research is a quasi-experimental research method followed by looking at the contribution of variable X to variable Y. The population in this study were 18 Singa Muda Football School (SSB) players using the Purposive Sampling technique. This research was conducted at Rambah Muda DU-SKPD football field with the method of pair passing training using the inside of the foot and taking a kick and holding the ball test. In this study, the data analysis used was the normality test analysis using the Lilliefors method, homogeneity and hypothesis testing using the t test. From the results of the analysis of the hypothesis testing of the measurements carried out on the pre-test and post-test with the same test, namely kicking and holding the ball, statistical calculations were carried out according to the formula used (t test) obtained tcount 3,249 >ttable 1,740, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. These results mean that there is an effect of pair passing exercises using the inner legs on the passing accuracy of Singa Muda Football School Players (SSB). The conclusions in this study are as follows: Paired Passing Exercises Using the Inner Legs have a Significant Effect on the Passing Accuracy of Singa Muda Football School Players (SSB) .

Abstract

Background Problems: The world of sports and gaming has witnessed a significant transformation in recent years. Esports, which refers to competitive video gaming, has gained immense popularity among individuals of all ages. This article explores the perception of health and sports education pre-service teachers on esports, specifically focusing on Mobile Legend, PUBG Mobile, Crossfire, and Valorant as potential future professional careers. Research Objectives: The purpose of this research is to know the perception of health and sports education pre-service teachers on eSports as a future professional career. Methods: This study uses a mixed method to collect data through quantitative (questionnaire) and qualitative (focus group interviews) methods. There were 116 people with different backgrounds to fill out the form. The instruments used were a questionnaire and a discussion guide. The first instrument that was used was a questionnaire using a g-form, followed by discussion. The data analysis used Miles dan Huberman technique. Findings and Results: As a result, about the health and sport education pre-service teacher perception through esports, Mobile Legend placed first as the most played esports, followed by PUBG Mobile, Crossfire, and Valorants in the last place. 88.8% said that esports can be a professional career, with some of them already making money from playing the game. 94.82% of players playing esports are only for entertaining or filling free time, but most of them, especially the Mobile Legend players, understand the rules and the strategy to win the game. About 50.9% of online game addiction behaviours may occur among adolescents. Conclusion: As a conclusion, pre-service physical education teachers’ perceptions show that they believe that esports can be a potential career pathway.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of pliometric training and tabata training on the ability of T-kicks of pencak silat walet puti extracurricular students of SMP N 1 Ujungbatu. The method used in this research is experimental. Data collection was carried out using experiments using normality tests with the liliefors method to determine the effect of pliometric training and tabata training on the ability of Walet Puti Pencak Silat Extracurricular T-Kick at SMP N 1 Ujungbatu. Data testing in this study using the normality test with the liliefors method, with the acquisition of the value Tcount = 19.082 for pliometric training and Ttable = 22.002 for tabata training with the test results tcount (0.216) < ttable (1.833) where it can be concluded that the tabata training method is more effective than pliometric training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Student Learning Interest in Tennis Sports Education Sports and Health at Pasir Pangaraian University. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at Pasir Pangaraian University Sports and Health Education. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires about student learning interest in tennis of sports and health education at Pasir Pangaraian University. The type of data analysis uses data analysis techniques using percentage techniques and data processing by determining the number of interval classes and the length of the interval class in weighting following Sturges' rules. The results of this study indicate that students' interest in learning tennis is obtained as many as 3 people (8%) are in the very high category, 10 people (26%) are in the high category, 14 people (36%) are in the medium category, 7 people (18%) are in the low category, and 5 people (13%) are in the very low category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Minat Olahraga Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dalam Pembelajaran Olahraga Di Sekolah Luar Biasa Karya Bakti Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau.. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 14 orang siswa dari 44 siswa berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Luar Biasa Karya Bakti Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau. Untuk mendapatkan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Instrumen atau alat pengumpulan data berupa angket yang berisi sejumlah pernyataan-pernyataan yang harus dijawab oleh responden untuk mengetahui informasi tentang minat siswa berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Luar Biasa Karya Bakti Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau. Setelah dilakukan penyebaran angket Analisis Minat Siswa Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Dalam Pembelajaran Olahraga Di Sekolah Luar Biasa Karya Bakti Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau, maka diperoleh data yakni: Nilai tertinggi (maximum) adalah 26,0 sedangkan nilai terendah (minimum) adalah 13,0 dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) sebesar 19.4 dan standar deviasi (SD) sebesar 3.4. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif di atas, maka minat siswa berkebutuhan khusus Dalam Pembelajaran Olahraga di  Sekolah Luar Biasa Karya Bakti Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau masuk kategori Sedang dan Rendah
