Abstract

Abstract – The task of Army Aviation Operations is carried out in remote areas where airport services are still minimal, the process related to refueling for pilot helicopters is an obstacle in carrying out the pilot's main tasks. So, we need tools to make the process more effective. This research uses a method that will obtain quantitative data for research to prove the hypothesis. The method is known as the Development Life Cycle Waterfall Diagram and experimental research. Currently still using a hand pump, therefore it is necessary to have a tool that is portable and uses an electric pump. specifically for fuel which is controlled by Arduino and the android application as input for a filling command and can store charging data. In this case the tool system uses supporting components, namely batteries, Bluetooth hc 05, 5v relays and flow sensors. With the research on portable pump tools, the process can be more efficient than hand pumps. When refueling the helicopter, it is enough to enter the charging value from the android application, the charging is already running, and the charging data is stored in the android file.

Abstract

One of the problems the aircraft industry faces is equipment that has decreased performance in the period before planning. The solution to this condition is that a material that has hard properties and is corrosion-resistant is needed. Aluminium is a metal that is applied as equipment in the industry because it has the characteristics of being light, strong, corrosion resistant and easy to shape, but has properties that are easy to deform, have low hardness and wear resistance. Anodizing process has the characteristics to improve the surface properties of aluminium metal in physical and mechanical properties. The anodizing process of aluminium metal using sulfuric acid solution produces a thicker oxide layer than in other solutions, such as phosphoric acid solution. This research studied the effect of phosphoric acid concentration on process efficiency, oxide layer thickness, and the hardness of the anodized oxide layer in 16% sulfuric acid solution. Phosphoric acid solution concentration varied from 0; 0.5; 1;2;4; and 8% in 16% sulfuric acid solution at 5 Volts voltage or 1.12 A/dm2 current density with 25 minutes processing time. The results showed that the anodizing process in 16% sulfuric acid solution had the lowest efficiency of 19.3% after adding variations in the concentration of phosphoric acid. These conditions reached the optimum in 16% sulfuric acid solution with the addition of 1% phosphoric acid; 26.6 mg oxide mass; 50.33% efficiency; 90.48 mg/dm2 oxide layer thickness and 86.57 HV metal surface hardness

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran Strategic Power Leadership dalam memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Konsep Strategic Power Leadership menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan kekuatan strategis untuk merancang dan melaksanakan strategi yang efektif dalam memperkuat hubungan dengan karyawan, sehingga memperkuat loyalitas mereka terhadap partai.Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, termasuk wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif, untuk mendalami pemahaman tentang bagaimana peran Strategic Power Leadership "Grassroots" memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin partai yang menerapkan pendekatan "Grassroots" mampu membangun hubungan yang inklusif, adil, dan responsif dengan karyawan. Melalui komunikasi terbuka, keterlibatan aktif, dan perhatian terhadap kebutuhan individu, pemimpin partai dapat memperkuat loyalitas karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan mendukung.Kesimpulannya, peran Strategic Power Leadership memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek seperti visi yang inspiratif, keterlibatan aktif, keadilan, integritas, dan komunikasi terbuka, pemimpin partai dapat memperkuat hubungan dengan karyawan dan memastikan kesetiaan mereka terhadap partai politik. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemimpin partai dalam membangun tim yang solid dan terlibat dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi politik mereka.
