Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pajak daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Nusa Tenggara Timur, serta untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh retribusi daerah terhadap PAD di wilayah tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji dampak kombinasi antara pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap PAD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak daerah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD, sementara retribusi daerah tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan yang diakibatkan oleh rendahnya penerimaan retribusi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti minimnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang retribusi, proses pemungutan retribusi yang kurang efektif, berkurangnya objek retribusi, pelaksanaan sanksi yang belum optimal, serta terbatasnya jumlah petugas lapangan. Secara keseluruhan, pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah secara bersamaan tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur mengoptimalkan penerimaan pajak dan retribusi daerah melalui kebijakan intensifikasi, meningkatkan sistem pemungutan berbasis teknologi online, serta memperkuat basis data terkait jumlah objek dan wajib pajak, serta mengidentifikasi pembayar pajak baru atau potensial secara berkala.

Abstract

Green marketing has become an important strategy for Islamic banking in facing changing customer preferences that are increasingly concerned about sustainability. The implementation of this strategy not only increases competitiveness but also strengthens the image and reputation of banks amidst the increasing demands for more responsible business practices. However, Islamic banking faces various challenges in implementing green marketing strategies, including regulatory constraints, investment, and customer awareness levels. This study aims to analyze the impact of green marketing strategies on customer loyalty in the Islamic banking sector and how this strategy can be used as a competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative approach by analyzing data from various sources, including previous studies, industry reports, and relevant literature. The data collected is then processed and analyzed systematically to identify patterns and factors that influence the effectiveness of green marketing in Islamic banking. The results of the study show that green marketing contributes positively to customer loyalty by increasing trust and emotional attachment to the bank. In addition, this strategy strengthens the competitiveness of Islamic banking compared to banks that still apply conventional approaches. However, to ensure the sustainability of its benefits, banks need to adapt to technological developments, increase transparency, and overcome obstacles that arise in the implementation of green marketing.

Abstract

The current technological development is very rapid, especially in the payment system which makes it very easy for people to transact and shift the function of cash to non-cash, which is in line with the development of the use of non-cash payment instruments launched by Bank Indonesia, namely the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) must receive more serious attention. The type of payment using QR codes makes payment transactions easier, faster and also safe for buyers and MSME actors. This study aims to find out how the Influence of Knowledge Perception, Perception of Convenience and Perception of User Attitude on the Decision to Use QRIS in MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Kupang-East Nusa Tenggara City. This study uses an empirical quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to the object of research, namely MSME actors in the Culinary Sector in Kupang-East Nusa Tenggara City who are using QRIS. This study uses primary data, namely through a questionnaire using a likert scale with a sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the tcal value for the Knowledge Perception variable (X1) is equal to the tcal. And then the data is processed with the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study partially show that Knowledge Perception, Perception of Convenience have no effect on the Decision to Use QRIS. As for the perception of user attitudes that have a positive and significant effect, MSMEs see that QRIS provides direct benefits, such as increasing sales, accelerating the payment process, or attracting more consumers who prioritize digital transactions, they will be more encouraged to use QRIS. In addition, MSMEs often need a fast and cost-effective way to pay. If the perception of users' attitudes towards QRIS is as a method that speeds up the transaction process without high costs, they will be more likely to choose QRIS as the primary payment option. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the ability of East Nusa Tenggara Regional Development Bank to make a profit and how much this company uses its funds to generate profits. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The analytical tools used in this study are Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, Operating Cost Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Loan to Asset Ratio, Primary Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio. The results of research based on the Profitability Ratio on ROA and BOPO in 2019-2022 show that the financial performance of Bank Pembangunan Daerah NTT can be said to be good. ROE has decreased from 2029-2022 which shows a less healthy state. The Liquidity Ratio on LDR and LAR from 2019-2022 shows a fairly healthy state. The Solvency Ratio on PR from 2019-2021 shows an unhealthy state and in 2022 it has increased significantly. Then DER from 2019-2022 shows a very healthy state.

Abstract

An adaptive and innovative organizational culture is crucial to the sustainability and competitiveness of organizations in the face of external and internal environmental changes. In this context, leadership plays a central role as the primary driver of transforming values and work behaviors. Challenges arising in the process of revitalizing organizational culture require leaders to actively shape a clear direction for change and motivate all organizational elements to participate. This study aims to examine how leadership acts as an agent of change in rebuilding an organizational culture that is more responsive to the demands of the times. This study uses a qualitative approach that allows for an in-depth exploration of leadership dynamics and the cultural transformation process. Data were collected through a literature review from various relevant sources and explained thematically. The results show that leaders who are able to strengthen work values that support innovation and shape an adaptive collective mindset make a significant contribution to the revitalization of organizational culture. Clarity in organizational direction and open communication have been shown to increase the spirit of renewal among employees. Thus, transformative leadership is an important foundation in creating an organizational culture oriented towards sustainable change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran Strategic Power Leadership dalam memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Konsep Strategic Power Leadership menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan kekuatan strategis untuk merancang dan melaksanakan strategi yang efektif dalam memperkuat hubungan dengan karyawan, sehingga memperkuat loyalitas mereka terhadap partai.Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, termasuk wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif, untuk mendalami pemahaman tentang bagaimana peran Strategic Power Leadership "Grassroots" memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin partai yang menerapkan pendekatan "Grassroots" mampu membangun hubungan yang inklusif, adil, dan responsif dengan karyawan. Melalui komunikasi terbuka, keterlibatan aktif, dan perhatian terhadap kebutuhan individu, pemimpin partai dapat memperkuat loyalitas karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan mendukung.Kesimpulannya, peran Strategic Power Leadership memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek seperti visi yang inspiratif, keterlibatan aktif, keadilan, integritas, dan komunikasi terbuka, pemimpin partai dapat memperkuat hubungan dengan karyawan dan memastikan kesetiaan mereka terhadap partai politik. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemimpin partai dalam membangun tim yang solid dan terlibat dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi politik mereka.
