Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran strategis kurikulum dalam pendidikan melalui empat aspek utama: (1) pengertian kurikulum sebagai inti dari perencanaan pendidikan, (2) kedudukan kurikulum sebagai landasan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan, (3) konsep dasar dan fungsi kurikulum dalam mengatur arah dan isi pembelajaran, dan (4) pentingnya evaluasi kurikulum untuk memastikan relevansi, efektivitasdan keberlanjutannya dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), data diperoleh dari sumber- sumber seperti jurnal dan bahan referensi yang relevan, buku Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk menentukan peran kurikulum dalam membentuk sistem pendidikan yang efektif, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum berfungsi sebagai panduan strategis dalam proses pendidikan, yang mencerminkan tujuan masyarakat dan beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan lokal dan global. Evaluasi kurikulum juga merupakan langkah penting dalam memastikan relevansi dan efektivitas program dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern.

Abstract

Flooding due to stagnant water accumulation often occurs when rainfall exceeds the drainage system's capacity or when the soil cannot absorb water quickly enough. One effective solution to address this issue is to enhance the soil's infiltration capacity through biopore technology. By installing biopores, communities can significantly reduce surface water accumulation, especially after heavy rains. This community service initiative aims to raise awareness and promote active involvement in environmental care among residents. Additionally, the program focuses on educating the community about the benefits and techniques for creating biopore infiltration holes through social engagement. The approach taken is based on Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), which prioritizes identifying and utilizing local community assets. The program consists of four main stages: familiarization, asset identification, planning, and implementation. These stages are structured to improve community self-sufficiency and well-being sustainably, engaging the villagers of Made as partners in the process. Overall, the initiative has led to positive outcomes regarding disaster preparedness and community welfare. It has successfully increased understanding of the importance of managing natural resources and the advantages of biopores. The active participation of community members in constructing biopores has resulted in a greater number of infiltration holes in residential areas and agricultural lands. To maintain the program’s sustainability, ongoing monitoring of the biopores and the availability of organic materials is crucial. Furthermore, replicating this initiative in other villages with similar challenges can broaden its positive effects on disaster readiness and community welfare.

Abstract

Desa Jaddung merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Pragaan dengan kepadatan penduduk mencapai 5.590 jiwa. Mayoritas penduduk di Desa Jaddung merupakan petani pisang, namun kebanyakan dari mereka belum mampu mengolah hasil panen pisang tersebut dengan baik. Saat panen pisang, bagian kulit biasanya hanya dibuang tanpa adanya pengolahan yang lebih lanjut, bahkan hanya dibuang sebagai limbah organik yang dapat menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan. Padahal kulit pisang memiliki berbagai kandungan, seperti karbohidrat, protein, dan vitamin yang dapat dimanfaatkan. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, kami menawarkan sebuah solusi untuk mengolah limbah kulit pisang menjadi produk yang dapat mengembangkan keanekaragaman pangan di Desa Jaddung, yaitu dengan mengolahnya menjadi stik. Dengan adanya Stik Kulit Pisang, permasalahan dalam hal pencemaran lingkungan akan teratasi dan juga pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang ada di Desa Jaddung akan lebih optimal. Kami mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan produk stik kulit pisang yang dilakukan bersama Ibu PKK (Penggerak Kesejahteraan Keluarga) dan juga masyarakat. Dalam pelatihan tersebut berisi tentang cara pembuatan, alat dan bahan serta manfaat yang akan diperoleh. Pelatihan tersebut berjalan dengan baik, serta masyarakat dapat mengetahui dampak positif dari pengolahan limbah kulit pisang, yaitu bertujuan agar tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan.

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a long-term metabolic disorder shaped by genetic, environmental, and lifestyle influences. Research in genomics reveals that single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in specific genes can elevate the risk of this condition and may lead to differences in how individuals react to diabetes medications, potentially positioning them as indicators for risk and treatment outcomes in personalized healthcare. This review aims to explore the contributions of SNPs in candidate genes, particularly TCF7L2 rs7903146, KCNJ11 rs5219, KCNQ1 rs2237892, SLC30A8 rs11558471, IRS1 rs1801278, CDKAL1 rs7754840, and MTNR1B rs10830963, contributes to the development of type 2 diabetes. responses to therapy, and their possible roles as clinical markers. A narrative review was carried out by searching literature on PubMed, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar using keywords like “type 2 diabetes mellitus,” “SNP,” and “pharmacogenomics.” English-language articles from 2015 to 2025 that examined connections between genetic variations and either disease risk or treatment responses in humans were included. The findings suggest that these polymorphisms largely impair beta-cell function or disrupt insulin signaling, increasing the likelihood of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Some SNPs are also tied to varied reactions to insulin-based drugs, although metformin typically demonstrates more uniform effectiveness across different genotypes. In summary, SNPs in candidate genes hold promise as tools for risk assessment and personalized treatment choices, but extensive, multi-ethnic prospective studies are essential before they can be integrated into standard clinical practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kesiapan profesional guru dalam mentransformasikan nilai-nilai pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Di tengah dinamika globalisasi, guru dituntut memiliki kesiapan profesional yang mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan nasional. SKI di MI memiliki karakteristik fundamental yang menekankan pada aspek keteladanan (uswatun hasanah) dan pengambilan hikmah (ibrah) melalui pendekatan konkret. Masalah utama yang sering muncul adalah model pembelajaran konvensional yang cenderung membosankan bagi siswa usia dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi transformasi nilai yang efektif memerlukan inovasi guru melalui penggunaan teknologi multimedia dan metode naratif-interaktif. Profesionalisme guru mampu mengubah peristiwa sejarah yang abstrak menjadi nilai-karakter yang terinternalisasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Kesimpulannya, kesiapan profesional guru yang adaptif terhadap teknologi dan kebutuhan siswa merupakan fondasi utama dalam menjamin keberhasilan transformasi nilai-nilai Islam. Sinergi antara keahlian teknis dan komitmen moral guru menjadi kunci untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki landasan moral yang kokoh.This study analyzes teachers' professional readiness in transforming values within the Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subject at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) level. Amidst the dynamics of globalization, teachers are required to possess professional readiness encompassing pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies to enhance the quality of national education. SKI at the MI level has fundamental characteristics that emphasize exemplary behavior (uswatun hasanah) and wisdom-based learning (ibrah) through a concrete approach. A primary challenge is the prevalence of conventional learning models that tend to be monotonous for elementary-aged students. The results indicate that an effective value transformation strategy requires teacher innovation through the use of multimedia technology and interactive-narrative methods. Professionalism enables teachers to transform abstract historical events into internalized character values in students' daily lives. In conclusion, teacher professional readiness that is adaptive to technology and student needs is the essential foundation for ensuring the successful transformation of Islamic values. The synergy between technical expertise and moral commitment is key to producing graduates who are not only intellectually competent but also possess a solid moral foundation
