Abstract

Dalam Islam, poligami dikenal sebagai poligini dan diatur oleh prinsip-prinsip yang ketat. Meskipun Islam memungkinkan seorang pria untuk memiliki lebih dari satu istri, aturan-aturan yang telah ditetapkan dalam syariah menekankan kewajiban kesetaraan perlakuan terhadap semua istri. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong Kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah: pendekatan normative (Syar’i), dan yuridis dalam memahami situasi apa adanya. Serta pendekatan social culture yang ada di kecamatan tempat penelitian berlangsung. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah masyarakat muslim di kecamatan Messawa dan pihak-pihak yang mengetahui permasalahan yang akan dibahas dan tokoh agama. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan masyarakat melakukan poligami adalah: 1) Faktor anak, 2) Faktor menaikan derajat seorang janda. Dampak positif dari poligami yang diungkapkan oleh masyarakat yaitu terhindar dari perbuatan zina, memperbanyak keturunan, melindungi para janda, terbutuhi kebutuhan sex suami. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya adalah 1) mendapat tekanan masyarakat, 2) Anak-anak merasa tersisih, 3) terbaginya kasih sayang suami. Pandangan hukum Islam tentang keadilan poligami yaitu mewajibkan suami berlaku adil terhadap istri-istrinya tanpa membedakan istri yang satu dengan yang lain, membagi nafkah dengan seimbang dan membagi kasih sayangnya kepada istriistrinya tanpa membedakan. Bentuk keadilan yang terjadi pada masyarakat muslim ialah seorang suami membagi waktu untuk istri-istrinya. Sebagian pembagian nafkah, waktu dan kasih sayang sudah adil , tapi banyak juga seorang suami belum bisa berlaku adil terhadap istri-istrinya mulai dari nafkah materi, kasih sayang dan waktu , karena pada hakikatnya manusia tidak bisa berlaku adil.

Abstract

Learning Arabic is not as easy as learning our first language, namely Indonesian or Bugis, Mandar, Makassar. Teaching foreign languages, especially Arabic, is different from other languages, because teaching Arabic prioritizes several skills, namely listening skills, reading skills, speaking skills and writing skills. This study aims to determine the influence of memorization methods in improving Arabic reading comprehension in grade X students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 (MAN 2) Polewali Mandar, Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This study involved two variables, namely the independent variable is the influence of the mufrodat memorization method while the bound variavel is the ability to read Arabic readings of learners. This type of research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were students of grade X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 (MAN 2) Polewali Mandar, with sampling techniques. Furthermore, the research instruments used were test sheets and questionnaires to determine the effect of the Mufradat memorization method in improving Arabic reading comprehension in grade X students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 (MAN 2) Polewali Mandar. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results proved that mastery in memorizing mufradat has a strong influence on Arabic reading skills as evidenced by a significant correlation between variable X (mastery of memorizing mufradat) and variable Y (skill in reading Arabic reading). This is proven by obtaining a value of 0.005 (0.000 < 0.005) the relationship is linear, which means that the higher the level of mastery of memorizing mufradat, the higher the ability to read Arabic readings in students

Abstract

In general, there are two patterns of inheritance distribution in Indonesia, based on Islamic and customary inheritance laws. This research specifically focused on the distribution of inheritance for men and women in Mandar by scoping the research area in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This research is an empirical legal study using the sociology of law approach. Data collection techniques were obtained through literature study and interviews. The results showed that the Mandar people who lived in Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi Province, considered that whether son or daughter earned the same sharing, there was no difference. The view that puts the same position between the two has influenced the legal treatment of inheritance. The distribution of inheritance in Mandar, especially for sons and daughters, was found in two patterns, namely, using Islamic inheritance patterns and customary inheritance patterns. This customary inheritance pattern is practiced in the form that they are no longer able to define, whether it is in the form of Islamic law or customary law, dividing the inheritance to their children to be managed by themselves, and some have shared the inheritance with their children, but the heir still manages the assets, and the house of the parents belongs to the youngest child, without distinguishing between the youngest son or the youngest daughter.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi menjadi sebuah hal yang tidak terelakkan dalam kehidupan saat ini begitu pula budaya organisasi. Perilaku seorang pemimpin dalam menjalankan kepemimpinannya menjadi salah satu indikator dari keberhasilan organisasi. Dalam menjalankan kepemimpinannya di era digital saat ini, seorang pemimpin patut mempertimbangkan etika-etika terkait integrasi teknologi dalam organisasi. Kepemimpinan rabbani meletakkan dasar kepemimpinan yang berpegang pada tauhid sebagai proses pertanggungjawaban yang berdasarkan pada pertimbangan moral. Tulisan ini memuat kajian konseptual terkait manajemen rabbani dalam kaitannya dengan gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan dan budaya organisasi di IAI DDI Polewali Mandar yang berbasis teknologi informasi dalam pandangan Islam. The development of technology and information becomes an inevitability in this lifetime as well as the organizational culture. A leader's behavior in carrying out its leadership is one indicator of the success of the organization. In carrying out its leadership in today's digital era, a leader should consider the ethics related to the integration of technology in the organization. Rabbani's leadership laid the foundation of leadership adhered to the tauhid as an accountability process that is based on moral values. This article contains conceptual studies related to Rabbani management in its relation to the leadership style and organizational culture in IAI DDI Polewali based on information technology in Islam perspective.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mensinergikan perkembangan teknologi dan mutu pendidikan, maka perlu adanya perubahan paradigma yang dilakukan oleh pendidik dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Pendidik harus mampu menguasai dan mengoperasikan teknologi infomasi serta diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Google sebagai salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang menyediakan layanan yang memungkinkan penggunanya melakukan aktivitas baik di komputer maupun smartphone memberikan kesempatan pada dunia pendidikan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang kontinuitas dengan diluncurkannya satu layanan yang disebut dengan Google Education / Google Suite (G-Suite). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan google classroom di IAI DDI Polewali Mandar dapat diterima dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut meskipun masih membutuhkan pembenahan dari sisi ketersediaan sumber daya pendukung. Abstract: In order to synergize the development of technology and the quality of education, it is necessary to change the paradigm by educators to implementing the learning process. Educators must be able to operate technology information and applied in the classroom. Google as one of the multinational companies providing services that enable users to perform activities both on computers and smartphones provides an opportunity for the education world to carry out continuous learning activities with the launch of a service called Google Education / Google Suite (G-Suite). It can be concluded that the utilization of google classroom in IAI DDI Polewali Mandar can be accepted and developed further although still need improvement from the availability of supporting resources.

Abstract

Learning in college is very urgent considering aspects of relevance and effectiveness. One strategy that becomes the trend of study is problem-based learning. Problem-based learning strategies are considered urgent and relevant to be applied in higher education, as an effort to trigger scientific exploration to foster critical and creative thinking skills. Problem based learning strategies should be based on research in order to have a systemic scientific structure, a strong, functional and implementative foundation in learning. The relevance and effectiveness of the implementation of problem-based learning strategies is designed with a management approach. Management breaks down the stages of problem-based learning strategies, including planning, implementation, and evaluation (assessment). Problem-based learning strategy planning includes the preparation of Semester Learning Plans (Rencana Pembelajaran Semester or RPS) that refer to the curriculum of study programs, establish learning outcomes, design teaching materials, analyze students, choose media, compile learning evaluation systems, and predict possible problems. All of them are designed with problem-based adapted from the results of the research. Implementation of problem-based learning begins with initial activities including attendance, apperception, orientation, and motivation, core activities include exploration, elaboration, and confirmation, and final activities including conclusions and assessments (evaluations). Evaluation of learning includes program assessment, implementation assessment, and assessment of goals achievement. Principles of learning assessment include educative, objective, accountability, and transparent. Measuring the achievement of problem-based learning is seen in indicators of critical and creative thinking abilities, including problem response, understanding problems, knowing cause of problems, able to find alternative solutions, recognize the impact of the problem, and be able to connect with other science disciplines. The strategy of problem-based learning in higher education has implications for students' interest and motivation in developing critical and creative thinking skills.

Abstract

Blended learning is not only used to increase the student’s learning outcomes, but alsoused to increase the interaction in three learning atmosphere such conventional class, full onlineand combination. This study aims to developed face-to-face, online and offline teaching materialsthat will used in Sejarah Peradaban Islam/Kebudayaan Islam Lesson using Blended Learning basedlearning in three combination such 50/50, 25/75, and 75/25. Subject of this study are the student ofSTAIN Parepare in Sejarah Peradaban Islam/Kebudayaan Islam lesson. There is three class on it.At the end we can conclude that PBBL really need a good quality internet connection. Because, itwill push the students to hard to lesson and give some complicated issue. But, overall PBLL is moreattractive for the student who have a good access for internet connection.

Abstract

Anangguru di Mandar berperan cukup penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam di Mandar, khususnya di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar Sulawesi Barat. Peranan dan kontribusinya dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam di Mandar dapat dirasakan hingga kini. Mereka berperan sebagai pendidik, pengasuh, dan tokoh sentral yang membimbing santri dalam pendidikan agama dan moral, serta membentuk karakter mereka, Annangguru berperan sebagai pengelola pesantren dan agen perubahan dalam masyarakat. Para Annangguru berperan sebagai pendidik dengan mengajarkan berbagai ilmu agama Islam kepada para pangaji kittaq atau santri, seperti al-Qur’an (tafsir), hadits, fiqih, tasawwuf, nahwu syaraf, balaghah dan lain-lain.
