Abstract

Digital marketing adalah kegiatan promosi dan pencarian pasar melalui media digital secara online dengan memanfaatkan berbagai sarana misalnya jejaring sosial. Dunia maya kini tak lagi hanya mampu menghubungkan orang dengan perangkat, namun juga orang dengan orang lain di seluruh penjuru dunia. Keberadaan UMKM diharapkan mampu memacu perekonomian di tengah perlambatan ekonomi yang terjadi saat ini. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital (digital marketing) memberikan harapan bagi UMKM untuk berkembang menjadi pusat kekuatan ekonomi. Pelaku UMKM mengkolaborasikan media promosi dan media distribusi berbasis digital untuk mendapatkan laba sebesar-besarnya. Saat ini, hampir seluruh usaha UMKM atau bahkan usaha restoran dan makanan cepat saji menggunakan media promosi dan media distribusi berbasis digital marketing. Beberapa usaha yang cenderung ingin bertahan dalam kehidupan offline justru perlahan mengalami kemunduran. Jenis usaha makanan dan minuman menjadi usaha UMKM yang paling banyak digeluti oleh pelaku UMKM dan bermanfaat untuk pengurangan angka pengangguran di Kota Makassar meskipun berasal dari sector informal yang masih belum tercatat di Badan Pusat Statistik. Walaupun masih berada pada kondisi pandemi covid-19, sector UMKM terus berusaha tetap bertahan dengan melakukan berbagai cara baik itu peningkatan promosi maupun pemberian diskon pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Fideral International Finance   Makassar. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods with questionnaires. The sample in this study was 82 people using a saturated sample. The data analysis method used was simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fideral International Finance  Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence turnover intention on GOJEK Makassar Goride Driver.  Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods by interview and questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 people with the simple  saturation sampling  method.The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.  The results showed that compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention Driver Goride GOJEK Makassar.

Abstract

Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga saham pada PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga saham pada PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan statistik dengan regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka memperoleh hasil persamaan regresi yaitu sebesar Y = 288,64 + 68,20X1 -189,47X2 +3,83X3, koefisien determinasi r2= 0,850, koefisien korelasi r= 0,922, uji f-hitung= 11,39 > f-tabel 8,89 disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan signifikan terhadap harga saham PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk. Uji t-hitung b1 = 1,818 < t-tabel 2,306, uji t-hitung b2 = -1,481 < t-tabel 2,306 dan uji t-hitung b3 = 1,800 < t-tabel 2,306 ketiganya secara parsial tidak signifikan antara Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham, Return On Investment (ROI) terhadap harga saham, dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham pada PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk

Abstract

Pengaruh Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia Carrefour Panakukang Makassar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia Carrefour Panakukang Makassar.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statitistik dengan beberapa teknik analisa melalui pemanfaatan Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 17.0 for Windows antara lain, uji regresi linier sederhana,koefisien korelasi,koefisien determinasi dan uji t, dimana y =26,531 + 0,389X, r = 0,487, r2 = 0,237 (23,7%), t hitung = 4,056 dan t tabel = 1,674. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (3,983 > 1,674) pada taraf nyata 0,05 (5%). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan menerima Ha, artinya seleksi berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail indonesia Carrefour Panakukang Makassar.Dengan demikian hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

How the future employees shape their job filling is subject to their innate capacities. This study investigates the neglected conversation in perceived employability is predicted from the confidence of having sufficient training and knowledge, while incentive potentially moderates the intention to have sufficient training for better knowledge. This study employs PLS-SEM to construct path and bootstrap coefficients by sourcing the data from 160 unemployed trainees of pre-work recipients in Indonesia. This study found that all proposed hypotheses are accepted, and the moderating effect is similarly reinforced. Training is a strong predictor to perceived employability, second to knowledge only. Incentive can boost, despite minimum relevance, the confidence that training is essential for knowledge generation. This study implies the best use of self-funding to advance the internal capacities and capabilities for better job absorption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of natural resource utilization by PT Semen Tonasa in improving the community economy in Pangkep Regency. The research focuses on direct and indirect economic contributions, the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, as well as the social and environmental impacts perceived by the community. A mixed methods approach with a case study design was employed. A survey was conducted with 100 respondents using a Likert-scale questionnaire, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 key informants (local government, community leaders, MSMEs, and company management). The results show that natural resource utilization by PT Semen Tonasa has a significant positive contribution to increasing community income (β = 0.412; p < 0.01), expanding job opportunities, and developing local MSMEs. CSR programs also significantly influence the improvement of local business capacity (β = 0.368; p < 0.05). However, some communities reported environmental impacts such as air pollution and health issues. Qualitative analysis confirms that although the community benefits economically, there is a strong demand for improved environmental governance. In conclusion, PT Semen Tonasa has significantly contributed to the local economy, but more inclusive sustainability strategies are needed to mitigate environmental impacts and enhance long-term community welfare.

Abstract

Stock prices reflect a company’s value; when a company achieves good performance, its shares tend to attract many investors. The higher the company’s value, the higher its stock price. Company valuation is generally assessed through its financial performance. This study employs descriptive analysis using Return on Assets (ROA) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) to obtain an overview of the financial statements of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk. Furthermore, multiple linear regression statistical analysis is used to examine the effect of Return on Assets and Earnings Per Share on stock prices. The results of the study yield the regression equation Y = −1,524.25 + 177.74X₁ + 0.18X₂, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.8810 or 88.10%, and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9386, indicating a very strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The findings show that Return on Assets and Earnings Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while Earnings Per Share has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk. Therefore, the hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted
