Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to predict the level of bankruptcy in PT. HM Sampoerna, Tbk. and PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source used secondary data. The analytical method used is the Altman Z-Score method. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the Altman Z-Score on PT. HM Sampoerna, Tbk.and PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. warehouse. In 2018-2019 shows good result, where both of these companies have Z-Score above 2,6. At PT. HM Sampoerna, Tbk. in 2018 the Z-Score was 12,0816 > 2,6. And in 2019 the Z-Score was 10,5251 > 2,6. While in PT. Gudang Garam ,Tbk. in 2018 the Z-Score was 7,3407 > 2,6 and in 2018 the Z-Score was 7,5251 > 2,6. So in the calculation of the Altman Z-Score model Altman Z-Score model that can predict bankruptcy Z-Score > 2,6 which in indicate by the company in a safe condition or non bankrupt. Keywords: Altman Z-score, bankruptcy prediction ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi tingkat kebangkrutan pada PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk. dan PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Altman Z-Score. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis model Altman Z-Score pada PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk. dan PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. pada Tahun 2018-2019 menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dimana kedua perusahaan ini memiliki nilai Z-Score diatas 2,6. Pada PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk. tahun 2018 nilai Z-Score 12,0816 > 2,6, dan tahun 2019 nilai Z-Score 10,5415 > 2,6. Sedangkan pada PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. tahun 2018 nilai Z-Score 7,3407 > 2,6, dan tahun 2019 nilai Z-Score 7,5251 > 2,6. Sehingga dalam perhitungan model Altman Z-Score yang dapat memprediksi kebangkrutan nilai Z-Score > 2,6 yang ditunjukkan oleh perusahaan dalam kondisi aman atau tidak mengalami kebangkrutan. Kata kunci : Altman Z-Score, prediksi kebangkrutan.

Abstract

Employees often show a distinctive personality through their preference for family needs over jobs. Therefore, this study explores the relationship between family motivation and OCBI mediated by self-efficacy and well-being in the workplace. This research model varies from previous studies and provides the novelty of the study. As a research unit, this study uses a sample of bank employees in Makassar City with at least five years' experience as respondents. They are considered capable of delivering reliable data about the research issue (purposive sampling) using the WarpPLS 7.0 analysis tool. Interestingly, this study's new concept has revealed no evidence of an interaction between family motivation and OCBI. In this research model, all the relationships between variables were positive and significant. A recent finding of the relationship between self-efficacy and well-being in the workplace has been found and may lead to an understanding of the association between family motivation and OCBI. Empirical evidence of self-efficacy and well-being is a recent discovery that theoretically contributes to the relationship between family motivation and OCBI. In theory, this study also contributes to the existing pro-social motivation theory, explaining the impact of family motivation on OCBI in banking.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v25i1.5458

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial antara kompetensi dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Mattoangin. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan statistik, regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut Y = 9,153 + 0,387 X1 + 0,421 X2. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,387 dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu (3,136 > 1,687), kemudian untuk hasil uji variabel promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,421 dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu (2,996 > 1,687). Dan secara simultan atau bersama-sama menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Mattoangin, sebesar 0,626 atau 62,6% dengan nilai Fhitung 31,027 > Ftabel 3,252 dan probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi; promosi jabatan; kinerja karyawan. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of either simultaneously or partially between competence and promotion on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Mattoangin Branch. The analytical method used is descriptive and statistical, multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. From the results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation as follows Y = 9.153 + 0.387 X1 + 0.421 X2. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the competence variable affects employee performance by 0.387 with a tcount value greater than ttable (3.136 > 1.687), then for the test results the job promotion variable affects employee performance by 0.421 with a tcount value greater than ttable, namely (2,996 > 1,687). And simultaneously or together show that the influence of competence and promotion on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Mattoangin Branch, amounted to 0.626 or 62.6% with Fcount 31.027 > Ftable 3.252 and probability 0.000

Abstract

Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga saham pada PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga saham pada PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan statistik dengan regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka memperoleh hasil persamaan regresi yaitu sebesar Y = 288,64 + 68,20X1 -189,47X2 +3,83X3, koefisien determinasi r2= 0,850, koefisien korelasi r= 0,922, uji f-hitung= 11,39 > f-tabel 8,89 disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan signifikan terhadap harga saham PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk. Uji t-hitung b1 = 1,818 < t-tabel 2,306, uji t-hitung b2 = -1,481 < t-tabel 2,306 dan uji t-hitung b3 = 1,800 < t-tabel 2,306 ketiganya secara parsial tidak signifikan antara Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham, Return On Investment (ROI) terhadap harga saham, dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham pada PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Determinan Harga saham pada PT. Bisi International, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan statistik dengan regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka memperoleh hasil persamaan untuk Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Equity (ROE)terhadap harga saham, hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda memperoleh nilai Y = 930.590 +13,913X1 – 48,468X2 – 1,879X3 koefisien determinasi r2= 0,877, koefisien korelasi r= 0,937, uji f-hitung= 4,756 < f-tabel 9,55 disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham PT. Bisi International, Tbk. Uji t-hitung b1 = 1,736 < t-tabel 3,182, uji t-hitung b2 = -1,701 < t-tabel 3,182 dan uji t-hitung b3 = -0,31 < t-tabel 3,182 ketiganya secara parsial tidak signifikan antara Earning Per Share (EPS) Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham pada PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of organizational culture and leadership both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of LPP TVRI South Sulawesi Station. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The number of samples used as many as 42 people from a population of 276 employees. The analysis methods used are descriptive quantitative, f-test and t-test. The results showed that organizational culture and leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leardership and communication on employee performance at Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. the types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data sources are primary data and secondry data calculation are carried out using the SPSS application with the multiple linear regeneration method, the correlation coefficient of determination and the t test with a sample size 31 employees. The results of this study indicate that. Multiple linear regeneratioan Y 13, 695 Y + 2,614 X1 + 2,401 x2 ­ the correlation coefficient is r 3,340 and the test with the result of X1 test tcount > ttable (2, 614 + 1,701) and the results of test tcount > ttable (2,401 + 1.701). So that it can be seen that there is an influence positive and significant between leadership and communication on employee performance at the south Dinas Kehutanan Sulawesi Sealatan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and competence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires and is supported by secondary data on employees at PT.Samsung Electronics Indonesia Makassar. The types of data used in this research are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. The results of the study, both partially and partially, show that competence and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Samsung Electronic Indonesia Makassar.

Abstract

Abtrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jamkrindo Cabang Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis statistik berupa analisis regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 20,787 + 0,272X1 + 0,519X2, koefisien korelasi (r) : 0,607, koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,368, uji t dengan hasil thitung : 4,162 > 1,692 dan uji f dengan hasil hitung fhitung : 9,616> ftabel 3,295 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jamkrindo Cabang Makassar. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis method in the form of multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination.
