Abstract

The focus of the discussion in this paper is the concept of classroom management supervision and quality assurance. Supervision is an action carried out by leaders in schools that emphasize coaching and development activities for the person being supervised. The quality of education in general starts from the quality of educators and the implementation of education in the classroom. Implementation of education in practice occurs in the classroom where the class is the smallest element in the implementation of education and learning in educational institutions. Teachers are the spearhead of implementing the educational process in the classroom, also play a role as professional educators and have very complex tasks, not limited to learning activities, including administrators, evaluators, counselors, and so on. Teachers in carrying out their daily tasks have a very large role. Their commitment and professionalism are highly expected in efforts to guarantee the quality of education. Class management activities are also activities that cannot be underestimated among the many tasks of teachers, teacher skills in managing classes are an added value that must be owned by professional teachers because as a vital element in the implementation of education, it is appropriate for classes to be managed and managed so that they are of high quality with the help of the school principal. as a supervisor at school. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansinya pengaruh model pembelajaran examples non examples terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Pabuaran, adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah teknik purposive sampling dan kelas yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini ialah kelas IX D (Kelas Eksperimen) dan kelas IX C (Kelas Kontrol). Untuk mengukur keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa tes tertulis dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 30 butir soal yang telah melalui tahap validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menggunakan dua kelas tersebut dimana hasil keduanya berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Independent Sampel T-Test mendapatkan hasil adanya pengaruh yang signifikan, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan dimana diperoleh nilai rhitung sig(2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < rtabel yaitu 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran examples non examples terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (quasi eksperimen pada peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Pabuaran) pada materi keberagaman masyarakat dalam bingkai Bhineka Tunggal Ika.

Abstract

We conducted research to find out the role of teachers in optimizing the character of education in the school environment so that bullying behavior does not occur at school. In the school where we researched, we did not find any bullying carried out by students, but we focused more on the role of teachers in strengthening the character of education so that there is always no bullying in the school environment. We conducted research at SMAN 4 Cibinong and SMPN 4 Serang City schools, which schools are in Serang City and Bogor Regency. For the method used we used qualitative research methods, where the data collection technique we used was using interviews. and observation, then apart from that also the data source, namely online via TV and social media as well as the results of the observations we made. At the school where we researched, we have carried out character education activities, which include praying Dhuha together, applying the 5s, namely smiling, greeting, saying hello, being polite and courteous. Apart from that, listening to teachers in giving advice before lessons start, education in schools can prevent bullying. The school where we conducted our research did not want its students to become perpetrators or even victims of bullying.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the diverse countries with diverse religions, cultures, tribes, races, languages, and races. In this modern era, the paradigm of globalization greatly influences human nature and characteristics. Tolerance is actually not just accepting differences, but respecting each other. Tolerance is a basic element needed to realize an attitude of mutual understanding, respecting existing differences and becoming an entry point for creating conditions of harmony and dialogue between religious communities in community life. Various educational institutions accept students from various backgrounds, so this requires schools to instill the values of tolerance in all students, so that the learning process can run well. However, in reality, these things tend not to be the main focus of education in the current information era, because the ability to respect each other and recognize the diversity of students is very minimal. So, the need for a hidden curriculum in this problem. Although the existence of a hidden curriculum is not realized by students, this unplanned learning experience can still emerge, not only through interactions between students and teachers, but also through the relationship between students and their surroundings so that the values of tolerance are formed. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the hidden curriculum at SMKN 1 Kota Serang and what form the hidden curriculum takes at SMKN 1 Kota Serang and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the hidden curriculum in the formation of tolerance values at SMKN 1 Kota Serang. This study uses a qualitative research type using observation, interview, and documentation methods. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the hidden curriculum running at SMKN 1 Kota Serang has been carried out well, based on the specific findings that the researcher found, the implementation of this hidden curriculum basically requires cooperation from various parties, both from the school and the parents of students. The form of activity is in the form of a hidden curriculum through habits (positive habits in class, habits that exist at school), hidden curriculum through class management, hidden curriculum through role models and relationships between teachers, hidden curriculum through school regulations, hidden curriculum through facilities and extracurricular activities. All forms of hidden curriculum activities certainly lead to learning in PKn and refer to the school curriculum, in addition to school habits that help to shape character, especially in tolerance values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program Jumat berkah sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial Masyarakat, Program Jumat berkah dilaksanakan di Desa Batubantar, program Jumat berkah merupakan suatu program sebagai bukti nyata dalam membantu Masyarakat lain yang membutuhkan melalui kegiatan Donasi, dan distribusi bantuan makanan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian program Jumat berkah dilaksanakan pada setiap hari Jumat dengan melalui beberapa prosedur diantaranya pengumpulan dana, pembuatan makanan, dan distribusi makanan, dengan sasaran penerima diantaranya fakir miskin, Janda, anak yatim, dan Jamaah Sholat Jumat, dalam program tersebut terdapat faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat, faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program Jumat berkah diantaranya, kekompakan dan kepedulian sosial para pelaksana, dan faktor penghambat diantaranya keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, Resistensi Masyarakat dan Juga keterbatasan lahan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Jumat berkah ini merupakan suatu program yang dibuat sebagai bentuk kegiatan nyata masyarakat dalam membantu masyarakat yang memiliki ekonomi rendah.

Abstract

Menilai perkembangan anak merupakan salah satu kinerja yang harus dilaksanakan oleh guru PAUD untuk mengukur pencapaian lima aspek perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mngetahui kinerja Guru PAUD dalam penilaian perkembangan nak di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dengan menggunakan metode deskripsit dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, kinerja 75 guru di Kota Serang diukur dengan menggunakan angket yang berisikan indikator dari empat komponen penilaian perkembnagan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) guru membuat laporan penilaian dan evaluasi proses hasil belajar anak saat pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan sangat baik; 2) Guru menentukan lingkup asesmen proses dan hasil pembelajaran pada anak dengan baik; 3) Guru Menggunakan hasil penilaian, pengembangan dan evaluasi program untuk kepentingan pengembangan anak dengan baik; dan 4) Guru melakukan tindakan reflektif, korektif dan inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan baik. Secara umum, guru PAUD di Kota Serang sudah baik dalam melaksanakan proses penilaian dan melaporkan hasil penilaian perkembangan anak kepada orangtua secara berkala.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the improvement in the quality of higher education based on the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy. One form of policy of the Minister of Education and Culture in improving quality is through the MBKM policy. This study is an idea presented based on literature reflection where data is collected through literature review, analyzed and presented in discussion. Improving the quality of human resources through improving the quality of education is an investment made by the government. The Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM) is a real effort made by the government to answer future challenges. There are four main MBKM programs, namely ease of opening new study programs, changes to the higher education accreditation system, ease of state universities becoming legal entity PTNs and the right to study three semester study programs outside. The concept of implementing MBKM is to create an autonomous and flexible learning process in higher education so as to create an innovative learning culture that suits student needs, and is able to encourage students to master various knowledge that is useful for entering the world of work, as well as providing opportunities for students to determine their major they will take.
