Abstract

Maraknya praktik pinjaman online ilegal di Indonesia telah menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, terutama karena unsur riba yang terkandung di dalamnya. Layanan pinjaman digital ini sering menetapkan bunga tinggi, biaya tersembunyi, serta denda keterlambatan yang tidak proporsional, sehingga menjerat masyarakat dalam siklus utang yang sulit diputuskan. Selain dampak ekonomi, korban pinjol ilegal juga mengalami tekanan psikologis akibat intimidasi, pelanggaran privasi, serta ancaman dari debt collector. Fenomena ini menunjukkan adanya celah dalam sistem keuangan yang tidak mampu memberikan akses pembiayaan yang adil dan berlandaskan nilai moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik pinjaman online ilegal dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, serta menawarkan solusi berbasis prinsip syariah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah, fatwa, regulasi, serta laporan lembaga terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pinjol ilegal mengandung unsur riba yang jelas dan sangat bertentangan dengan prinsip keadilan, tolong-menolong (ta’awun), dan larangan eksploitasi dalam Islam. Riba dalam pinjol ilegal menyebabkan akumulasi kekayaan pada segelintir pihak dan memperdalam ketimpangan sosial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan literasi keuangan syariah, pengembangan layanan Qard Hasan, serta optimalisasi zakat, infak, dan sedekah sebagai alternatif pembiayaan halal. Selain itu, sinergi antara pemerintah, OJK, MUI, dan lembaga keuangan syariah sangat penting untuk melindungi masyarakat dari jerat riba di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital da'wah initiative based on Sirah Nabawiyah at Radio Dakwah Unisia as an innovative solution to enhance the moral values of Generation Z. The program employs a systematic method encompassing planning, content production, implementation, and evaluation. It begins with orientation discussions with partners to understand Generation Z's needs, followed by the preparation of modules based on Sirah Nabawiyah highlighting values such as patience, honesty, and responsibility. Content production involves creating 10 podcast episodes, three online discussion sessions, and high-quality audio-visual materials supported by expert speakers. Evaluation was conducted through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to measure the program's impact. Results indicate a 60% increase in Generation Z participation, with 85% of participants reporting new insights on the relevance of Sirah Nabawiyah values in their daily lives. The novelty of this program lies in its approach, which integrates Islamic historical content with modern, interactive digital formats, making it relevant to the lifestyle of Generation Z. The program's implications include a shift from traditional da'wah strategies to a more inclusive and adaptive technology-based approach. Sustainability is ensured through the establishment of online communities and technical training for partners. This Sirah Nabawiyah-based da'wah approach strengthens Radio Dakwah Unisia's position as an adaptive and effective da'wah medium in the digital era while contributing significantly to enhancing Generation Z's moral values.   [Studi ini mengkaji tentang pengembangan dakwah digital berbasis Sirah Nabawiyah di Radio Dakwah Unisia sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan moral generasi Z. Pendidikan moral berbasis sirah nabawiyah ini sangat penting untuk membentengi mora generasi Z dan memberi keteladanan yang baik. Program ini menggunakan metode sistematis yang mencakup perencanaan, produksi konten, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan diskusi orientasi bersama mitra untuk memahami kebutuhan generasi Z, diikuti dengan penyusunan modul berbasis Sirah Nabawiyah yang menyoroti nilai-nilai seperti kesabaran, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab. Produksi konten melibatkan pembuatan 10 episode podcast, tiga sesi diskusi daring, serta materi audio-visual berkualitas tinggi yang didukung oleh narasumber ahli. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner, dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak program. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi generasi Z sebesar 60%, serta 85% peserta menyatakan mendapatkan pemahaman baru terkait relevansi nilai Sirah Nabawiyah dalam kehidupan mereka. Kebaruan program ini terletak pada pendekatannya yang memadukan konten historis Islami dengan format digital modern yang interaktif, sehingga relevan dengan gaya hidup generasi Z. Implikasinya, program ini menawarkan model dakwah berbasis teknologi yang dapat diadopsi oleh lembaga lain untuk menjawab tantangan moral generasi muda. Keberlanjutan program dirancang melalui pembentukan komunitas daring dan pelatihan teknis bagi mitra. Abstract

Background: The increasing use of digital reading platforms in humanities education has transformed how readers interact with texts, yet their impact on literary engagement, cultural understanding, and interpretive depth in Southeast Asian literary learning remains underexplored. Objective: This study investigates how digital reading platforms shape engagement, cultural meaning-making, and interpretive depth in the reading of Indonesian and Malay texts. Method: Employing a mixed-methods design, the study analyzes digitally mediated interactions—annotations, discussions, and reflective responses—across a curated corpus of canonical Indonesian and Malay works (published between the 1970s and 2010s) accessed through institutional digital reading platforms. Results: The findings reveal distinct patterns of digital engagement, with Indonesian texts eliciting stronger annotation-based interaction and Malay texts fostering more dialogic discussion. Cultural understanding emerges in differentiated forms, combining historical–political contextualization and ethical–communal interpretation. Furthermore, digital mediation supports advanced literary interpretation, including thematic synthesis, ideological critique, and intertextual reasoning. Implication: These results indicate that digital reading platforms function as cultural and interpretive mediation spaces rather than neutral technologies. Novelty: This study integrates literature-specific interpretive indicators with platform-based empirical data, offering a culturally grounded model of digital literary learning.

Abstract

This study explores the collaboration between parents and pesantren administrators in enhancing students’ learning motivation at Pondok Pesantren Zainul Anwar, Probolinggo. The research aims to examine the forms, strategies, and impacts of collaborative efforts between parents and pesantren leaders in supporting students’ educational development. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the collaboration is manifested through periodic meetings, digital communication via WhatsApp groups, parental participation in religious and educational activities, and consistent moral and material support. This synergy creates a harmonious relationship between home and pesantren environments, significantly strengthening students’ learning enthusiasm, discipline, and responsibility. The study highlights that the collaboration model aligns with Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory and Epstein’s School-Family-Community Partnership Model, emphasizing that active family engagement promotes academic and socio-emotional development. Furthermore, Bandura’s Social Learning Theory supports the idea that exemplary behavior and emotional reinforcement from parents and educators enhance intrinsic learning motivation. This research concludes that strong collaboration between parents and pesantren administrators fosters holistic student development. It recommends further institutional support through integrated communication systems and religious parenting programs to sustain motivation and improve educational outcomes in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The integration of the Turos Curriculum and the National Curriculum at Ma’had Aly Nurul Jadid represents a strategic effort to address the demands of contemporary Islamic education, which emphasizes a balance between mastery of classical Islamic knowledge and modern academic competencies. This study aims to analyze the process and outcomes of integrating these two curricula in shaping students’ character based on the values of Trilogi Santri and Panca Kesadaran Santri. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving administrators, lecturers, and students as research subjects. The findings indicate that curriculum integration is implemented through the synchronization of Islamic and general subjects, habituation of religious practices, and the strengthening of students’ social and organizational activities. The novelty of this study lies in positioning Trilogi Santri and Panca Kesadaran Santri not only as moral values but also as epistemological and pedagogical foundations. Thus, curriculum integration is understood as a process of value internalization and character formation, producing students who are religious, possess strong integrity, demonstrate intellectual competence, and are adaptive to social dynamics and contemporary developments
