Abstract

Background: Consuming healthy food throughout life helps prevent malnutrition in all forms of various diseases. In the first 2 years of a child's life, optimal nutrition fosters healthy growth. Vegetables and fruit are food sources that contain many nutrients that humans must consume at every meal. EHealth is playing an increasingly large role in life and the internet has great potential to be a source of low cost and effective health promotion interventions.Subjects and Method: This study was a meta-analysis of a number of Randomized Controlled Trial study designs. The articles used in this study were obtained from several databases including PubMed, Google Scholar, and Springer Link. The articles used in this research are those published from 2010-2020. The article search was carried out by con­sidering the eligibility criteria defined using the PICO model. The population in the study was children aged 2 to 12 years old with an inter­vention in the form of web-based health promotion, comparison, which was not given a web outcome-based health promotion interven­tion in the form of vegetables consumption. The keywords for finding articles are as follows: "Intervention Health Promotion Web-Based" OR "eHealth Intervention" AND "Non-Inter­vention Health Promotion Web-Based" OR "Non eHealth Intervention" AND "Child" AND "Vegetables" AND "Randomized Controlled Trial”. The articles included in this study were full text articles with the design of a Rando­mized Controlled Trial (RCT) study. Articles were collected using PRISMA flow diagrams. Articles were analyzed using the Review Mana­ger 5.3 application.Results: A total of 9 articles were reviewed in this study. Meta-analysis of 9 primary data shows that web-based health promotion inter­ventions can increase children's vegetable con­sumption with statistically significant results (Standarized Mean Difference= 0.82; 95% CI= 0.26 to 1.37; p= 0.004).Conclusion: Web-based health promotion interventions can increase vegetables consump­tion in children.Keywords: Intervention Health Promotion Web-Based, eHealth, vegetables consumptionCorrespondence: Sinar Perdana Putra. Abstract

Syntactic ability is an important ability in the process of communicating in everyday life. Mastery of grammar is needed so that information can be conveyed and received well. Each child has different varieties from one another. Some children may also experience delays or even problems with their language. The results of mapping speech delay cases show that 16 Inclusive Elementary Schools with state status in Surakarta City have students with special needs who experience speech delay problems. Language disorders have many characteristics, including the inability to form sentences (syntax). Based on this, the researcher wants to know how effective extension methods are on the syntactic abilities of children with language disorders. The method one group pre-test and post-test design used a purposive sampling technique. The mean syntactic proficiency rose from 39.35% before therapy to 54.88% after treatment. The syntax proficiency of children improved by 15.53%. Conclusion The extension method effectively improves children's syntax with language disorders in SLB C Kerten Surakarta.

Abstract

Salah satu ketrampilan penting yang perlu dikuasai oleh siswa untuk menunjang prestasi belajar adalah membaca Kemampuan membaca dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor utama, yaitu, kelancaran membaca, ketepatan decoding, dan pemahaman membaca. Dalam hal ini, diadokokinetik merujuk pada kemampuan seseorang untuk membaca lancar dan akurat, khusunya dalam membaca kata – kata yang berbeda secara cepat dan berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan diadokokinetik dengan kelancaran membaca pada anak kelas 1 dan 2 di SD Negeri Cengklik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode koresional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probality berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Setelah data terkumpul maka data akan dianalisis menggunakan bantuan spss melalui uji Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,194 (p > 0,05), sehingga Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima yang menginidikasikan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan diadokokinetik dengan kelancaran membaca.

Abstract

Dementia is a complex disorder with the main symptom being a decline in areas of cognitive function, one of which is working memory. Working memory plays a role in cognitive-linguistic. If language ability decreases, then language skills are also disturbed, so it needs to be improved with activities such as reading and listening. The aim of this study was to compare reading and listening skills to working memory in people with dementia. This study employs a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sample obtained amounted to 12 people based on the Slovin formula and the sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Data collection lasted 10 days, around October-November. Dementia screening using the MMSE form, working memory using the Numerical Memory Check form, reading and listening using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of bivariate analysis using multiple linear regression with a coefficient obtained a value of p = 0.381 and p = 0.708, and multivariate analysis with ANOVA obtained a value of p = 0.653, indicating that no analysis of the comparison of reading and listening to working memory ability in dementia disorders was conducted. In conclusion, there is no comparison between reading and listening and working memory ability in dementia disorders in Surakarta.

Abstract

Minimnya stimulasi seperti tidak mengajak anak bermain, berbicara, dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain adalah 90% penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan perkembangan bahasa pada anak khususnya pada kemampuan bahasa sintaksis. Kemampuan Bahasa sintaksis anak dapat ditingkatkan salah satunya dengan penggunaan buku cerita bergambar. Membacakan buku cerita bergambar dengan metode bercerita pada anak berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa sintaksis anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh penggunaan buku cerita terhadap kemampuan bahasa sintaksis anak umur 4-5 tahun. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 26 anak menggunakan Teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon didapatkan hasil nilai P Asymp. (Sig.) adalah 0,000 dimana nilai P value 0,0000,5 yang artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dimana terdapat peningkatan kemampuan bahasa sintaksis siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi penggunaan buku cerita bergambar. Demikian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan buku cerita bergambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa sintaksis anak dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi.

Abstract

Pemerolehan sintaksis pada anak usia dini tidak terfokus langsung pada tataran sintaksis kompleks melainkan melalui tahap satu kata, yaitu dari tahap kalimat sederhana hingga tahap kalimat majemuk. Sintaksis adalah aturan tata bahasa untuk mengatur dan menghubungkan kata-kata untuk membentuk frasa, klausa, dan kalimat. Bercerita dapat membantu anak mengembangkan bahasa, termasuk sintaksis. Salah satu alat atau media bercerita untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak yaitu dengan digunakannya boneka tangan. Anak-anak pada umumnya memiliki ketertarikan terhadap boneka. Penggunaan boneka tangan sebagai media dapat meningkatkan perhatian dan minat mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat "Pengaruh Metode Bercerita dengan Media Boneka Tangan terhadap Kemampuan Sintaksis Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Surakarta". Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Pre - Experimental, yaitu One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Uji normalitas dengan Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal. Analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test, yang menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode bercerita dengan boneka tangan terhadap kemampuan sintaksis anak usia 5-6 tahun di Surakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode bercerita dengan boneka tangan memberikan pengaruh pada kemampuan sintaksis anak umur 5 – 6 tahun di Surakarta.

Abstract

Anak dengan down syndrome mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan bahasa, khususnya dalam kosakata dan kemampuan ekspresif. Metode drill, yang berfokus pada latihan berulang, dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode drill terhadap peningkatan kosakata pada anak dengan down syndrome. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain ekspresimen one group prettest – posttest dengan sampel sebanyak 20 anak down syndrome di Surakarta yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan bahasa ekspresif setelah intervensi. Metode drill terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kosakata anak down syndrome dan dapat digunakan sebagai strategi dalam terapi wicara. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi tenaga terapi wicara, institusi pendidikan, dan orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan bahasa anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

Autisme merupakan gangguan perkembangan neurobiologis yang memengaruhi interaksi sosial, komunikasi, dan perilaku seseorang sejak usia dini. Speech Generating Devices (SGD) sebagai solusi efektif, seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, pendekatan Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) telah dikembangkan untuk membantu individu dengan gangguan komunikasi. Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kopentensi guru dalam mengatasi masalah komunikasi pada anak autis dengan AAC. Metode kegiatan dengan cara sosialisi materi berkaitan SGD dan AAC. Hasil sosialisasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan SGD untuk mengatasi masalah komunikasi, sosialisasi ini sebagai dasar awalan untuk selajutnya perlu persiapan alat dan latihan cara penggunaan AAC.
