Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh variable saluran distribusi (X1), biaya pemasaran (X2) dan volume penjulan (X3) terhadap pendapatan petani kentan (Y). Dan tujuan berikutnya adalah untuk mengetahui saluran distribusi pemasaran yang paling efisien dari petani hingga ke konsumen akhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan 143 responden petani kentan yang ada dilokasi peneklitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable biaya pemasaran (X2) kurang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan petani kentan sedangkan hipotesi yang dikemukakan berpengaruh. Adanya temuan yang berbeda dengan hasil uji statika (uji t), dimana biaya pemasaran kurang berpengaruh dibanding variable X1 dan X3, karena pedagang perantara langsung ke lokasi petani sehingga kurang mengeluarkan biaya pemasaran dan secara lagsung mempengaruhi tingkat pedapatan petani. Saluran distribusi yang paling efisien berdasarkan uji formulasi efsiensi pemasaran adalah pada saluran pemasaran yang IV ( dari produsen- pedagang perantara- konsumen = 21,39 ) .Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa saluran pemasaran merupakan variable dominan yang mempengaruhi tingkat pedapatan petani kentan di Kecamatan Tombolo Pao sebesar   0,586 dan disusul pada variable volume penjualan sebesar 0,249. This study aims to determine how much the influence of the distribution channel variable (X1), marketing costs (X2) and sales volume (X3) on the income of potato farmers (Y). The next goal is to find out the most efficient marketing distribution channel from farmers to the consumers. The research method used was a survey method using 143 respondents of potato farmers who were in the research location. The results show that the marketing cost variable (X2) has less effect on the income level of potato farmers, while the hypothesis stated it has an effect. There are findings that are different from the results of the statistical test (t test), where marketing costs are less influential than variables X1 and X3, because the intermediary traders go directly to the location of the farmers so that they spend less marketing costs and directly affect the level of farmers’ income. The most efficient distribution channel based on the marketing efficiency formulation test is the IV marketing channel (from producer-trader to intermediary-consumer = 21.39). The sampling technique uses saturated simple technique. The results showed that the marketing channel is the dominant variable that affects the income level of potato farmers in the District of Tapio Pao by 0.586 and followed by the variable sales volume of 0.249.

The most efficient distribution channel based on the marketing efficiency formulation test is the fourth marketing channel (from producers-intermediaries-consumers = 21.39). The sampling technique uses the simple saturation technique. The results showed that the marketing channel was the dominant variable affecting the income level of the potato farmers in the Tombolo Pao District of 0.586, followed by the sales volume variable of 0.249. Keywords: Glutinous Farmers, Marketing Efficiency, Business Income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi bauran pemasaran dan kualitas  komitmen konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone android. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriftif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dengan wawancara beberapa koresponden. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan permasalahan sehubungan dengan keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian handphone. Fluktuasi omzet terhadap beberapa counter handphone di Kota Makassar ditemukan beberapa strategi untuk menarikan konsumen baik sebagai langganan maupun pelanggan baru yakni melakukan bauran pemasaran terhadap unsur kualitas, harga dan pelayanan. Dengan adanya strategi tersebut, maka tingkat capain volume penjualan meningkat walaupun persentase kenaikan mengalami naik turun. Komitmen konsumen untuk memutuskan membeli handphone type android terdapat beberapa perilaku yang ditentukan oleh kriteria sehingga pihak penjual di beberapa lokasi dalam wilayah Kota Makassar mempunyai strategi pemasaran/menjual barang yang berbeda, namun tetap menerapkan baouran pemasaran. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix and the quality of consumer commitment to purchasing decisions for android mobile phones. This research method is descriptive. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) by interviewing several correspondents. The results of this study found problems related to consumer decisions to purchase mobile phones. Fluctuations in turnover for several cellphone counters in Makassar City found several strategies to attract consumers both as new customers and subscribers, namely conducting a marketing mix on quality, price and service elements. With this strategy, the achievement level of sales volume increases even though the percentage increase has fluctuated. There are several behaviors determined by the criteria for consumer commitment to decide to buy an Android type cellphone so that sellers in several locations within the Makassar City area have different marketing/selling strategies, but still apply the marketing mix.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berorientasi pada pemberdayaan potensi desa dengan obyek penelitian di Desa Tancung pada sumber daya alam berupa danau tempe yang selama ini menjadi lahan tidak produktif saat terjadi musim kemarau. Metode pelaksanaan riset adalah secara survei dan pendataan pada obyek penelitian khususnya potensi desa pada sektor rill dengan fokus pada kendala dan hambatan dalam pengembangan. Untuk mencapai target pelaksanaan riset ini, terlebih dahulu dilakukan beberapa pendekatan kepada masyarakat agar tujuan program dapat tercapai antara lain: (i) participatory rapid appraisal, (ii) entrepreneurship capacity buiding dan (iii) technology transfer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi usaha kecil di desa tersebut yang tidak dapat berkembang termasuk pemilihan demplot usaha kecil di bidang bercocok tanam sayur-mayur. Penelitian sebagai program utama adalah pendampingan riset dan juga melakukan kerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat tentang  program pompanisasi untuk mengantisipasi kebutuhan air pada tanaman. Maksud program pompanisasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan frekuensi panen setiap tahun, yang biasanya hanya satu kali dan setelah itu dapat dilakukan 2 sampai 3 kali setahun sehingga pendapatan dapat meningkat menjadi duakali lipat menjadi Rp. 4,5 juta. This research is oriented towards empowering village potential with the research object in Tancung Village on natural resources in the form of tempeh lake which has been unproductive land during the dry season. The method of conducting research is by survey and data collection on research objects, especially village potential in the real sector with a focus on constraints and obstacles in development. To achieve the target of implementing this research, several approaches were first carried out to the community so that the program objectives could be achieved, including: (i) participatory rapid appraisal, (ii) entrepreneurship capacity building and (iii) technology transfer. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influenced small businesses in the village that could not develop, including the selection of small business demonstration plots in the field of vegetable farming. Research as the main program is research assistance and also collaborating with the local government on pumping programs to anticipate water needs in plants. The purpose of this pumping program is to increase the frequency of harvesting each year, which is usually only once and after that it can be done 2 to 3 times a year so that income can be doubled to Rp. 4.5 million.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Training and Development Management on Organizational Performance at PT Semen Tonasa in Pangkep Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study is the importance of an effective human resource strategy to support organizational performance achievement in facing increasingly fierce competition in the cement industry. This type of research is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that partially, Employee Training and Development Management has a positive but insignificant effect on Organizational Performance. Simultaneously, both variables also have no significant effect on organizational performance with a contribution of 11.3% (R² = 0.113), while the remaining 88.7% is influenced by other factors outside this study, such as leadership, work culture, technology utilization, and employee motivation. These findings indicate that employee training and development programs need to be directed more strategically and measurably in order to have a real impact on improving organizational performance.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM-PM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan petani di Desa Kanreapia, Kecamatan Tombolo Pao, Kabupaten Gowa melalui hilirisasi pengembangan agrowisata berbasis agribisnis. Potensi pertanian hortikultura yang besar di desa ini belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber ekonomi kreatif dan wisata edukatif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui kemitraan antara mahasiswa, petani, pemerintah desa, dan kelompok sadar wisata. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan manajemen agribisnis, pengolahan hasil pertanian bernilai tambah, pengembangan paket wisata tani, serta penerapan strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan kewirausahaan petani, terbentuknya produk olahan lokal seperti teh herbal dan sayuran kemasan siap jual, serta bertambahnya kunjungan wisata ke Desa Kanreapia. Melalui model hilirisasi ini, petani tidak hanya menjadi produsen bahan mentah tetapi juga pelaku aktif dalam rantai nilai agrowisata. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan petani secara bertahap dan memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research has analyzed the effect of market orientation, innovation and product orientation toward competitive advantage to increase marketing performance. This riset formula is how to create competitive advantage to increase marketing performance. Population which has selected in this research is small and medium scale clothing industry at Semarang. Those are 137 industries. Total sample in this research are 67 industries. Collecting data used questioner, with score start from 1 (very disagree) to 10 (really agree). Analyzed data tool which has been used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) through AMOS program 6.0. The result of data analyze showed that research model can be accepted with goodness of fit, they are chi – square = 234,552; probability = 0,058; GFI = 0,873; AGFI = 0,84; TLI = 0,985; CFI = 0,987; CMIN/DF = 1,61; and RMSEA = 0,033. All hypothesis can be accepted after SEM analyzes conducted. This matter means market orientation, innovation and entrepreneurship orientation have positive affect and significant toward competitive advantage. Then competitive advantage has positive affect and significant toward marketing performance. General conclusion from result of the model test which has applied to small and medium scale clothing industry at Semarang showed that competitive advantage can be reached through market orientation, innovation and entrepreneurship orientation, from there competitive advantage which has been produced by the industry can increase marketing performance. This research has given some research limitation and also give agenda for the next research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between economic growth, poverty, and stunting in Soppeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province, and to identify factors that influence the effectiveness of economic development in reducing poverty and stunting rates. The research approach uses qualitative and quantitative methods with data collection techniques through surveys, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving the poor, health workers, and policy makers. The results show that economic growth in Soppeng Regency during the 2016–2025 period has a negative correlation with poverty levels, with an average decrease of 0.57% per year. However, income inequality (Gini Ratio) has actually increased from 0.32 to 0.41, indicating that the benefits of growth have not been distributed evenly. In addition, the stunting rate remains high at around 30%, influenced by low access to nutritious food, health services, and the level of public knowledge about nutrition. These findings confirm that economic development in Soppeng is not yet fully pro-poor and pro-human development. Therefore, more inclusive policies are needed through improved access to infrastructure, strengthened integrated nutrition programs, and sustainable local economic development to reduce poverty and the prevalence of stunting.
