Abstract

Currently, there is a problem of the difficulty in classifying human sperm head sample images using different databases and measuring the accuracy of several different datasets. This study proposes a Bayesian Density Estimation-based model for detecting human sperm heads with four classification labels, namely, normal, tapered, pyriform, and small or amorphous. This model was applied to three kinds of datasets to detect the level of pixel density in images containing normal human sperm head samples. Experimental results and computational accuracy are also presented. As a method, this study labeled each human sperm head based on three shape descriptors using the formulas of Hu moment, Zernike moment, and Fourier descriptor. Each descriptor was also tested in the experiment. There was an increased accuracy that reached 90% after the model was applied to the three datasets. The Bayesian Density Estimation model could classify images containing human sperm head samples. The correct classification level was obtained when the human sperm head was detected by combining Bayesian + Hu moment with an accuracy rate of up to 90% which could detect normal human sperm heads. It is concluded that the proposed model can detect and classify images containing human sperm head objects. This model can increase accuracy, so it is very appropriate to be applied in the medical field

Abstract

The role of government health websites as a source of referrals and credible health information is very important, especially now that everything is digital. People use the internet and make health websites as the first step in finding health information, government policies related to health, and public health services. So it is very important to consider the user aspect in designing the appearance of an appropriate health website. This study utilizes the Kansei Engineering KEPack type 1 in analyzing various emotional factors related to the e-government website interface in the health sector. So that it can be found that the psychological emotional factors of users are important and become the main recommendations in the design of the website interface. We are focuses on user preferences for the e-government site interface of the Karawang District Health Office with the Kansei Engineering Type I approach. The Kansei Engineering study was conducted to analyze various emotional factors related to the user interface by comparing 5 specimens of e-Government sites in the health sector. A total of 20 kansei words were identified which were then processed using the multivariate statistical method Cronbach's Alpha (CA), Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Factor Analysis (FA). The result is that 4 kansei words have a high influence and successfully present a matrix of design element recommendations with 7 main elements and 45 sub-criteria for specific design elements.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah bidang yang merasakan perkembangan internet. Dunia Pendidikan dituntut untuk selalu menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi internet yang selalu berkembang khususnya dalam proses belajar mengajar.Teknologi informasi sudah mulai digunakan dilembaga pendidikan dalam rangka mendukung proses belajar mengajar baik sebagai media informasi atau sebagai alat pembelajaran. Lembaga Pendidikan berusaha untuk selalu menerapkan sistem teknologi internet di setiap pembelajaran yang berada di lingkungan Pendidikan. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi, dapat meningkatkan performa, ketercapaian kompetensi dan memahami apa yang dipelajari oleh siswa dengan menggunakan rancangan pembelajaran yang baik dan keatif. Dalam pengabdian ini kami memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada siswa SMAN 1 Telukjambe mengenai Internet cerdas, sehat dan aman. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan hasil evaluuasi menunjukan 35% dan 60% peserta mengatakan setuju dan sangat setuju secara berturut-turut bahwa sosialisasi ini bermanfaat bagi kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The modern stage of development of science and technology is characterized by a rapid increase in the complexity of the created technical systems. The management of such systems requires the development of new management methods, since the modification and improvement of traditional management techniques does not always ensure the fulfillment of stringent requirements for management quality indicators. Classical control methods are mainly based on the theory of linear systems, while most real objects are non-linear. The problem of the synthesis of control systems under conditions of uncertainty is currently one of the central problems in the modern theory of automatic control. The complexity of the control object itself, structural, parametric and information uncertainties in the description of the control object, and the complexity of control problems, the multi criteria of optimization problems, the lack of possible analytical solutions, the need to take into account all the properties of disturbances, etc. The solution to this problem requires a search for alternative approaches to the design of control systems, one of which involves the introduction of neural network systems. Neural network control systems are a high-tech direction of control theory and belong to the class of nonlinear dynamic systems. High performance due to parallelization of input information in combination with the ability to train neural networks makes this technology very attractive for creating control devices in automatic systems. Neural networks can be used to build regulating and switching devices, reference, adaptive, nominal and inverse-dynamic models of objects, on the basis of which objects are studied, analysis of the influence of disturbances acting on an object, determination of the optimal control law, search or calculating the optimal program for changing the impact when changing the values of the parameters of the object and the characteristics of the input data. In addition, neural networks can be used to identify objects, predict the state of objects, recognize, cluster, classify, analyze a large amount of data arriving at high speed from a large number of devices and sensors, and the like. The ability to learn according to a given principle of functioning allows creating automated control systems that are optimal in terms of speed, energy consumption, etc. Naturally, in this case, it is possible to implement several principles of functioning and the transition from one to another. They are a universal tool for modeling multidimensional nonlinear objects and finding solutions to ill-posed problems.

Abstract

Zakat is important for encouraging social awareness and correcting economic inequality, but there are still many people who do not understand how to calculate it due to several factors such as lack of understanding, outreach, and difficulty in manual calculations. In February 2023, a socialization of the zakat counter application was held for the people of Bireun Regency. This activity aims to increase understanding of zakat and facilitate the process of calculating zakat. In this event, the public was given an explanation on how to use the zakat counter application and it was hoped that they would be able to calculate zakat more easily and accurately. The expected results are increasing awareness about the importance of zakat and benefiting from the zakat counter application in helping the process of calculating zakat more effectively and efficiently. With the zakat counter application, it is hoped that it can increase the amount of zakat collected to help people in need. In addition, this socialization is also expected to strengthen cooperation between the government and the community in developing a better zakat calculating application in the future. Therefore, organizing the socialization of the zakat calculating application in Bireun Regency is an important step to increase public awareness about zakat and facilitate the process of calculating zakat effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The cybercrime cases across the country are remaining high. It caused the government decided to create the cybercrime law, including the Indonesian government. The first cybercrime law that created by Indonesian government is the Electronic and Transactions Law (EIT Law) of 2008, and revised in 2016. This paper then provides more comprehensive explanation regarding EIT Law, starting from its creation, substances, enforcement, and even its strengths and weaknesses. By using literature review method, the authors have been conducted research from the previous studies on related topic. Before entering the main discussions, this paper also explains the cybercrime law and policy in Indonesia’s neighboring countries. After that, EIT Law is explained comprehensively. The result shows that background of the creation of EIT Law is the technology and the Internet development that can threaten the Indonesia’s national interests. This law then categorize the types of cybercrime that prohibited in Indonesia. The jurisdiction, the investigation process, and the punishment to cyber criminals also regulated in that law. Furthermore, this paper also explains the strengths and weaknesses of EIT Law. The strengths of EIT Law can be seen in the complexity of the articles that contain within it. Nevertheless, the implementation of this law is still not effective. This is because there are several issues that have to corrected, such as the ambiguity of article contents, lack of cybercrime awareness among the law enforcement officers, difficulties to provide electronic devices, and lack of cyber facilities or infrastructure. Keywords: Cybercrime, Cyberspace, EIT Law, National interest, Technology and internet development
