Abstract

Darma village now has several MSMEs already running. but on the other hand, in its implementation there are still obstacles, especially the absence of any form of information from the village that Darma Village has many UMKM products. In addition to the lack of information, UMKM actors in Darma Village are also reluctant to open themselves to advances in digital marketing technology, so digital marketing literacy is needed. The results are as follows:Making UMKM information signs at strategic location points. This program is implemented so that the market share of UMKM players in Darma Village is wider, conducting socialization of the introduction of digital marketing literacy to the community. This activity is carried out so that UMKM actors have insight into digital marketing and MSME actors do not only do conventional marketing but can do it by means of digital marketing; provide insight to the community about hydroponic planting methods so that people can grow crops even with limited agricultural land, for example, such as farming through hydroponic media and polybags.

Abstract

Tata kelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Talaga Kulon, Kabupaten Majalengka, belum optimal akibat struktur kelembagaan dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang terbatas, sehingga potensi ekonomi lokal belum tergarap secara maksimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kelembagaan BUMDes melalui restrukturisasi organisasi dan peningkatan kapasitas pengelola. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan partisipatif yang melibatkan 15 peserta terdiri dari pengurus BUMDes, perangkat desa, dan perwakilan masyarakat di Balai Desa Talaga Kulon. Proses kegiatan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, dan evaluasi menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh indikator keberhasilan: aspek pengetahuan (dari 45% menjadi 85%), sikap (dari 50% menjadi 90%), keterampilan (dari 40% menjadi 80%), partisipasi (dari 55% menjadi 88%), dan komitmen keberlanjutan (dari 30% menjadi 75%). Peningkatan ini mencerminkan keberhasilan dalam menumbuhkan pemahaman mengenai tata kelola profesional dan menghasilkan rancangan struktur organisasi baru yang lebih efektif. Disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus dan membangun fondasi BUMDes yang lebih profesional, meskipun aspek keberlanjutan memerlukan pengawalan intensif untuk memastikan implementasi secara penuh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine multicultural values in Pancasila and Moral Education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research uses the library research method or literature review. The results obtained from this study are multicultural values in Pancasila and moral education. These values are the values of tolerance, mutual respect, respect for culture and religion, togetherness, unity, cooperation and solidarity values, these are contained in Pancasila. The results of the study can be concluded that the multicultural values contained in Pancasila and character education serve as guidelines that underlie attitudes in the nation and state. Pancasila is explored from the values, views and culture of life of the Indonesian people. In this regard, it is very important to implement Pancasila and character education in schools, bearing in mind that currently there are many phenomena that erode Pancasila values to the nation's next generation.
