Abstract

The implementation of learning strategies that have not been able to make students enthusiastic in participating in learning activities, is due to the lack of application of creative and innovative learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the strategies applied by religious teachers to students, to determine the effectiveness of the strategies involved in cultivating Islamic thought values at Elementary School. This type of research is descriptive research. The subject of this research is to analyze Islamic education strategies. Data collection was carried out by interview, using instruments in the form of interview guides. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the strategy of Islamic religious teachers in instilling the values of Islamic thought in students by implementing the K13 curriculum with the talking stick method and snowballing to create effective learning in order to achieve learning objectives by planning making annual programs, semester programs, learning syllabus, lesson plans, and learning evaluation. The implication of this research is to increase students' interest in learning by inviting students to be enthusiastic about learning, creating student creativity, sharing, and having the courage to convey ideas.

Abstract

The development of the cosmetics world in Indonesia continues to show its graph on increasing use. Currently, many cosmetics are circulating among people who do not have halal certificates. This research aims to see the influence of product innovation, understanding of halal certificates, and product literacy on the millennial generation's decision to buy cosmetic products in the city of Medan. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant influence of product innovation on the millennial generation's decision to buy cosmetic products, by 57.89%. Then, there is a significant influence of the Understanding of Halal Certificate on the millennial generation's decision to buy cosmetic products, by 39.05%. And there is no significant influence of product literacy on the millennial generation's decision to buy cosmetic products

Abstract

Perkembangan produk halal di Indonesia saat ini terus mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, hal ini dikarenakan optimis pemerintah terkait kemudahan dalam penguruan sertifikat halal pada UMKM yang ada di Indonesia. Produk yang memiliki sertifikat halal bukan hanya dijual dipasaran saja, tetapi banyak juga produk halal yang dijual secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh fiture keamanan, responsitivitas aplikasi, dan testimoni pengguna terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat pada produk halal online. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan alat analisis SmartPLS. Data yang didapatkan berasal dari penyebaran angket kepada sampel penelitian, kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat mengaruh positif dan signifikan fiture keamanan, responsitivitas aplikasi terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat pada produk halal online. Kemudian tidak terdapat pengaruh testimoni pengguna terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat pada produk halal online.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine: The influence of communication on the performance of BWM Mawaridussalam managers, the influence of compensation on the performance of BWM Mawaridussalam managers, the influence of communication and compensation together on the performance of BWM Mawaridussalam managers. The research uses quantitative methods. The research stages are the preparation of research instruments where the research instrument that will be used is a questionnaire. The questionnaire will be filled out by the BWM Mawaridussalam manager. Then data collection will be collected by distributing questionnaires to BWM Mawaridussalam managers. And data analysis, where the data that has been collected will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The targeted research outcomes of this research are as follows: The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the influence of communication and compensation on the performance of BWM Mawaridussalam managers. The results of this research are expected to be a consideration for BWM Mawaridussalam in improving the performance of its managers. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of BWM management theory and practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan Kompetensi SDM Syariah dan Kepuasan Kinerja terhadap Efisiensi Operasional pada industri halal logistik di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran angket berbasis Google Form. Instrumen penelitian disusun menggunakan skala Likert dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, serta hubungan antarvariabel dalam model struktural. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas karyawan yang terlibat langsung dalam operasional logistik halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Kompetensi SDM Syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Operasional. Pelatihan yang berbasis nilai-nilai syariah terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman teknis dan moral karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas, sehingga mendukung kelancaran proses operasional. Selain itu, Kepuasan Kinerja juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan, bahkan dengan koefisien pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan pelatihan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa karyawan yang merasa puas cenderung bekerja lebih efektif, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab sehingga berkontribusi langsung pada peningkatan efisiensi perusahaan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan kompetensi syariah dan peningkatan kepuasan kinerja merupakan strategi penting bagi perusahaan logistik halal untuk mencapai efisiensi.
