Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh promosi dan pengetahuan terhadap minat masyarakat melakukan transaksi di Bank Syariah. Perkembangan lembaga keuangan syariah di indonesia memang mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, tetapi peningkatan tersebut tidak di iringi dengan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bank syariah, khususnya di daerah perdesaan. Sehingga pada akhirnya, banyak masyarakat desa yang menyamakan lembaga keuangan syariah dengan lembaga keuangan konvensional. Hal inilah yang menarik peneliti untuk mlakukan penelitian terkait dengan minat masyarakat untuk melakukan transaksi di bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah dalam pengelolaan data regresi. Pengumpulan data dialkukan dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner kepada masyarakat, kemudian nantinya akan di klasifikasikan, dan kemudian akan dikelola dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil yang didapatkan, bahwa ada pengaruh Promosi terhadap minat masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi di bank syariah sebesar 4,32% sedangkan pengetahuan berpengaruh sebesar 1,31%.Kata Kunci : Promosi, Pengetahuan dan Minat Masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of risk management and find out the obstacles that occur in the National Amil Zakat Board of North Sumatra Province. The research approach used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data validation technique uses the triangulation method. Respondents in this study consisted of deputy chairmen of one field of zakat fund collection and amil implementing unit four of the Human Resources and General Administration Section. The results of the study show that the implementation of risk management in the National Amil Zakat Agency for North Sumatra Province has been implemented, it's just that in implementing risk management there are several obstacles, such as the lack of human resources who understand IT, and there is no evaluation of risk management. While the risk management process is carried out by identifying risks, then monitoring risks and controlling risks. The obstacles that occurred at the National Amil Zakat Agency for North Sumatra Province in collecting zakat funds at the National Amil Zakat Agency for North Sumatra Province were in the form of a lack of coordination, facilities and infrastructure in collecting zakat funds.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of contract understanding, and religiosity on the interest of FAI UMSU students in making transactions in Islamic banks. As is known, the current development of Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banks, is inseparable from the understanding of Islamic finance itself. So many researchers have conducted research on understanding, related to people's interest in making transactions at Islamic banks. This research uses a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires to FAI UMSU students. Data processing is carried out using the SPSS application. As for the results, partially the variable Understanding of the Contract (X1) had a significant effect on the Interest in Transaction of FAI UMSU Students at Bank Syariah (Y), then the variable of Religiosity (X2) had a significant effect on the Interest in Transaction of FAI UMSU Students at Bank Syariah (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variable of Understanding of Contract (X1) and the variable of Religiosity (X2) had an effect on the Interest of FAI UMSU Students in Transaction Interest in Sharia Bank (Y), by 88.3%, while the remaining 11.7% was influenced by other variables that were not in the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran bank syariah dalam mendukung Indonesia menjadi trend setter industri halal. Perbankan syariah merupakan suatu pondasi dalam membangun dan mengembangkan industri halal, oleh sebab itu saat ini banyak UMKM yang mencoba untuk melihara ekosistem halal dalam menjaga kehalalan produk yang mereka hasilkan. Maka dari itu, saat ini Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang menjadi pusat dalam menghasilkan sertifikat halal bagi UMKM di negara yang penduduknya mayoritas non Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan hasil-hasil buku, jurnal ilmiah, informasi dari internet dan sumber data juga berasal dari pengamatan penulis terhadap kondisi yang ada dilingkungan sekitar dan wawancara yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lembaga keuangan syariah atau bank syariah terus berupaya dalam menjaga ekosistem halal dengan cara melakukan pengawasan produk dan pengembangan yang dimiliki oleh UMKM halal. Selain itu, bank syariah juga akan membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memelihara sertifikat halal dalam masa perpanjangan sertifikat dengan menjaga setiap proses produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Program Kemandirian Masyarakat (PKM) di Desa Jaring Halus Kec. Secanggang Kab. Langkat yaitu Memberikan edukasi tentang karakter berwirausaha dan pemanfaatan potensi Sumber Daya Alam Desa Jaring Halus serta pemanfaatan hasil tanaman jeruju sebagai produk lokal unggulan Masyarakat Desa Jaring Halus sehingga masyarakat menjadi kreatif dan produktif, dan juga meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Memberikan pendampingan wirausaha masyarakat desa secara langsung dalam pengelolahan tanaman jeruju serta peningkatan dan peningkatan potensi Desa Jaring Halus sehingga menjadi Desa Wirausaha. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan tim pengabdi bersama mitra merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas, inovasi dan produktivitas serta peningkatan kapasitas ekonomi dengan menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha melalui pengolahan dan pengemasan produk teh jeruju. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM yang diperoleh masyarakat petani jeruju di desa Jaring Halus, antara lain : Peningkatan wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan mitra tentang pengolahan dan pengemasan teh herbal jeruju, Peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) mitra tentang peluang usaha melalui pemberian pelatihan Digital Marketing, Peningkatan kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat petani tanaman jeruju didesa Jaring Halus.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of literacy and product understanding on students' interest in making transactions in Islamic financial institutions, with religiosity as an intervening variable. The religiosity variable is an intermediate variable, which is predicted to strengthen or weaken the literacy and product understanding variables for students' interest in making transactions in Islamic financial institutions. Where as is known, religiosity can balance between people's thinking and understanding, related to students' interest in making transactions in Islamic financial institutions. Data collection was carried out in the study, by distributing questionnaires, and the analysis tool used was Smart PLS. As for the results obtained, Literacy has no effect on Interest through Religiosity as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, Product Understanding has a significant effect on Interest through Religiosity as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Credit is a provision of loans to the community, in order for an activity that is consumptive and productive. Usually, credit is given by financial institutions such as banks, where banks will provide credit to people who have met the conditions set by the bank. In this case, productive credit is given to people who want to open a business or develop a business that is already owned. But most of the requirements given by banks or financial institutions are not in accordance with reality, where the bank also assesses the human resources that exist in the business being run. This research, is a quantitative study, with analytical tools using SPSS. As for the results obtained, that there is a partial influence of credit assessment on the decision to provide business development capital. The quality of human resources partially affects the provision of business development capital. And simultaneously, the credit assessment and quality of human resources affect the provision of business development capital, with a value of Rsequer 53.2%

Abstract

This study aims to see the direct and indirect influence between the variables of sharia hotel literacy, service and promotion on consumers' decisions to use sharia hotel services in the city of Medan, with riligiusity as an intervening variable. This research was conducted in medan city, using Smart PLS analysis tool. As for the results obtained, itdoes nothave a significant influence  on the decision of consumers to use sharia hotel services. This is evidenced by the t-static results obtained, namely 0.4171.96 and the pvalues  results of 0.6670.05. Itdoes nothave a significant effect  on the decision of consumers to use sharia hotel services. This is evidenced by the t-static results obtained, namely 0.6711.96 and the pvalues  results of 0.5020.05.  There is a significant influence  of promotion on consumers' decisions to use sharia hotel services. This is evidenced by the t-static results obtained, namely 3.4161.96 and the p values result of  0.00 10.05.  There is a significant influence  of religiosity on consumers' decisions to use sharia hotel services. This is evidenced by the t-static results obtained, namely 3. 2581.96 and pvalues  result  0.0010.05. Sharia hotel literacy has an indirect influence on consumers' decisions to use sharia hotel services, with religiosity as an intervening variable.  Services do not have an indirect influence on consumers' decisions to use sharia hotel services, with religiosity as an intervening variable. Abstract

The development of the cosmetics world in Indonesia continues to show its graph on increasing use. Currently, many cosmetics are circulating among people who do not have halal certificates. This research aims to see the influence of product innovation, understanding of halal certificates, and product literacy on the millennial generation's decision to buy cosmetic products in the city of Medan. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant influence of product innovation on the millennial generation's decision to buy cosmetic products, by 57.89%. Then, there is a significant influence of the Understanding of Halal Certificate on the millennial generation's decision to buy cosmetic products, by 39.05%. And there is no significant influence of product literacy on the millennial generation's decision to buy cosmetic products

Abstract

The use of QRIS in the payment system used by halal MSMEs, there are still many limitations and problems that often arise, so in this case, researchers try to construct the Technology Acceptance Model theory, and Theory of Planned Behaviour, which aims to see the extent of its influence on the intensity of halal MSMEs in using QRIS. This research is quantitative research, with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The object of research is Halal MSMEs in the city of Medan. The questionnaire distribution uses two methods, namely online and offline. As for what is obtained, the X1 variable (Technology Acceptance Model) has a non-significant effect on variable Y (MSME intensity using QRIS) is 1.476 or 14.76%. Then the X2 variable (Theory of Planned Behavior) has a significant effect on Y (Intensity of halal MSMEs using QRIS) is 7,245 or 72.45%.
