Abstract

Recovery process of substance use disorders requires comprehensive approach. The Indonesian National Narcotics Agency (Badan Narkotika Nasional/BNN) provides Therapeutic Community (TC) rehabilitation service. TC approach is about community that faces common issue, gather together to support each other to overcome the issue. Although TC program uses community approach, it is not yet accommodating client’s needs. For that, BNN developed an integrated individual service through community approach called “Moving Class”. Moving class is not a new approach. It is widely used in basic education, where students are moving out from their class and actively seeking a particular and designated class with particular topic, according to the schedule.  Moving class in this context is modeling same approach. Standard approach provided knowledge and information sessions related to addiction through classical, where facilitator come to the class full of clients. and delivers the subject. While moving class ask clients to determine their own topic based on their own needs and ask client to find out the venue of its topic. So client have to actively move from spot to spot. They also need to make an adjustment to each class, both to the facilitator and their peer in the same class. As BNN’s mission is to provide evidence-based services, there is need to do systematic review to clinically assess “Moving Class” method. The study question is whether Moving Class method offers better behavioral changes in recovery process compared to the standard TC. This study used mixed method approach with quasi experimental design, whereby 34 participants in intervention arm received Moving Class intervention and 43 participants in standard of care (SOC) arm received standard TC. We used instruments like Client Evaluation of Self Treatment of Texas Christian University and Change Assessment Scale of University of Rhode Island to evaluate the behavioral changes. Results showed that participants in intervention arm experienced inclination to receive treatment, more participation in rehabilitation process, maintained good relationship in counseling, were able to identify problems. Also, the number of participants had had mental health issues during treatment declined. This study proved that Moving Class method provided improved behavioral changes compared to the classical one.

Abstract

Abstract : Waste management in Sei Beluru Village faces challenges due to population growth and increasing waste volume. This research aims to design and implement an automatic waste bin system based on microcontroller using Arduino Uno. The research uses experimental method with hardware and software development stages including system design, component integration, and testing. The developed system integrates HCSR-04 sensors for waste volume detection, infrared sensors for object presence detection, and servo motors for automatic opening-closing mechanism. Test results show that the system successfully detects waste levels with high accuracy and operates the opening-closing mechanism effectively. Abstract

Pasar Kliwon sebagai satu-satunya Kawasan permukiman Arab yang berada di Surakarta, merupakan Kawasan yang spesifik. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dari kesejarahannya maupun tata letak Kawasan terhadap kompleks karaton Kasunanan Surakarta. Hal ini dilakukan raja karena pada satu sisi raja membutuhkan bangsa arab tersebut untuk mengembangkan agama Islam, tetapi pada sisi yang lain mereka khawatir kalau lama kelamaan mereka memberontak sebagaimana bangsa Tionghoa ketika tahun 1740. Untuk itu permukiman mereka dipilihkan yang berdekatan dengan karaton supaya gampang untuk mengawasinya. Untuk memudahkan mengontrol kehidupan sosial mereka maka raja memerintahkan memberikan nama kampung pada kelompok tersebut berdasarkan etnisnya. Kampung Pasar Kliwon masih sedikit yang meneliti bahkan belum ada yang meneliti secara arsitektural dan konservasi. Ada beberapa bangunan yang diduga sebagai bangunan cagar budaya di Kawasan tersebut. Penelitian ini akan memakai obyek rumah di jl. Batangan nomor 33 Pasar Kliwon Surakarta yang berdasarkan Undang-undang no 11 tahun 2010. Metode yang dipakai kualitatif dengan cara mengadakan pengukuran, pendokumentasian, wawancara. Hasil yang didapat digambar ulang sebagai data eksisting. Setelah mempelajari definisi2 dari Teknik pemugaran diambil salah satu yang tepat. Dalam kasus ini adalah revitalisasi. Bangunan yang tadinya berfungsi sebagai rumah tinggal bisa dire-use-kan menjadi ruang usaha antara lain untuk; jualan HIK di malam hari, toko batik, rumah makan, penginapan. Sangat menarik karena penghuni masih tinggal di rumah itu sehingga bangunan menjadi living monument. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sketsa desain yang nantinya bisa ditingkatkan menjadi gambar kerja. Hal ini penting supaya proses pelaksanaan pemugaran tidak menyimpang dari Undang-undang nomor 11 tahun 2010 tentang Bangunan Cagar Budaya.

Abstract

Abstract : Equitable immunization coverage is a key indicator of successful public health programs, particularly for vulnerable age groups such as toddlers. In Asahan Regency, however, vaccination distribution among districts varies significantly and warrants further analysis. This study applies the Self Organizing Map (SOM) method to cluster toddler vaccination data from 25 districts using variables such as total number of toddlers, total vaccination coverage, and gender-specific vaccination percentages. The data was normalized using Z-Score standardization and processed through a SOM grid with 3x1 neurons. The clustering results identified three distinct categories: high, medium, and low coverage, each with unique characteristics. High-coverage clusters were dominated by districts with perfect vaccination rates (100%), while low clusters revealed gender disparities. This study contributes to the visualization and analysis of immunization trends and serves as a reference for more targeted health intervention planning. Keyword: clustering; self organizing map; SOM; toddlers; vaccination. Abstrak : Cakupan imunisasi yang merata merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan program kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya bagi kelompok usia rentan seperti balita. Namun, di Kabupaten Asahan, distribusi vaksinasi balita menunjukkan ketimpangan antar kecamatan yang perlu dianalisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Self Organizing Map (SOM) untuk mengelompokkan data vaksinasi balita dari 25 kecamatan berdasarkan variabel jumlah total balita, persentase vaksinasi total, serta vaksinasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Data dinormalisasi menggunakan metode Z-Score dan diproses dalam jaringan SOM dengan struktur 3x1 neuron. Hasil klasterisasi menghasilkan tiga kategori cakupan: tinggi, sedang, dan rendah, dengan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Klaster tinggi didominasi oleh kecamatan dengan cakupan vaksinasi sempurna (100%), sedangkan klaster rendah menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan cakupan antara balita laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam visualisasi dan analisis tren imunisasi serta dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan intervensi kesehatan secara lebih terarah. Kata kunci: balita; clustering; self organizing map; SOM; vaksinasi

Abstract

The movement to preserve and utilize the results of preservation or conservation of historical buildings in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, is increasingly intense. One of the historical buildings in Jakarta that has been successful in preserving its historical buildings is the Candra Naya building. The land ownership is under PT. Modernland realty tbk. In 1945, after the G30S PKI riots, the building was abandoned by its owner. Then an Education Foundation named Sin Ming Hui was hired and in 1965 because it could no longer have a name other than Indonesian, the name of the Education Foundation changed its name to Candra Naya. This building was approved as a Cultural Heritage Building by the DKI Jakarta government in 2021. In accordance with law number 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage Buildings, one of the contents of which states that buildings that have been preserved must be able to be used for current needs. The aim of this PKM is to provide assistance to PT. Modernland Realty tbk as a partner in designing the Interior of the restaurant which does not violate the rules stated in the law. The method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting field observations and interviews with restaurant owners about the food that will be served. The results of the interviews were recorded and then a design concept was created that complies with the regulations for Cultural Heritage buildings. Thus PT. Modernland Realty tbk has answered one of the provisions in law number 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage, namely the use of space that is adapted to current needs. ABSTRAK Gerakan untuk melestarikan dan memanfaatkan hasil dari Preservasi atau Konservasi dari bangunan bersejarah di Indonesia terutama di Jakarta semakin gencar. Salah satunya bangunan bersejarah di Jakarta yang sukses dalam melestarikan bangunan bersejarahnya adalah bangunan Candra Naya. Adapun lahan kepemilikannya berada di bawah PT. Modernland realty tbk. Pada tahun 1945 setelah terjadi huru hara G30S PKI bangunan ditinggalkan pemiliknya. Kemudian disewa sebuah Yayasan Pendidikan yang Bernama Sin Ming Hui dan pada tahun 1965 karena tidak boleh lagi ada nama selain Indonesia maka nama Yayasan Pendidikan berubah nama menjadi Candra Naya. Bangunan tersebut telah disahkan sebagai Bangunan Cagar Budaya oleh pemerintah DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2021. Sesuai dengan undang-undang nomor 11 tahun 2010 tentang Bangunan Cagar Budaya, yang salah satu isinya mengatakan bahwa bangunan yang telah dilakukan pelestarian maka harus dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan masa kini. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan bantuan kepada PT. Modernland Realty tbk sebagai Mitra dalam mendesain Interior rumah makan tersebut yang tidak melanggar aturan yang tercantum dalam undang-undang. Adapun metode yang dipakai adalah diskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mengadakan pengamatan lapangan, wawancara kepada pemilik rumah makan tentang makanan yang akan disajikan. Hasil wawancara dicatat kemudian dibuatkan konsep desain dan desain yang sesuai dengan aturan terhadap bangunan Cagar Budaya. Dengan demikian PT. Modernland Realty tbk telah menjawab salah satu ketentuan dalam undang-undang nomor 11 tahun 2010 tentang Cagar Budaya, yaitu pemanfaatan ruang yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masa kini.
