The aim of this research is to analyze the halal value chain in developing halal tourism products and increasing the income of Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City. The halal value chain in the sharia economic sector has an important role in economic progress. However, the economic potential has not been exploited optimally. Jambi City, as one of the areas that has potential in developing halal value chains in the halal tourism industry sector, has also not utilized this potential properly. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. This research uses two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the halal value chain in developing halal tourism products and increasing the income of Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City still needs improvement, such as tourism assets that are not yet sharia-based, especially culinary delights that do not yet have a halal certificate.

This research aims to determine the influence of learning styles and peers on economics subjects in class XI Science at SMA Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research show that there is a positive influence of learning styles and peers on learning outcomes for students in class XI Science at SMA Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi. So, this means that if students are given lessons according to their learning style and the better their peers, the better the students' learning outcomes will be.

This research aims to find out influence of parental support and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMAN 9 Jambi City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that there is an influence between parental support and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMAN 9 Jambi City. So, students with support from their parents in providing encouragement tend to be in the form of motivation, meeting the learning needs and completeness of students in their learning process, but due to the lack of provision of adequate learning media to support the learning process. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to and improve learning facilities to support student success in achieving good learning outcomes.

This research aims to determine the learning outcomes of students who use or do not use 3D Pagflip in entrepreneurship subjects during the post-test using 3D Pageflip. This type of research uses experiments. The research results show that there is a comparison of learning outcomes between students who use 3D Pageflip and those who do not use 3D Pageflip. It can be seen that the experimental class obtained a higher passing score than the control class, besides that it can be calculated with an average score of 1.05. Thus, using 3D Pageflip can help students be more creative and focused in improving student learning outcomes.

This study aims to find out (1) How is student learning independence in economics class XII MIPA at SMAN 1 Jambi City. (2) How are student learning outcomes in economics class XII MIPA at SMAN 1 Jambi City. (3) The effect of independent learning on student learning outcomes in economics class XII MIPA at SMAN 1 Jambi City. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 142 students with a sample of 104 students. The data processing techniques in this study are Research Instrument Validation Test, Research Instrument Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) learning independence got a TCR score of 79.43% in the Good Enough category. (2) The calculation results show that the students' learning outcomes in economics subjects who scored above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.7 were 57 students, and 35 students who obtained scores below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.7 student. (3) From the results of simple regression analysis calculations, there is an effect of learning independence (X) on learning outcomes (Y) of 23.1% with proven t-test results of 2.393 which is greater than t-table which is 1.983. Which states that HI is accepted and Ho is rejected. Keywords: Independent Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract This study aims to (1) Analyze the efficiency of online transportation, the impact of online transportation and the welfare of Go-jek drivers in Jambi City, (2) To analyze the efficiency and impact of online transportation on improving the welfare of Gojek drivers in Jambi City. This research uses qualitative research with the type of phenomenon research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis in this study consisted of taking notes in order to produce field notes and coding, classifying data, and drawing data conclusions or verification. From this research, it can be concluded that the efficiency of online transportation for motorbikes makes it easier for consumers to get the transportation they want only, with their smartphones and internet quota without having to come to the base. Where the rates offered by the Gojek application are quite cheap both in the order rates or services offered. In addition, even though the driver's monthly wage is not stated in the work contract, the income earned by the driver can meet the needs of his family. AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) to determine the quality of the product in the small convection industry in Selamat Subdistrict, Jambi City, (2) To determine the competence of workers in the convection industry in Selamat, Jambi City, (3) To determine the effect of labor competence on product quality in convection in Selamat Village, Jambi City. This research design uses descriptive quantitative research methods. With date collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 30 employees and a sample of 30 employees. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used descriptive analysis test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and simple regression test. While the hypothesis test in this study is a partial test (t test). The results of this study state that (1) the competence of the workforce is included in the good category with an average TCR value of 81.41%. (2) Product quality is included in the good category with an average TCR value of 84.49%. (3) The competence of the workforce affects the quality of the product which can be seen from tcount > ttable of 3.313 > 1.679. Then H0 is accepted, H1 is rejected. Thus, the competence possessed by a workforce, especially skills, will be seen from how a worker carries out his work. Meanwhile, the quality of the product can be seen from the reliability possessed by a product because it will increase the attractiveness of consumers towards the products they buy. Then the competence possessed by a worker will affect the quality of the product that will be produced. Especially skills and reliability because with the presence of these two indicators, the value will increase the added value, as well as the trust of consumers in the company's products.Keywords: Competency of Personnel, Product Quality

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 – 2023. This study uses financial performance as an independent variable with indicators of Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Cash Ratio (CashR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Fixed Asset Turn Over (FATO), Inventory Turn Over (ITO), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE). Stock price as a variable is tied to the stock price indicator (HS). Data and facts obtained from the issuer's financial statements, stock prices and financial performance have considerable and significant differences in the study period. The analysis tool uses the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 software program. The results showed that financial performance variables with FATO and TATO indicators affect stock price variables, while other financial performance indicators, namely CR, CashR, DAR, DER, GPM, ITO, GPM, ITO, NPM, QR and ROE are not able to construct financial performance variables.

Research Objectives: 1) To partially analyze the influence of the school environment on student learning achievement; 2) To partially analyze the influence of teacher communication on student learning achievement; 3) To analyze the influence of student learning motivation on student learning achievement partially; and 4) To analyze the influence of the school environment, teacher communication and learning motivation on student learning achievement simultaneously. This research is included in the associative causality group. It is classified as associative because this research aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between the variables being studied. It is categorized as causality, because this research aims to find out whether the observed variables have a certain causal relationship as predicted theoretically. The method used is a quantitative method. The results of this research conclude: 1) the school environment has a partial influence on student learning achievement; 2) teacher communication has a partial influence on student learning achievement; 3) student learning motivation has a partial influence on student learning achievement; 4) the school environment, teacher communication, and student learning motivation have an influence on student learning achievement simultaneously.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap partisipasi anggota, mengetahui adakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota dan pengaruh kinerja pengurus dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Flamboyan di Kota jambi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara kinerja pengurus dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi pada koperasi flamboyan di kota jambi sebesar 0,763 (76,3%). Terdapat pengaruh antara kinerja pengurus dan partisipasi anggota dengan koefesien sebesar = 0,0,602. Dan terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota dengan koefesien sebesar = 0,511 dengan persamaan regresi sebesar Y= 0,602+ 0,511. Adapun sebesar 26,341 > 3,18. Dengan demikian ditolak dan diterima atau ada pengaruh antar variabel.
