Abstract

Pelayanan pendaftaran di BPM (Bidan Praktik Mandiri) Ovalya Makarova Kecamatan Pujon masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan menggunakan buku register dan buku KIA pasien. Hal ini menyebabkan pasien menunggu antrian untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien dalam menggunakan aplikasi pendaftaran online berbasis android di BPM Ovalya Makarova Kecamatan Pujon. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D), dengan metode penelitian survei deskriptif. Variabel dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi pendaftaran online berbasis android dan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Subjek penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilan (antenatal care) ataupun yang datang untuk mengimunisasikan bayi/balitanya sejumlah 59 pasien. Peneliti menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dengan menggunakan database MySQL untuk merancang aplikasi. Hasil dari uji fungsi aplikasi menggunakan uji blackbox adalah semua fungsi menu dan item aplikasi dinyatakan valid, sehingga aplikasi layak untuk digunakan. Edukasi telah dilakukan kepada pasien khususnya pasien imunisasi dan antenatal care. Hasil dari implementasi aplikasi pendaftaran online berbasis android dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepuasan didapatkan rata-rata skor 3,01 yang berarti bahwa pasien menyatakan puas dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi pendaftaran online berbasis android dapat mempermudah pasien dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran di BPM Ovalya Makarova Kecamatan Pujon. Perlunya perbaikan dan pengembangan aplikasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh peneliti lain, seperti menu tambahan pada aplikasi pendaftaran online berbasis android.

Abstract

An accuration code of diagnosis disease should match ICD-10 classification. The accuration of diagnosis code of eye diseases at Malang Eye Center Clinic by using code list in excel program was 30%. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the coding of eye diseases before and after using the application of Desktop-based Eye Disease Codes, at Malang Eye Center Clinic. The research design used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the One Group Pretest Posttest approach. This research used 200 outpatient medical record documents (MRD) of eye disease (100 MRD for pretest and 100 MRD for posttest), that were taken using simple random sampling method. The percentage result of the accuracy of the codification of eye disease diagnosis using a desktop-based application is 96%. The results showed that there was a difference in the accuration of diagnosis code of eye diseases before and after using the application of Desktop-based Eye Disease Codes (the Z calculated value was -4.76). This application can be used as a tool for coding officers to code eye diseases at the Malang Eye Center Clinic

Abstract

Background: RME is one of the information subsystems connected to other information subsystems in the health service facility, such as patient registration activities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the readiness of PHC in Malang to use online registration applications. Methods: Quantitative descriptive research was used. The research was conducted in 15 PHCs in Malang in June 2021. The population in this study were all patients, all heads of PHCs, and all Medical Record Officers (MRO) at PHCs. The respondents were 15 physicians, 27 MRO, and 330 patients from 15 PHCs seeking medication. The data was measured using a questionnaire designed for patient groups and healthcare provider groups in PHCs per the available literature. Additionally, the scalability and repeatability coefficients for the survey questions are employed in the validity test. The response to questions was presented as an average value. Results: In accordance with the average Likert Scale, the Head of PHC (4,2), MRO (4,15), and patients (4,18) were all ready to use online registration. The study's findings about PHC revealed that 100% of PHC in Malang had adequate human resources, an effective operating system and application, a supporting computer, and a budget. Only around 50% of PHCs have an online registration policy, though. Conclusion: All PHCs and patients were ready to use online registration. According to this study, all PHCs should be ready to prepare facilities and infrastructure and implement online registration.

Abstract

The patient's satisfied is an indicator that can be used to see the quality of health services. A health service can be said to be of high quality if it satisfies the expectations of the patient. Good service quality will form user commitment to reuse a service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of outpatient satisfaction on interest in revisits at Hospital X in Madiun City. This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional approach. This study was conducted on 100 outpatients at Hospital X in Madiun City using a questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The chi square test was used in bivariate analysis. The results showed that 99% of outpatients were satisfied with the services provided and 97% of patients who were interested in making revisits. However, there was no effect of outpatient satisfaction on the interest in revisits at Hospital X in Madiun City (p Value = 1,000).

Abstract

Medical record storage on the shelf filing is to simplify and speed up the retrieval of the documents at any time needed. The purpose of these activities was to make the health officers in Community Health Centre (CHC) understood and could implemented the centralization medical record filing system in CHC. Mentoring activities for implementation of centralization medical record filing system in Kendalkerep CHC Malang, could improved the knowledge of the CHC’s officers about the centralization medical record filing system using SNF (Straight Numeric Filing) method. The result of this mentoring activity showed the medical record’s officers of the Kendalkerep CHC Malang could implemented the centralization medical record filing system using the SNF (Straight Numeric Filing) properly. 90% of the CHC’s officers stated satisfied following the mentoring activity and 10% stated very satisfied. The Head of the Kendalkerep CHC Malang should validate and establish the Decree Letter of medical record management and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of the medical record management system as a guideline for all the activity at medical record unit.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital disruption has driven the healthcare sector to embrace technology as a vital tool in engaging patients as health consumers. In the pursuit of providing better services to patients, clinics now increasingly recognize the need for a system that can effectively connect clinics and patients with the ultimate goal of fostering loyalty in healthcare transactions. This research aims to implement a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application system in clinics. In the design of this research, a descriptive approach is employed, with a focus on the analysis of the requirements necessary for the implementation of CRM application systems in clinics. The research subjects involve primary care clinics located in the city of Malang, serving as samples that represent diverse clinic contexts. The research instrument used is an interview guide, enabling in-depth data collection regarding user needs and expectations. The proposed implementation of the CRM application also involves an analysis of the extent to which users respond to and accept the application. The initial stage of the research involves information analysis to comprehend the various system requirements in different clinics. Subsequently, the development of systems in these clinics is a key step in enhancing the patient experience and interactions between clinics and patients. It is crucial to closely monitor user feedback on this application, how the application affects interactions between patients and clinics, and how user responses can be interpreted into improvements in a new information system that is more user-friendly. This research will provide valuable insights into how technology and application systems can serve as effective tools in enhancing healthcare services and interactions between clinics and patients.).

Abstract

Diagnosis coding in neoplasm diseases should be complete and precise in accordance to ICD-10 by providing topography codes and morphology codes. Incompleteness and inaccuracy of codes could have an impact on inaccuracies of morbidity reports and inappropriate treatment, as well as increased medical costs. Preliminary studies at UOBK RSUD Dokter Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo showed the percentage of topography code accuracy in 5 medical record documents (MRDs) for neoplasm diseaes was 100%, and the completeness of the neoplasm diagnosis code was 0%. This study objective was to ascertain the completeness and precision of codes in neoplasm diseases based on ICD-10. The research’s design was a quantitative descriptive study with a retrospective strategy using the population of all MRDs of neoplasm diseases in September-November 2022. The sample of 112 MRDs which taken utilizing the technique of total sampling. The factors in the research was the completeness and accuracy of neoplasm diagnosis codes based on ICD-10. Data were collected through observation in the coding section and checklist sheets. The outcome presented the precision of the topography codes was 90.18%, the precision of the morphology codes was 0%, and the precision and thoroughness of the codes in neoplasm diseases was 0%. The incompleteness and inaccuracy of the codes was caused by the absence of morphological code in the patient's medical resume and errors in selecting the topography code block. Coders should complete the morphological code on the patient's medical resume to obtain the neoplasma diagnosis code’s accuracy and completeness.

Abstract

The accuracy of the diagnosis codes obtained at RSU Wonolangan had not yet reached a code accuracy level of 100%. The work experience in coding and coding training of coders were still lacking. The research aims was to determine the relationship between the characteristics of coders and the accuracy of diagnosis codes at RSU Wonolanagan. This type of research was quantitative analysis with a cross sectional study. The population were 15 medical record officers and 4693 MRDs (Medical Record Documents). The sample were 5 coders and the MRDs sample was determined using a quota sampling technique, which were 150 MRDs samples taken from each coders, 30 MRDs. The research instrument used interview guides and questionnaires to collect data on the characteristics of coders, as well as checklist sheets for the accuracy of diagnosis codes. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test. The results showed that most of coders (80%) were over 25 years old, most coders (80%) had work experience in coding for less than 6 years and most coders (60%) had never attended coding training. Based on the knowledge results, the majority (80%) of coders were in the good category. Code accuracy was 66.67% (100 MRDs). The chi square test showed the relationship between age (p=0.009), work experience (p=0.009), coding training (p=0.001), and knowledge (p=0.009) with the accuracy of diagnosis codes at RSU Wonolangan. Training of coding was needed for coders at RSU Wonolangan to improve the accuracy in coding diagnosis. Keakuratan kode diagnosis di RSU Wonolangan didapatkan belum tercapai tingkat keakuratan kode 100%. Masa kerja petugas dalam melakukan pengkodingan dan pelatihan tentang koding yang masih kurang. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara karakteristik petugas koding dengan akurasi kode diagnosa di RSU Wonolanagan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi sejumlah 15 petugas rekam medis dan 4693 DRM (Dokumen Rekam Medis). Sampel petugas sebanyak 5 petugas khusus koding dan penentuan sampel DRM menggunakan teknik quota sampling, dengan sampel DRM sebanyak 150 yang diambil masing-masing petugas koding sebanyak 30 DRM. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data karakteristik petugas koding, serta lembar checklist untuk keakuratan kode diagnosis. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisa univariat juga analisa bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik petugas koding sebagian besar (80%) berusia lebih dari 25 tahun. Masa kerja petugas sebagian besar (80%) kurang dari 6 tahun dan sebagian besar (60%) belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan koding. Berdasarkan hasil pengetahuan sebagian besar (80%) berkategori baik. Keakuratan kode sebesar 66,67% (100 DRM) yang akurat. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara usia (p=0,009), masa kerja (p=0,009), pelatihan koding (p=0,001), dan pengetahuan (p=0,009) dengan keakuratan kode diagnosis di RSU Wonolangan. Abstract

Apheresis merupakan metode baru yang efektif dan aman dalam pengambilan komponen darah. Pengambilan darah donor apheresis ini mempunyai keuntungan yaitu mutu komponen darah lebih konsisten, kandungan biologis lebih besar dan kandungan leukosit lebih rendah, karena komponen yang tidak digunakan dikembalikan kedalam tubuh pendonor. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor kegagalan donor apheresis pada tahap seleksi di Unit Transfusi Darah (UTD) di Sidoarjo. Metode deskriptif dengan data skunder yang diambil dari SIMDONDAR. Sampel semua pendonor apheresis yang mengalami kegagalan pada tahap seleksi sebanyak 56 responden.dari Januari sampai Desember 2023 di lihat dari Berat badan, usia,Tekanan darah, Kadar Haemoglobin, hct,plt, wbc, lipemik, analisis protein total (albumin dan IgG serta ketepatan jadwal donor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor kegagalan donor apheresis pada tahap seleksi akibat tekanan darah rendah (3%), tekanan darah tinggi (10,20%), Kadar Haemoglobin ≥17 gr/dl (3%) dan (30%) kadar Haemoglobin ≤ 12,5 gr/dl, kadar hct < 37% ( 7,30%), kadar plt <100 (10,20%) serta (5,80%) dengan kadar plt >300, kadar wbc >10,0 (19,10%), kadar lipemik tinggi (1,50%) dan tidak sesuai jadwal donor (10,30%). Sedangkan hasil penolakan akibat berat badan, usia,analisis protein total berupa albumin dan IgG tidak didapatkan adanya penolakan.

Abstract

Precision of writing diagnosis of cardiovascular system diseases in Lavalette Hospital Malang by 70% with accuracy diagnosis codes by 30%. The purpose of research to determine the relationship between precision in writing diagnosis and accuracy of diagnosis codes of cardiovascular system diseases in Lavalette Hospital Malang. This research used quantitive analysis with cross sectional study approach. The population of this research is 248 medical records of cardiovascular cases. The research sample is 150 medical records with simple random sampling. The independent variable is precision in writing diagnosis of cardiovascular system diseases, while the dependent variable is accuracy of diagnosis codes of cardiovascular system diseases. The univariate test results shows the percentage precision of writing diagnosis cardiovascular system disease by 48% (72 medical records) and accuracy of diagnosis codes of cardiovascular system diseases by 30% (45 medical records). The chi square test results shows there is a relationship between precision in writing diagnosis and accuracy of diagnosis codes of cardiovascular system disease in Lavalette Hospital Malang with p value of 0.019 (<0.05). To increase the level of accuracy diagnosis codes, standarized writing guidebooks for diagnosis should be created and coders should be more careful on reading medical information in medical records.
