Abstract

Abstrak: Teknologi pencatatan elektronik untuk presensi mahasiswa dapat menjadi solusi yang meminimalisir kekeliruan pada proses pencatatan dan rekap kehadiran. Perekapan presensi ini mempermudah proses pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa secara terkomputerisasi agar data kehadiran langsung masuk ke komputer untuk selanjutnya mudah dilakukan pengolahan data presensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem yang digunakan oleh user. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah study evaluasi dengan menggunakan framework yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Terdapat beberapa parameter yang dilakukan evaluasi sistem dengan menggunakan tools ini yaitu terkait dengan Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Behavioral Intention (BI), Actual Usage (AU).  Mengenai penerapan sistem Dashboard, mayoritas responden siswa memberikan rata-rata sangat setuju pada komponen Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU) sebesar 78%, Perceived Usefulness (PU) sebesar 73.8%, Behavioral Intention (BI) sebesar 76.8%, Actual Usage (AU) sebesar 78.87%.  Sistem yang digunakan berdampak pada pelaksanaan monitoring kehadiran mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan. Staff administrasi dan akademik beserta mahasiswa bisa dengan cepat mengetahui informasi presensi yang direkap dalam sistem. Selain itu atasan juga dapat mendapatkan data dan informasi dari absen tersebut sebagai dasar kebijakan pengambilan keputusan. Abstract: Electronic recording technology for students' student presence can be a solution that minimizes errors in the process of recording and attendance recap. This presence recording makes it easier to process the computerized attendance of students so that attendance data directly enters the computer so that it is easy to process attendance data. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the system used by the user. The method used in this study is an evaluation study using the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). There are several parameters that are evaluated by the system using these tools, which are related to Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Behavioral Intention (BI), Actual Usage (AU). Regarding the application of the Dashboard system, the majority of student respondents gave an average of strongly agree on the Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) component of 78, Perceived Usefulness (PU) of 73.8, Behavioral Intention (BI) of 76.8, Actual Usage (AU) of 78.87. The system used has an impact on the implementation of monitoring the presence of students in lectures. Administrative and academic staff and students can quickly find out the presence information that is recapitulated in the system. In addition, superiors can also get data and information from these absences as a basis for decision making policies.

Abstract

Background: The early stimulation of gross motor development children in Indonesia needs to be optimized, but the parent's standard choice kind of stimulation was unclear. This could be caused by the mother's lack of knowledge about the types of stimulation to choose. Mostly parents choose baby walkers in stimulating the walking phase of children, while balance bikes are unfamiliar by parents as a type of gross motor stimulation when children can walk. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the effects of early stimulation used a baby walker and a balance bike on a toddler's development phase. Method: This article is a scoping review. The article was searched from some databases, includes CINAHL, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, and ClinicalKey. The search used a combination of several keywords: "baby walker", "balance bike", and "children". Result: The results showed that the use of a baby walker has a high risk of experiencing walking disorders and the risk of accidents when a child uses a baby walker, meanwhile a balance bike is relatively safe and can improve a child's balance. Conclusion : The baby walker is not significant as a walking stimulation for babies because of the harmful impact, different to the balance bike, which provides a good impact, it will be recommended as a stimulus.

Abstract

The aim of this community service was to develop collaboration with Puskesmas Bareng, Malang City, in order Puskesmas still could perform service for elderly people in this new normal era supported by Management Information System (MIS) Elderly. Methods used in this community service was need assessment, tutorial, practice and accompaniment of kaders and health officers in using this MIS elderly. The result was application called as MIS elderly which was developed based on need assessment in Puskesmas Bareng and socialization of MIS elderly to health officer in Puskesmas Bareng, Malang City. At the end of community service, there was evaluation using model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The model was consisting of 4 parts, which are Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU, Perceived Usefulness (PU), Behavioural Intention (BI) and Actual Usage (AU). As the summary, all the health officers agree that this application is easy to used, very helpful, motivate the users to keep using the application and very needed to support Puskesmas Bareng in provide service for elderly in their Puskesmas.

Abstract

Protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi COVID-19 sebagi bentuk informasi kesehatan belum dapat dilaksanakan dengan maksimal oleh mitra penjual mie ayam di lingkungan RT 13 RW 02 Kelurahan Tunjungsekar Kota Malang. Faktor utama penyampaian informasi kesehatan dari fasilitas tingkat pertama secara berkala belum maksimal di laksanakan bagi penjual mie ayam di lingkungan RT 12 secara tidak langsung berdampak pada sosial masyarakat, dengan menurunya pendapatan penjualan mie ayam setiap harinya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu Pedagang Mie Ayam di RT 13 RW 02 Kelurahan Tunjungsekar Kota Malang untuk melakukan manajemen kesehatan dalam berjualan mie ayam dan berinteraksi dengan ayam pembeli mie secara langsung. Melalui metode sistem pakar yang dibagi kedalam lingkunang konsultasi dan lingkungan program kesehatan, hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat menunjukkan 100% pedagang mie ayam menggunakan Prokes. Pada saat menjual mie ayam, 100% pembeli menggunakan Prokes saat membeli mie ayam dan 100% kelompok mie ayam dicuci bersih setelah menjual mie ayam. Memantau manajemen kesehatan menggunakan Aplikasi Web APPS secara berkala.

Abstract

Alur pendaftaran pasien merupakan hal penting yang perlu diketahui oleh pasien untuk kelancaran proses pelayanan pasien di Rumah Sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan pasien antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan video animasi tentang alur pendaftaran di RSIA Husada Bunda. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif analitik. Terdapat 30 sampel yang berasal dari pasien baru rawat jalan di RSIA Husada Bunda. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2021-Januari 2022. Pasien diberikan video mengenai alur pendaftaran melalui aplikasi WhatsApp dan diminta menonton setidaknya 3 kali dalam sebulan. Peningkatan pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah menonton video. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat (uji statistik Wilcoxon) untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan video animasi. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan pasien antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan video animasi tentang alur pendaftaran di RSIA Husada Bunda. Perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan terbukti signifikan (nilai p = 0,000).

Abstract

Retention of medical record documents in hospitals must be implemented to limit the number of documents that have been stored on storage shelves for five (five) years, so that they do not accumulate between active and inactive medical record documents. However, several variables contributed to the delay in the implementation of the medical record retention policy. The purpose of this study was to determine procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other factors that contributed to delays in retention of medical records in hospitals. The study was conducted with a literature review of searches on Google Scholar and Garuda. The literature data were analyzed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, namely through cross-sectional research methodologies, descriptive surveys, qualitative studies, and journals published between 2017 and 2021. Of all the journals that have been obtained, the procedure for implementing the retention of medical record documents in hospitals is still not implemented properly. The SOP that has been set does not fully explain the procedure for implementing the retention of medical record documents because there are no certain procedures. The delay in the implementation of retention of medical record documents in hospitals is due to differences in the characteristics of archiving officers, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and schedules for storing medical record documents. SOP is important to be made as a guideline to reduce officer errors, and there are several components that cause delays in the implementation of retention of medical record documents in hospitals.

Abstract

An accuration code of diagnosis disease should match ICD-10 classification. The accuration of diagnosis code of eye diseases at Malang Eye Center Clinic by using code list in excel program was 30%. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the coding of eye diseases before and after using the application of Desktop-based Eye Disease Codes, at Malang Eye Center Clinic. The research design used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the One Group Pretest Posttest approach. This research used 200 outpatient medical record documents (MRD) of eye disease (100 MRD for pretest and 100 MRD for posttest), that were taken using simple random sampling method. The percentage result of the accuracy of the codification of eye disease diagnosis using a desktop-based application is 96%. The results showed that there was a difference in the accuration of diagnosis code of eye diseases before and after using the application of Desktop-based Eye Disease Codes (the Z calculated value was -4.76). This application can be used as a tool for coding officers to code eye diseases at the Malang Eye Center Clinic

Abstract

Activity of determining the disease code and writing the diagnosis must be in accordance with the correct medical terminology and the classification rules that apply in Indonesia, namely ICD-10 in order to get the right and accurate code. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the accuracy of writing a diagnosis and the accuracy of the diagnosis code in obstetrics and gynecology cases at Rumah Sakit Tk. IV DKT Kediri. The method used in this research is analytic research with cross sectional approach. Based on Slovin's formula, the sample used was 100 medical record documents of inpatients. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used observation with a checklist instrument. Data on the accuracy of writing the diagnosis and the accuracy of the diagnosis code were analyzed univariately, while the relationship between the accuracy of writing the diagnosis and the accuracy of the diagnosis code was analyzed using SPSS with Chi-Square test. The results showed that the accuracy of writing the diagnosis was 56%, the accuracy of the diagnosis code was 43%, and there was a relationship between the accuracy of writing the diagnosis and the accuracy of the diagnostic code for obstetrics and gynecology cases at Rumah Sakit Tk. IV DKT Kediri (p < 0.025).

Abstract

Background: RME is one of the information subsystems connected to other information subsystems in the health service facility, such as patient registration activities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the readiness of PHC in Malang to use online registration applications. Methods: Quantitative descriptive research was used. The research was conducted in 15 PHCs in Malang in June 2021. The population in this study were all patients, all heads of PHCs, and all Medical Record Officers (MRO) at PHCs. The respondents were 15 physicians, 27 MRO, and 330 patients from 15 PHCs seeking medication. The data was measured using a questionnaire designed for patient groups and healthcare provider groups in PHCs per the available literature. Additionally, the scalability and repeatability coefficients for the survey questions are employed in the validity test. The response to questions was presented as an average value. Results: In accordance with the average Likert Scale, the Head of PHC (4,2), MRO (4,15), and patients (4,18) were all ready to use online registration. The study's findings about PHC revealed that 100% of PHC in Malang had adequate human resources, an effective operating system and application, a supporting computer, and a budget. Only around 50% of PHCs have an online registration policy, though. Conclusion: All PHCs and patients were ready to use online registration. According to this study, all PHCs should be ready to prepare facilities and infrastructure and implement online registration.
