Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara Kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian inner box di PT Indoris Printingdo. Penelitian diambil karena melihat Menurunnya jumlah penjualan PT Indoris Printingdo pada tahun 2021-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif. Data penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PT Indoris Printingdo. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis korelasi, uji koefisien determinansi, uji analisis regresi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t (parsial) dan uji-f (simultan) pada level signifikansi 5% (α=0,05). Data-data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik tersebut diolah, sehingga mendapatkan hasil persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y= 3,347+ 0,274X1+ 0,637X2. Abstract

ABSTRAC Credit growth disbursed by the banking industry in 2023 slowed down compared to 2022. In 2023, banking loans will grow by around 10.38% on an annual basis (YoY). The achievement of banking credit disbursement in 2023 was recorded to grow slower than in 2022 which was able to reach 11.35% YoY. Perry Warjiyo (2024) stated that "Credit growth is more supported by investment credit and working capital, at 12.26% and 10.05%, respectively". (https://m.kontan.co.id) Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of Return On Assets and Earning per Share on Stock Prices with the object of the study, namely Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2023 Period. The design of this study uses an associative research design, which is a study that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The dependent variable used is the Stock Price, and the Independent variable used is ROA (X1) and EPS (X2). The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, so that a sample of 4 companies was obtained. The data used is secondary data, namely in the form of the company's financial statements. The results of the study using a multiple linear regression analysis test obtained the regression formula Y=1441,546+289,001X1+8,069X2 which means that if there is no increase or increase in ROA and EPS, the Stock Price is Rp1,441,546, and if there is an increase in ROA by one, the Stock Price has increased by Rp289,001, and also if there is an increase in EPS by one, the Stock Price has increased by Rp8, 069. This shows that ROA and EPS simultaneously have a positive effect on the Stock Price. In the Determination Coefficient test simultaneously, a result of 0.484 was obtained, which means that ROA (X1) and EPS (X2) simultaneously have an influence of 48.4% on the Stock Price and the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other variables. In the t test ROA (X1), Tcount result was obtained of 2,004 > Ttable of 1,697, this shows that ROA (X1) partially has a significant effect on the Stock Price (Y) and the result of the t-test EPS (X2) obtained Tcount result of 5,194 > TTable of 1,697, this shows that EPS (X2) partially has a significant effect on the Stock Price (Y). In the f test, the results of Fcount of 13.626 > the ftable of 3.32 things show that ROA (X1) and EPS (X2) simultaneously have a positive influence on the Stock Price (Y). Abstract

This research investigated about code-mixing that found in YouTube. This article used a You Tube, because many people nowadays used YouTube to express their creativity. The aims of this study were to find out the types of code-mixing and the code-mixing category dominantly used by Melaney’s utterance in her videos. The researcher used Hoffman theory to reveal this study. The research applied qualitative descriptive method to analyze the types. of code-mixing and the category dominantly used by Melaney’s utterance. The method of collecting data was observation. The data were taken from video that are published in YouTube. The result of this research there are (20) intra-sentential mixing, (8) intra-lexical mixing, (2) involving a change of pronunciation. They all have different levels of code-mixing used in Melaney’s utterance. The conclusion is You Tube as a social media that allows users to share photos and videos, entertainment, tutorials, introduce or promoting a product, and access world’s information by using this application. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pengembangan karier dan evaluasi kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Victory Offset Prima (Divisi Produksi). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 152 karyawan dan pengambilan sampel dengan rumus slovin menghasilkan jumlah sampel untuk diteliti sebanyak 110 responden. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sample random sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Sedangkan uji analisis data yang dilakukan antara lain, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji korelasi parsial dan simultan, uji determinasi parsial dan simultan, uji regresi parsial dan simultan, uji hipotesis (uji T dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karier berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dibuktikan dengan hasil hipotesis (Uji T) yang dilakukan dengan nilai Thitung>Ttabel (6.696>1.982), dan evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dibuktikan dengan hasil hipotesis (Uji T) yang dilakukan dengan nilai hitung Thitung>Ttabel (14.684>1.982). Serta pengembangan karier dan evaluasi kinerja memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis (Uji F) dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (858.612>2,69).

Abstract

Basic digital marketing and marketplace utilization training is a strategic step in improving community skills in the digital era, especially for groups that have not yet been fully exposed to technology. Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM) play a crucial role in providing access to non-formal learning that empowers communities economically and socially. This article discusses basic digital marketing and marketplace utilization training for participants in the sewing skills program at PKBM Teuku Markam, covering its objectives, materials, methods, benefits, impacts, and implementation recommendations. This training is designed to equip participants, mostly women with basic education backgrounds, with practical skills in utilizing digital media for marketing and managing online stores. The impact of this training included increased participants' understanding of digital marketing concepts, technical skills in creating marketing content, and the courage to launch online businesses, a concept previously unimaginable for most participants. Several participants successfully created their own online store accounts, uploaded their products to marketplaces, and used social media for promotion. This demonstrates that digital training can be a catalyst for community-based economic transformation, particularly in areas with limited access to formal training. Furthermore, this training fostered collaboration between educational institutions, industry practitioners, and local communities as a holistic approach to community economic empowerment. Continuous evaluation and cross-sector collaboration are highly recommended to ensure the sustainability of this program and anticipate future developments in digital technology.
