Abstract

This study aims to understand and look closely political beliefs of the villagers in the North Aceh Regency after the 2017 gubernatorial election. A qualitative method was employed and the data were generated from written or spoken words from people and their behaviors. Observations and personal in-depth interviews were conducted to collect rigorous information from the informants at a village in the North Aceh district, Indonesia. The finding reported that the behavior of the community in responding to the political dynamics after the election for Governor of Aceh in 2017 continued to behave according to the conditions of a political party that they supported to achieve particular goals. Their responses were increasingly rational and willing to accept differences and participated based on shared awareness to build the nation so that they could feel the welfare of living in peace. The finding implies that societies now can no longer be lied to with irrational promises from the politicians during the political campaign. People are now becoming intelligent and rational in the political election because they have learned lessons from numerous political blunders in the past.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to realize community service planning conducted with Forum Group Discussion (FGD) in Gampong Balang Panyang with Gampong Leadership, Tuha Peut and other youth figures and Stake holders. There are several problems behind this devotion, namely the management of tourism things have not been managed properly in accordance with Islamic law, the method of Devotion Activities is based on the principle of participatory towards all parties involved. Planning together, conducting activities, monitoring and evaluating together the extent of the progress of the activities. As a result, This Japanese Guha tourist site can also be a means of education as well as an additional literacy about the history of the past. Of course, this becomes a picture that the management must be maximized and the development to all citizens in developing halal tourism potential in the historical site. in conclusion, the management of Guha Japan Tourism Site became the authority of the Lhokseumawe City Government through the Tourism Office and the Education and Culture Office. This makes the management of Japan Guha tourism has not been maximized.

Abstract

The process of administrative services is also less obtained by the community today due to a lack of understanding of technical services by the apparatus in gampong government offices. Service patterns that have not been well organized coupled with the unsanciplined service pattern add dull to the face of service in Gampong Jrat Manyang. This service presents several problem points that arise from partners, namely Gampong Administrative Services that have not been efficient so that basic training of administrative services is needed.. The method of implementation of pre-implementation of activities requires observation of the location of the devotion so that the criteria are obtained that become the basis of community assessment of services such as Tangible. The results showed the core apparatus was very large reaching 60 percent of the total 100 percent. So this percentage shows the interest of gampong government administrators Keude Jrat Manyang as trainees and they are aware that the administrative services carried out so far from efficient. Abstract

Abstract. This article aims to describe the economy of oil palm smallholders in post-conflict Aceh. The data for this study were gathered through observation, interviews, and a review of the relevant literature. This study found that oil palm plantations were one of the industries that helped the people of North Aceh get back on their feet economically after the conflict. The peaceful conditions in post-conflict Aceh propelled the former GAM combatants to plunge into the oil palm plantation sector because the potential for land was quite wide. The success of the oil palm plantation activities by former GAM combatants encouraged the community to participate in planting oil palm so that the area of oil palm plantations continued to increase in North Aceh, and then the community's economy also increased. These conditions strengthened peace because GAM combatants successfully switched from conflict-related activities to economic ones.

Abstract

Hydroponic plant harvesting training for the Tambon Baroh limestone environment, Dewantara district, northern aceh with the aim of improving village skills and knowledge in developing sustainable agriculture by leveraging hydroponic technology. With this training, it is hoped that people will be able to understand the basic concepts of hydroponics, raising techniques, selecting seed plants, growing environment arrangements, nutrition use, and hydroponic plant management. Furthermore, it is also aimed at helping communities increase agricultural productivity and create healthier and more sustainable environments. This training is carried out using a direct practice approach in the field and is supported by experienced hydroponics clergy. Moreover, it also involves active participation from communities in the learning and development of hydroponics plants. It is hoped that after this training, people in Tambon baroh village will be able to develop hydroponic farming on their own and benefit local communities, public health, and economies.Pelatihan pemanfaatan tanaman hidroponik bagi lingkungan Gampong Tambon Baroh, Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan warga desa dalam mengembangkan pertanian berkelanjutan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi hidroponik. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat memahami konsep dasar hidroponik, teknik budidaya, pemilihan bibit tanaman, pengaturan lingkungan tumbuh, penggunaan nutrisi, dan manajemen tanaman hidroponik. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian dan menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih sehat dan lestari.Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan praktik langsung di lapangan dan didukung oleh pemateri yang berpengalaman di bidang hidroponik. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan tanaman hidroponik. Diharapkan, setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, masyarakat di desa Tambon Baroh dapat mengembangkan usaha pertanian hidroponik secara mandiri dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi lingkungan sekitar, kesehatan masyarakat, dan perekonomian lokal.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami Strategi Komunikasi Pemerintah dalam Mensosialisasikan Program Website Layanan Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Online Rakyat (LAPOR) di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti perlu memahami bagaimana cara penyampaian pemerintah daerah, khususnya di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Eksplorasi semacam ini menggunakan pemeriksaan subyektif dengan strategi pengumpulan informasi, yaitu persepsi khusus, pertemuan dan studi tertulis dengan enam orang saksi. Informasi tersebut diselidiki secara intuitif tanpa henti hingga selesai. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa selama ini teknik persuratan dalam memadukan program LAPOR di Kota Padangsidimpuan telah bersinggungan dengan unjuk rasa dan laporan yang masuk. dorongan yang sangat maju dalam inovasi data, salah satunya dengan pembuatan flyer atau rekaman singkat tentang LAPOR. Hal ini berjalan positif, walaupun masih banyak faktor yang menghambat, namun hal ini mungkin dibatasi oleh adanya variabel-variabel pendukung di dalamnya

Abstract

This research discusses the dlvergence of influence of ulama and dayah in electoral politics in East Aceh Regency. Use of electoral political theory (elections), using qualitative research methods. Findings from the results of research in the fileld regarding "Divergence of influence of ulama and dayah in the electoral political constellation in East Aceh Regelcy", can be concluded that: 1) The divergence of political influence that ulama and dayah have in the implementation of the electoral political constellation is very large, many people folllow or make ulama as a reference in determining their choice of politilal partiles in the general election in East Aceh Regency. 2) In providing support to political parties or election participants, ulama and dayah have causes or driving factors that cause divergence in poliltical support from ulama and dayah towards political parties in the implementation of elelctoral politilcs in East Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran sangat penting di era ekonomi digital, keberadaan online dan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mendalam tentang berbagai aspek digital marketing perlu diketahui. Pengenalan konsep dasar digital marketing, seperti pentingnya keberadaan online dan strategi untuk membangun brand yang kuat. Penggunaan berbagai platform digital seperti media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), website, dan e-commerce diajarkan untuk membantu peserta memanfaatkan alat-alat ini secara efektif. Teknik Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dan Search Engine Marketing (SEM) juga dibahas untuk meningkatkan visibilitas bisnis di mesin pencari. Selain itu, peserta pelatihan diberikan keterampilan dalam desain grafis dan copywriting untuk membuat konten pemasaran yang menarik. Mereka juga belajar tentang fotografi dan videografi produk untuk meningkatkan daya tarik visual di platform digital. Pemanfaatan alat analitik seperti Google Analytics dan Facebook Ads Manager diajarkan untuk membantu peserta mengukur efektivitas kampanye mereka dan membuat keputusan berbasis data. Metode pelatihan meliputi workshop, hands-on training, dan sesi mentoring. Workshop dan hands-on training memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk mempraktikkan apa yang telah dipelajari, sementara mentoring dan pendampingan dari ahli digital marketing membantu peserta mengatasi tantangan spesifik yang dihadapi dalam bisnis mereka. Evaluasi dan feedback dilakukan setelah pelatihan untuk mengukur pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut. Dengan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni dalam pelatihan ini, diharapkan pengusaha muda di Gampong Uteunkot dapat meningkatkan penjualan, brand awareness, dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

This article examines the political reorientation of Generation Z voters in Aceh, Indonesia, between the 2019 and 2024 presidential elections. In Aceh—a post-conflict region where Islamic values and inherited political affiliations continue to shape civic life—young voters have traditionally aligned with electoral choices informed by family ties, clerical influence, and communal expectations. Using a sequential explanatory research design, this study combines survey data from two election cycles (n=73 in 2019; n=267 in 2024) with 30 in-depth interviews across three public universities. Findings reveal a notable shift from identity-based loyalty toward a more evaluative form of political reasoning. By 2024, many respondents reported prioritizing leadership credibility, programmatic vision, and policy clarity over ethnic and religious affiliation. This transformation was catalyzed by increased exposure to diverse information via social media, peer deliberation, and civic engagement in academic settings. However, the shift unfolded amid significant tension, particularly from family members and educators who framed political choice as a moral imperative. Respondents navigated these pressures through selective compliance, quiet dissent, and emerging political autonomy. This behavioral shift is understood here as a form of selective identity politics, in which inherited affiliations remain relevant but are increasingly subjected to rational and ethical scrutiny. The study contributes to broader discussions on youth political agency, identity negotiation, and democratic participation in culturally embedded and post-conflict contexts.
