Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Equity, Firm Size, Debt Equity Ratio and Price Earning Ratio on return defensive stocks with Dividend Policy as Variable Moderation in Manufacturing Companies. The study population was manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018. There were 61 companies sampled using purposive sampling techniques. The analytical method uses multiple linear analysis and moderated Regression analysis. The results showed the Firm Size variable had a significant positive effect and the DER variable had no significant positive effect while the ROE and PER variables had no significant negative effect on return defensive stocks. The MRA test states that the Dividend Payout Ratio variable strengthens the effect of Firm Size on return defensive stocks while the ROE, DER and PER variables are weakened by the effect on return defensive stocks by dividend policy. Future studies are expected to use other variables that might increase or decrease stock returns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak perbedaan madzhab teologi dalam penerapan i’rab Al-Qur’an yang dibatasi pada interpretasi ayat-ayat perbuatan manusia dengan sumber primer Tafsir al-Kasysyaf karya az-Zamakhsyari dan Tafsir Mafatih al-Ghaib karya Fakhruddin ar-Razi. Melalui metode tafsir muqaran (komparatif) al-Kumi dan analisis Teori Kesadaran Keterpengaruhan Sejarah yang disampaikan oleh Gadamer, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana perbedaan dalam penerapan i’rab Al-Qur’an serta implikasinya dalam konsep perbuatan manusia yang tercermin dalam pandangan Mu’tazilah dan Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’ah. Fokus kajian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana afiliasi madzhab teologi mempengaruhi cara i’rab Al-Qur’an yang diterapkan ke dalam penafsiran ayat-ayat perbuatan manusia. Dengan menganalisis ayat dalam Q.S. as-Shaffat/37: 96 dan al-Qashash/28: 68, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi variasi interpretatif dalam i’rab antara Tafsir al-Kasysyaf yang mewakili pandangan Mu’tazilah dan Tafsir Mafatih al-Ghaib yang mewakili pandangan Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’ah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan i’rab Al-Qur’an tidak hanya didasarkan pada analisis gramatikal semata, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh afiliasi madzhab teologi yang mendasari pandangan masing-masing tafsir.Kata Kunci: I’rab Al-Qur’an, al-Kasysyaf, Mafatih al-Ghaib, Perbuatan Manusia.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the tafsir ahkam (jurisprudential exegesis) of Qur'anic stories in the book Syajaratu al-Ma’arif by Izzuddin Abdussalam. The study seeks to uncover how Izzuddin Abdussalam, as a scholar of fiqhand tafsir, employs a legal approach in interpreting the stories of the Qur’an and the relevance of his interpretations in the context of Islamic law. The research method used is library research, gathering primary data from the book Syajaratu al-Ma’arif and secondary data from related literature. The analysis is conducted using Gadamer’s historical influence approach, which allows for a deeper understanding of the historical context and legal interpretation undertaken by Izzuddin Abdussalam. The research findings demonstrate that Izzuddin Abdussalam effectively combines legal knowledge with Qur’anic narratives, using these stories as a basis for formulating applicable legal principles in everyday life. Abstract

Early childhood is an important stage in human life where child development reaches its peak (golden age) because children's brain and physical growth are optimal. The role of parents in mentoring is needed to further optimize children's development and growth. However, parental involvement in early childhood care is often lacking due to several factors such as work, limited parenting competence, and divorce. lack of parental involvement can be an obstacle in the process of child development. Therefore, in Alastengah Paiton Village, the 'Great Parent School' program was initiated as an effort to improve the role and involvement of parents in early childhood care. Through a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the 'Sekolah Orang Tua Hebat' program is effective in improving the role of parents in early childhood care. Parents have increased knowledge and skills in understanding the needs of their children.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the trend of revitalization of educational concepts in Indonesia which are derived from the noble philosophy of the nation's culture. Thus, this study intends to conduct a study on classroom management factors based on Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati. This study uses a literature study approach. The researcher acts as the main instrument. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting documents and analyzing them by classifying, systematizing, and formulating according to the main problem. The results of the study indicate that the factors that influence the implementation of classroom management according to Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati include classroom dynamics, seating arrangements, learning time arrangements, selection of learning locations, temperature settings, lighting, and air and water circulation. Classroom management needs to be adjusted to the characteristics of the objectives, materials and levels of mental maturity to become an alternative to classroom management at the elementary and secondary education levels in Indonesia, which mostly use conventional class models.

Abstract

This article aims to identify and explore the analytical methods of asy-Sya’rawi in understanding the textual variations of mutasyabih lafdzi verses and their implications for Qur’anic exegesis studies. This study employs a qualitative method using thematic interpretation (maudhu’i) and content analysis approaches. The thematic approach is applied to holistically examine the phenomenon of mutasyabih lafdzi through collecting and categorizing relevant Qur'anic verses. At the same time, content analysis is used to delve deeper into Asy-Sya’rawi's interpretive methods in explaining these textual variations. The findings reveal that Asy-Sya’rawi adopts a comprehensive approach, encompassing linguistic, historical, comparative analysis, and moral and ethical insights. For instance, his study of surat al-Baqarah/2:126 and surat Ibrahim/14:35 demonstrates how the textual differences between the terms baladan and al-balad reflect the transition of a region from a barren state to a secure and thriving city. Furthermore, asy-Sya’rawi connects these verses to moral lessons emphasizing the importance of physical, social, and spiritual security in the sacred region of Haram. This article also serves as a rebuttal to the claims of Orientalists like Richard Bell and William Muir, who perceive textual variations as indications of inconsistency in the Qur’an.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The background of this research is based on observations carried out at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang that the interest in memorizing students is still lacking, students reason that they cannot read their letters, students think that memorizing is difficult, and low learning outcomes. In the process of memorizing lessons the teacher directly invites students to memorize together. Therefore, an appropriate teaching method is needed. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) uses the talaqqi method. The research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of level II and III at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang, totaling 22 students. Sources of data come from students, teachers, and observers. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the application of the talaqqi method could improve the memorization ability of level II and III students at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang. Based on the research, information can be obtained that there was an increase in the results of the oral test in cycle I indicating that there were 14 students who passed or 63.64% with an average score of 75.82. Then in cycle II it showed that 19 students or 86.36% of students passed with an average value of 86.64.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the internal school environment on students' understanding of religion and moral values ​​at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen and identify factors within the internal school environment that influence students' understanding of religion and moral values ​​at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is motivated by the importance of the internal school environment in shaping students' understanding of religion and moral values. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The internal school environment studied includes aspects such as the school's religious culture, teacher role models, routine religious activities, and interaction patterns between students, teachers, and educational staff. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach. Informants consisted of the principal, vice principal, student staff, Islamic religious education teachers, Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers, students, and residents around SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model (data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing). Research results show that the internal school environment has a significant influence on shaping and strengthening students' religious understanding and moral values. Teachers' exemplary behavior in daily behavior, the organization of religious activities such as congregational prayer, religious study, and the practice of polite behavior within the school environment have been shown to play a significant role in instilling religious and moral values ​​in students. By creating a religious and conducive school environment, students more easily internalize spiritual and ethical values ​​in their daily lives, both inside and outside of school. The internal school environment serves not only as a place for academic learning but also as an effective means of character education based on religious and moral values.
