Abstract

Emotional anger is an urgent and has an essential role in living human life, besides he is also praiseworthy as well as the nature and attitude to watch out for, because anger is also the most active role in things that are self-preservation, family, and other social communities. Anger emotions arise as a result of feelings of displeasure with people other than themselves, or certain objects that are closely related to the personality and inner experience experienced by someone. In the Qur'an the expression "human emotion" is very closely related to human behavior personally related to information aspects of the past, present or future. In the Koran no less than 13 times in the form of unequal derivatives, where anger is depicted and seen in human attitudes and behaviors that sometimes appear on the face, can be detected in verbal and nonverbal forms, angry with fa'ali, angry with the qalb fil , angry in terms of quelling evil and angry in terms of human expectations that are not achieved.Humans are required to know and minimize the nature of anger because of the impact it has on the lives of human beings both psychologically, sociologically and psychologically. But through the media remember Allah Almighty, through purification media with the nature of Husn al-zhan, patience, gratitude, forgiveness is a solution in controlling human angry emotions

Abstract

Abstract The aim of the research is to describe the construct of an intact family for husbands and wives who work in public areas in Pekanbaru City from an Islamic Law Perspective. This research focuses on the condition of husband and wife working together in the public domain which poses a risk to the integrity of the family with all the problems ranging from managing time between family responsibilities and responsibilities at work, to maintaining integrity and harmony as well as the sustainability of family life. Working in public areas sometimes has a negative impact on family harmony, long periods of time outside the home from morning to late afternoon with work activities that are comparable to those of men. If we look at family conditions, husband and wife's lives are going well and are rarely affected by negative issues, more positive assessments and seem more harmonious with the family. This type of quantitative research involved 129 husbands or wives who work in public areas and live with their children. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling. The instrument in this research is the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive with percentages. To find out how the intact family is constructed for the Muslim community in Pekanbaru City. Research findings from 129 respondents obtained the answers 1) maintaining communication, mutual trust, mutual support, mutual respect, obtained a percentage of 84%, 2) maintaining roles (family-work) well at 14%. 3) framing the family with faith and piety was 1.33%, 4) trying to avoid conflict was 0.66%. Keywords: Construction; intact family; muslims; islamic law Abstrak Tujuan penelitian guna mendeskripsikan konstruk keluarga utuh bagi suami dan isteri yang bekerja di wilayah publik di Kota Pekanbaru Perspektif Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini fokus pada kondisi suami istri sama–sama bekerja di wilayah publik yang riskan terhadap keutuhan keluarga dengan segala problematika mulai dari mengatur waktu antara tanggung jawab keluarga dan tanggung jawab di tempat bekerja, sampai pada menjaga keutuhan dan keharmonisan serta keberlanjutan kehidupan keluarga. Bekerja di wilayah publik terkadang memberi pengaruh kurang baik terhadap keharmonisan keluarga, durasi waktu yang begitu lama di luar rumah dari pagi hingga menjelang sore dengan aktivitas pekerjaan yang menyamai kaum laki-laki. Bila dilihat dari kondisi keluarga, kehidupan suami dan isteri berjalan dengan baik bahkan jarang ditimpa issu negatif, lebih pada penilaian positif dan terlihat lebih harmonis bersama keluarga. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 129 dengan responden suami atau isteri yang bekerja di wilayah publik dan tinggal bersama serta anak-anaknya. Tekhnik pemilihan sampel menggunakan puspisive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu koesioner. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan presentase. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana konstruk keluarga utuh bagi masyarakat Muslim di Kota Pekanbaru. Temuan penelitian dari 129 responden diperoleh jawaban 1) menjaga komunikasi, saling percaya, saling support, saling menghargai diperoleh presentase 84 %, 2) menjaga peran (keluarga-pekerjaan) dengan baik sebesar 14 %. 3) membingkai keluarga dengan iman dan taqwa sebesar 1,33 %, 4) berusaha menghindari konflik diperoleh 0,66 %. Dari temuan penelitian terdapat empat jenis jawaban namun didoninasi dari jawaban menjaga komunikasi, saling percaya, saling support, saling menghargai antara suami dan istri dengan harapan jawaban ini bisa berkontribusi bagi suami dan isteri dalam menjaga keluarga keutuhan keluarga sehingga jauh dari permasalahan apalagi perceraian. Kata Kunci : Konstruk, keluarga utuh, muslim, hukum Islam.

Abstract

The conservation of marine resources is an important issue in maintaining the balance of ecosystems and the sustainability of life on earth. The Qur'an provides clear guidance on human responsibility in protecting nature, including marine resources. This article seeks to reveal the messages contained in the Qur'an related to the ocean. The Qur'an emphasises the importance of maintaining the balance of nature (mizan) and prohibits destruction (fasad) on earth. QS. Al-A'raf [7:56] and QS. Al-Baqarah [2:30] emphasise the role of humans as khalifahs responsible for environmental sustainability. These principles include the protection of marine resources through conservation measures and sustainable management. Therefore, a friendly attitude towards the environment and sustainable utilisation is a shared responsibility. This research was conducted through a literature study using qualitative, descriptive methods, relying on deductive and inductive approaches and then analysed structurally and sociologically ethnographically. These findings underscore that marine resource conservation in Islam is not only an ecological obligation but also a rewarding act of worship. Implementing these principles in everyday policies and practices can help address global environmental challenges and ensure the sustainability of marine resources for future generations. The Qur'anic perspective on marine resource conservation emphasises human responsibility for maintaining the balance of nature and preventing damage. These principles are relevant to be applied in modern conservation efforts to achieve environmental sustainability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the percentage of science education subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Dar El Hikmah Pekanbaru that are influenced by their level of religiosity and religious moderation. An experimental design is employed as the research methodology. A purposive sample technique was employed in this study's sampling. The study encompassed 100 participants, all students at the school. The data were analyzed using the SPSS tool in data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that students who receive instruction in religion moderation typically have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of their faith. The fact that students in the control group scored significantly higher than those in the study group is indicative of this. The results of this research indicate that there is a substantial relationship between students' science education and religion and religion. Parents' and students' knowledge, as well as the school's curriculum, are factors that affect religion and science education. Religious education has the power to mold the personalities of religiously moderate students.

Abstract

Abstract Early childhood education (ECE) plays an important role in shaping children's character and values from an early age. The integration of Qur'anic values in ECD can provide a strong moral and spiritual foundation for children. This article explores how Qur'anic values can be integrated in the ECD curriculum to care for the earth and support sustainable development. This research method is Library Research using a qualitative approach through textual and contextual analysis of Quranic verses. The discussion is descriptive by describing, explaining, and reporting a situation. Furthermore, various terms are arranged based on the deductive and inductive approaches. Through the deductive approach, it is hoped that it can provide answers from the Qur'an to the identification of relevant Qur'anic values and their integration strategies in the Early Childhood Education curriculum. The results show that Qur'anic values such as responsibility as khalifah on earth (Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 30), the importance of protecting the environment (Surah Ar-Rum [60]: 41), and social justice (Surah An-Nisa [4]: 135) can be integrated in various aspects of early childhood education. Integration strategies including project-based learning, play activities that support environmental awareness, and a holistic approach that includes spiritual, moral, and social aspects are needed in grounding education in Early Childhood Education. The integration of Qur'anic values in Early Childhood Education can raise children's awareness about the importance of protecting the environment and caring for the earth. Sustainability-focused education can shape a generation that is more responsible and committed to preserving nature. Challenges in implementation include the need for training for educators and provision of adequate resources. From the foregoing it can be concluded that integrating Qur'anic values in early childhood education is an important step towards shaping the character of children who care about the environment and support sustainable development. This approach not only provides a strong moral foundation but also helps create a better future for future generations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara kebijakan evaluasi kinerja guru dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan siswa, kualitas layanan pendidikan, dan kepuasan pemangku kepentingan di Indonesia. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari guru, siswa, orang tua, dan administrator pendidikan di berbagai tingkat pendidikan dan wilayah. Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dengan analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dilakukan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebijakan evaluasi kinerja guru dengan kepuasan pemangku kepentingan dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Selain itu, pemenuhan kebutuhan siswa juga ditemukan berhubungan positif dengan kepuasan pemangku kepentingan dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kebijakan evaluasi kinerja guru yang efektif dan pendekatan yang berpusat pada siswa dalam meningkatkan hasil pendidikan dan persepsi pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini menyoroti keterkaitan antara variabel-variabel pendidikan dan menekankan perlunya pendekatan kebijakan yang holistik untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas sistem pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The Tafsir Bi Al-Ra’y method, meaning interpretation of the Qur’an based on independent reasoning, has been a key approach in Qur’anic exegesis since the early days of Islamic thought. Scholars have debated its legitimacy, given its reliance on the interpreter’s reasoning. In the modern era, with new social, political, and scientific developments, Tafsir Bi Al-Ra’y has gained renewed relevance. This study examines how modern exegetes use this method to address contemporary issues while maintaining fidelity to Islamic teachings. It also evaluates the strengths and limitations of Tafsir Bi Al-Ra’y in providing relevant guidance in today’s context. The research employs a qualitative approach, comparing classical interpretations by scholars like Al-Razi and Al-Ghazali with modern figures such as Muhammad Abduh and Sayyid Qutb. Thematic analysis reveals that Tafsir Bi Al-Ra’y offers flexibility in addressing issues such as gender equality, scientific advancements, and social justice. Modern interpreters use this method to make the Qur’an’s message more relevant to contemporary society while preserving its core values. The study concludes that Tafsir Bi Al-Ra’y is a valuable tool for contemporary Qur’anic interpretation, bridging the gap between traditional Islamic teachings and modern realities, making the Qur’an more accessible to present-day challenges.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam pada hakikatnya bertumpu pada nilai-nilai wahyu yang berfungsi membentuk manusia beriman, berilmu, dan berakhlak mulia. Namun, dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer, terjadi kecenderungan reduksi nilai tauhid dalam praktik pendidikan yang lebih menekankan aspek kognitif dan pragmatis. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji nilai-nilai tarbawi dalam Al-Qur’an sebagai fondasi pendidikan Islam dengan fokus kajian pada QS. Al-An‘ām ayat 79. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research) serta analisis tafsir tarbawi terhadap ayat yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan dari Al-Qur’an, kitab tafsir klasik dan kontemporer, serta literatur pendidikan Islam, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitis untuk menggali makna edukatif dan implikasi pedagogisnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa QS. Al-An‘ām: 79 mengandung nilai-nilai tarbawi fundamental, antara lain pendidikan tauhid sebagai basis worldview, orientasi hidup ilahiyah, keistiqamahan dan keteguhan prinsip, sikap kritis terhadap kemusyrikan, serta integrasi rasionalitas dan spiritualitas. Nilai-nilai tersebut membentuk kerangka pendidikan Islam yang holistik, mencakup pembinaan iman, akal, dan akhlak peserta didik. Pembahasan menegaskan bahwa tafsir tarbawi QS. Al-An‘ām: 79 memiliki relevansi strategis dalam penguatan tujuan pendidikan Islam, pendidikan karakter, serta pengembangan kurikulum berbasis nilai Qur’ani. Dapat dikatakan bahwa Al-Qur’an tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sumber normatif, tetapi juga sebagai paradigma pendidikan yang transformatif dan kontekstual dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan Islam di era modern.

Abstract

Contemporary social challenges, such as moral crisis, social inequality, environmental degradation, and community disintegration, demand transcendent and universal value-based solutions. The purpose of this study is to re-actualize the Prophetic Values of the Qur'an for Contemporary Social Challenges.  This research uses a qualitative approach based on library research, with the method of thematic analysis of Qur'anic verses containing prophetic values, such as justice (al-'adl), compassion (al-rahmah), honesty (al-sidq), and social responsibility (al-amanah). The analysis is carried out with a thematic interpretation perspective and supported by a social hermeneutics approach. This study found that prophetic values in the Qur'an have high relevance in responding to contemporary social issues, especially in shaping social ethics, strengthening community solidarity, and formulating spirituality-based public policy directions. These values are not only normative, but can also function as the basis for social transformation praxis. Reactualization of prophetic values in the Qur'an is constitutes an essential framework for promoting social justice, ethical conduct, and sustainability. Therefore, the development of a contextual and responsive interpretation approach to the Qur'an is essential.
