Abstract

Background: Tooth loss is most experienced by the elderly population. The number of elderly people is increasing in Indonesia in direct proportion to the increase in cases of tooth loss. Tooth loss can be treated with prosthodontic treatment performed by dentists, so dentists need to have sufficient knowledge and skills. Objectives: To get an overview of the knowledge of dentists who graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, Trisakti University in 2017-2019 regarding prosthodontic treatment in the elderly. Methods: This study uses a descriptive observational method with a cross-sectional type. The measuring tool uses a questionnaire via google form containing 25 questions adopted from foreign journals with similar research that was tested for validity and reliability. After being tested, 21 valid and reliable questions were filled by 89 respondents. Data collection is carried out online and the data is presented in the form of a frequency distribution. Results: The highest average score (mean) obtained was 41, while the lowest average score (mean) obtained was 29. The average score (mean) that most respondents obtained was 39 with the average value (mean) of respondents 92.86%. Conclusion: The average score (mean) obtained is 37.12 with a maximum score of 42. The average value (mean) of respondents is 88.38%. Dentist's knowledge of prosthodontic treatment in the elderly is good. Keywords: Dentist, Elderly, Knowledge, Prosthodontics

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return On Assets in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2019. This research uses quantitative research methods to find the relationship between numerical data or numbers. . The data analysis model used during this research process is the multiple linear regression analysis model using the SPSS application ((Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 24. During the 4-year period, namely; 2016-2019, there were 18 companies that met the criteria in the study. and produced 72 data samples.The results obtained are (1) It is known that the t-count Cash Ratio: 5.956 > t-table 1.996, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of X1 (Cash Ratio) on Y (ROA) (2) The t-value is known. Calculate Cash Adequacy Ratio: 3.300 > t table 1.996, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of X2 (Cash Adequacy Ratio) on Y (ROA). that there is no effect of X3 (Loan to Deposit Ratio) on Y (ROA) (4) Cash Ratio, Cash Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio have a simultaneous effect on Return On Assets in Peru Banking sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.00 indicating a value that is smaller than the predetermined significance value of 0.05.

Abstract

Advertising which is a form of communication between companies and their people today has used a strategy to be easily understood by the audience, namely by inserting messages that are close to society such as the theme of human freedom. Although human freedom has been attached, its existence is still being fought for by human. One of the advertisements with the theme of human freedom that aired on Youtube was an ad from IM3 Ooredoo entitled Kebebasan Itu Bernama #FreedomInternet. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of human freedom in IM3 Ooredoo's advertisement namely Kebebasan Itu Bernama #FreedomInternet. This research uses theories and concepts of advertising, new media, social reality, existentialism, types of human freedom, and semiotics. The method used is a qualitative approach with a critical paradigm and the semiotic analysis method of Charles Sanders Peirce. Data collection is carried out by observation, documentation, and literature study. The result of this study is that human freedom is not absolute because there are still things that limit it, and there are also scenes that include physical, psychological, and moral freedom in the advertisement. Iklan yang merupakan bentuk komunikasi antara perusahaan dengan masyarakatnya di zaman sekarang telah menggunakan strategi agar mudah dimengerti khalayak, yaitu dengan menyisipkan pesan yang dekat dengan masyarakat seperti tema kebebasan manusia. Meskipun kebebasan manusia sejatinya telah melekat, keberadaannya masih terus diperjuangkan manusia. Salah satu iklan dengan tema kebebasan manusia yang ditayangkan di Youtube adalah iklan dari IM3 Ooredoo berjudul Kebebasan Itu Bernama #FreedomInternet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna kebebasan manusia dalam iklan IM3 Ooredoo versi Kebebasan Itu Bernama #FreedomInternet. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dan konsep periklanan, media baru, realitas sosial, eksistensialisme, jenis kebebasan manusia, dan semiotika. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma kritis dan metode analisis semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kebebasan manusia tidak bersifat absolut karena masih ada hal yang membatasinya, serta terdapat juga adegan yang meliputi kebebasan fisik, psikologis, dan moral dalam iklan tersebut.

Abstract

Efficient payment management is a key issue for startup companies in Indonesia, as it supports cash flow and operational sustainability. The implementation of Virtual Account payment methods is expected to improve payment efficiency and accelerate financial reporting. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Virtual Account at PT Budi Graha Realty The Bay Apartment by comparing receivables and reporting speed during the 2023-2024 period. A qualitative approach was used, involving interviews and document analysis. The results show that the use of Virtual Account positively affects reducing delayed receivables and accelerating financial reporting compared to traditional payment methods. These findings provide empirical evidence that the implementation of Virtual Accounts can improve financial efficiency in startup companies. It is expected that this research can serve as a reference for other companies in enhancing payments and financial management. The limitation of this study is its narrow scope, as it focuses on a single company. Future research is expected to expand the scope to test the effectiveness of Virtual Account payment methods in other companies.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Efisiensi Operasional, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Struktur Modal dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industry subsector media dan entertainment yang mengeluarkan laporan keuangan dari tahun 2018-2022 dengan penentuan jumlah sampel berdasarkan kriteria terdapat 12 perusahaan dengan periode 5 tahun. Metode dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Uji Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Berganda dan Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis data dengan regresi berganda, menunjukkan bahwa variabel Efisiensi Operasional berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, variabel Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, variabel struktur Modal berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan dan variabel Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif sigifikan terhadap variabel kinerja keuangan.
