Abstract

The drive of this study is to postulate empirical evidence about the evaluation of the enactment of regional autonomy in Indonesia after the enactment of Act Number 22 Year 1999 concerning Regional Government. Exclusively, this analysis aims to evaluate the wellbeing of the community, public services and regional competitiveness in the new autonomous regions. This research was conducted in 71 new autonomous regions in the Sumatra region after the depiction of Act Number 22 of 1999 concerning Regional Government during the 2000-2018 period.  This type of research uses quantitative research. While the research method used is descriptive method, which is a research method that describes the population under study and consists of variables. The results of the study found that (1) the success rate of implementing regional autonomy for 20 years in the Sumatra region from the welfare aspect was 64.78%, meaning that the implementation of regional autonomy in the Sumatra region so far (64.78%) "has succeeded in increasing the HDI" according to the mandate of the law; (2) the level of success in implementing regional autonomy for 20 years in the Sumatra region from the aspect of regional competitiveness is 18.30%. The conclusion is that the implementation of regional autonomy in the Sumatra region has not been sufficiently successful in increasing regional competitiveness in terms of GRDP; (3) Riau Province is a region that has been very successful in implementing regional autonomy both in terms of welfare and regional competitiveness.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat industri kerajinan konveksi Kampung Sablon di Kecamatan Wedi Kabupaten Klaten dari keterpurukan ekonomi di masa pandemi covid 19 melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang kewirausahaan, pengelolaan keuangan dan manajemen serta pemasaran online yang melibatkan akademisi dan praktisi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu satu tahun, meliputi koordinasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini telah meningkatkan produksi, penjualan dan asset UKM sebesar 20% dari kondisi sebelumnya dan keberlangsungan kegiatan ini dikemudian hari akan sangat tergantung pada partisipasi serta dukungan semua pihak (UKM, pemerintah daerah, akademisi dan pihak lainnya).

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of knowing the form of difficulty and the factors that cause students' difficulties in solving 3D questions in terms of the level of understanding of class XII students of MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class XII IPA. The data in this study were obtained from written tests and interviews. The results showed that students with a high level of understanding had no difficulty in solving problems. All indicators of understanding have been achieved and are called low level difficulty type. Students with a moderate level of understanding have difficulty on the third and fifth indicators, including the type of moderate level of difficulty. The results of the interview showed that students had difficulty in solving problems because they were not careful in the steps of the process, it was difficult to relate various concepts and imagine. Students with low levels of understanding have difficulty on all indicators except for the second indicator and this is included in the type of high level of difficulty.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has emerged as an essential element of corporate operations, signifying a company's dedication to tackling environmental, social, and ethical concerns. This study aims to analyze the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the financial performance of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2022. The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) index is used as a measurement tool for CSR. The independent variable in this study is CSR, while the dependent variable is either Return on Assets (ROA) or Return on Equity (ROE). The research focuses on companies in the food and beverage subsector listed on the IDX during the specified period. The sample for this study is selected using the purposive method, which involves predetermined standards. Secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 to 2022 is utilized for analysis. The findings of this study indicate that CSR has an insignificant positive impact on ROA, but it does have a significant positive impact on ROE.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry are constantly evolving and shaped by consumer preferences, making it crucial for companies to consider the various factors that impact their revenue streams. Analyzing the structure of a company's assets and the rate of its sales growth are crucial factors to consider, as they greatly influence the financial management practices of the company. Asset structure means what a company owns, and sales growth shows if the company is making more or less money. The aim of this research is to examine how the capital structure is influenced by asset structure, sales growth, and the role of profitability in mediating this connection. The study utilized a quantitative research methodology. The research population consisted of companies in the food and beverage subsector on the IDX from 2020 to 2022. A total of 23 companies were selected as the sample over a 3-year period, resulting in 69 data points using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis involved multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 17. The study's results show that both the composition of assets and the growth in sales have a favorable and noteworthy influence on the structure of capital. Additionally, profitability plays a role in connecting the asset structure with the capital structure, as well as linking sales growth with the capital structure.

Abstract

The performance of a company can be considered good if its financial reports show an increase in profit. This study aims to examine the relationship between Good Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Innovation on the Financial Performance of conventional banking companies. The study utilizes a quantitative method, with data sourced from secondary sources. Classical assumption testing, F-test, t-test, and multiple linear regression analysis techniques are employed. The results of this research are as follows: (1) The board of directors has a positive and significant impact on Financial Performance, (2) The Audit Committee has a positive and significant impact on Financial Performance, (3) Independent Board of Commissioners has a positive and significant impact on Financial Performance, (4) Risk Management has a negative and significant impact on Financial Performance, (5) Innovation has a positive and significant impact on Financial Performance. The Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Independent Board of Commissioners, NPL, and Mobile Banking simultaneously influence Financial Performance in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2022.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi Quantum Teaching pada pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam bagi anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tinjauan pustaka (library research) yaitu berasal dari buku, artikel, dokumen, dan materi terkait PAI di Sekolah Dasar yang mencakup konsep-konsep Quantum Teaching. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis konten dengan tahapan menampilkan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dalam pembelajaran PAI di SD, implementasi Quantum Teaching dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan beberapa aspek kunci yaitu korelasi emosional antara peserta didik dan pendidik, atmosfer kelas yang kondusif dan menyenangkan, dan peran aktif pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Quantum Teaching menekankan pentingnya membangun hubungan emosional yang kuat antara peserta didik dan pendidik. Kemudian, lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan menyenangkan adalah kunci dalam implementasi Quantum Teaching. Pendidik perlu menciptakan suasana kelas yang santai namun tetap mendukung, di mana peserta didik merasa aman untuk berekspresi dan bertanya. Dengan menciptakan atmosfer yang kondusif, peserta didik akan lebih termotivasi untuk belajar dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of phonological changes in Arabic loan words into Indonesian, and the types of phonological changes that occur in Arabic loan words. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. This type of research includes literature study or content analysis, which analyzes in detail the phonological changes in Arabic loan words that have entered Indonesian. The results of this research were that the letters that experienced phonological changes were letters that the Indonesian language did not have, so letters were chosen whose pronunciation was similar or close to the letters in the Indonesian language. This also shows that there have been many changes in Arabic loan words into Indonesian. This change occurs in the position of consonants and vowels. Apart from that, there are many changes in one word which researchers term as double changes, in one word sometimes there is one change, two or even three changes as happens in the words aqi>dah and istiqa>mah. There are also several letters that are owned by Arabic which are also owned by Indonesian but are still undergoing changes, such as words that sound /q/. In general, the sound /q/ undergoes a phonological change process to become /k/ when it becomes a loan word, but there is also a sound /q/ in Arabic that does not undergo phonological change when it becomes a loan word, namely as in the word "furqan". The consonant that is most often chosen when changing loanwords from Arabic to Indonesian is the consonant /k/.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perubahan fonologis kata serapan bahasa Arab ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, dan jenis perubahan foologis yang terjadi pada kata serapan bahasa Arab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang berisfat deskriptif. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk studi pustaka atau analisis isi, yang secara rinci menganalisis perubahan fonologis pada kata serapan bahasa Arab yang masuk ke bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa huruf yang mengalami perubahan fonologis adalah huruf-huruf yang memang tidak dimiliki oleh bahasa Indonesia, sehingga dipilihlah huruf-huruf yang pengucapannya mirip atau berdekatan dengan huruf-huruf dalam bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terjadi banyak perubahan di dalam kata serapan Arab ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Perubahan itu terjadi pada posisi konsonan dan vokal. Di samping itu terjadi banyak perubahan dalam satu kata yang peneliti istilahkan sebagai perubahan ganda, dalam satu kata terkadang memiliki satu perubahan, dua bahkan sampai tiga perubahan seperti yang terjadi pada kata aqi>dah dan istiqa>mah. Ada juga beberapa huruf yang dimiliki oleh bahasa Arab yang juga dimiliki oleh bahasa Indonesia namun tetap mengalami perubahan, seperti kata yang berbunyi /q/. Pada umumnya, bunyi /q/ mengalami proses perubahan fonologis menjadi /k/ ketika menjadi kata serapan, tetapi ada juga bunyi /q/ dalam bahasa Arab yang tidak mengalami perubahan fonologis ketika menjadi kata serapan yaitu seperti pada kata “furqan”. Konsonan yang paling banyak menjadi pilihan dalam perubahan kata serapan dari bahasa Arab ke dalam bahasa Indonesia adalah konsonan /k/.

Abstract

Low computational thinking skills cause students to have difficulty solving problems. This study aims to analyze whether there is an increase in students' CT abilities using the STEM-oriented MEA model with conventional learning. The research method is an experiment using an experimental group of 30 students and a control class of 32 students. The research instrument uses questionnaires and rubrics to assess students' CT abilities. The results of the T-test analysis used are Equal variances not assumed, which is 0.000 (Sig. (2-tailed)) > 0.05 means There is an increase in student's CT abilities using the STEM-oriented MEA model with conventional learning, so There is an increase in student's CT abilities using the STEM-oriented MEA model with conventional learning. Thus, there is an increase in the ability of students to think computationally using the STEM-oriented MEA model with conventional learning.
