Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of accounting information system, internal control systems, task complexity, and organizational culture on employee performance of CV. Bangun Tehnik Pratama Semarang, The population of this research is all employees of CV. Bangun Tehnik Pratama Semarang, totaling 45 people. The method used in this study was census, so the sample in this study were 45 people. Based on the results of hypothesis testing the results of this study showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of accounting information system variable, internal recognition system variable, task complexity variable, and organizational culture variable on employee performance.

Abstract

Research to analyze tourist satisfaction factors is the development of research on customer satisfaction which is designed based on tourist perceptions. Transportation is the basis for tourism because it connects one destination to another. Using a double-decker bus provides an experience for tourists visiting a destination. Analysis of the influence of service quality, facilities, and destination image on tourist satisfaction is the aim of this study. The questionnaires that met the requirements of purposive sampling were 178 respondents. The data were processed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results showed that all independent variables had a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. The result of the determinant coefficient test (R2) shows that tourist satisfaction can be explained by the independent variable of 71.2 percent, while the other 28.8 percent is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract

The cost plus pricing approach in determining the cost of production is very important because this method is more detailed in including the cost components needed in a production process. This situation can affect the determination of the selling price and the resulting profits. The full costing model as the determination of the cost of goods manufactured (HPP) is expected to be a tool for UD Budi Luhur. This study aims to analyze how to determine the selling price at UD Budi Luhur with the selling price according to the cost plus pricing method. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The results show that the management has not applied cost plus pricing analysis in calculating the selling price. The selling price generated by this method is lower than the method the company has used previously. UD Budi Luhur's management should begin to apply the cost plus pricing method by using a variable cost approach in calculating the selling price so that the selling price achieved by the company can compete with similar products on the market.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze the impact of the movement of the Nikkei 225 Index, the Dow Jones Index, Fed Interest Rates, and Inflation on the JCI. Determination of the sample in this study using a saturated sampling method with a total of 60 samples. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS program. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, the results showed that the Nikkei 225 Index and the Fed Interest Rate had a negative effect on the JCI, while the Dow Jones Index had a positive effect on the JCI. The results of this study also show that inflation has no effect on the JCI. This study provides empirical evidence for investors that the increase in the Composite Stock Price Index is inversely proportional to the Nikkei 225 Index, and Fed interest rates, but directly proportional to the Dow Jones Index. This means that an increase in the Dow Jones Index will be followed by an increase in the JCI, but if an increase in the Nikkei 225 Index and the Fed interest rate will lower the JCI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain evidence of the factors that influence the interest in using internet banking. The object of this research is BSM (Bank Syariah Mandiri) customers who use internet banking. The research data is in the form of primary data with data collection using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust, security, ease of use, and service features had a positive and significant effect on the interest in using internet banking. The results of this study are expected to contribute to BSM (Bank Syariah Mandiri) in formulating its marketing strategy in order to maintain a competitive internet banking and develop a system of internet banking in the future so that BSM customers (Bank Syariah Mandiri) can continue to use internet banking.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian menganalisis keputusan pembelian di marketplace selama pandemi COVID-19. Keputusan pembelian yang baik sebagai pertanda bahwa selama pandemi, marketplace tidak terpengaruh dengan adanya pandemi. Analisis pengaruh brand image, word of mouth (WOM), lifestyle, kualitas informasi diharapkan dapat memberikan ukuran sejauh mana masyarakat memberikan keputusan pembelian di Marketplace. Kuesioner yang diperoleh dengan cara non probability sampling sebanyak 218 responden. Pengolahan data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Faktor-faktor ini akan memberikan kontribusi bagi marketplace dalam mengembangkan sistemnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang maksimal. Kata Kunci: brand image; word of mouth; lifestyle; kualitas informasi; keputusan pembelian. Abstract The study analyzed purchasing decisions in the marketplace during the COVID-19 pandemic. A good purchase decision is a sign that the marketplace is not affected by the pandemic during the pandemic. Analysis of the influence of brand image, word of mouth (WOM), lifestyle, and quality of information is expected to measure the extent to which people make purchasing decisions in the marketplace. The questionnaire was obtained using non-probability sampling of as many as 218 respondents—data processing with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results showed that all independent variables had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. These factors will contribute to the marketplace in developing its system to improve maximum performance. Keywords: brand image; word of mouth; lifestyles; information quality; purchase decision.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh wom, store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Roti Virgin Cake & Bakery Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Virgin Cake & Bakery Semarang, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang di peroleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden.Data terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis untuk membuktikan apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari tiap-tiap variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen

Abstract

Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis keamanan, kepercayaan, harga, kualitas pelayanan pada minat beli pelanggan di kota Semarang pada situs penjualan online di Elevenia. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Kuisioner 100 responden yang memenuhi syarat sebagai sampel. Alat analisis data yang digunakan berupa regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil regresi Y= -1,862 + 0,468 X1 + 0,547 X2 + 0,171 X3 + 0,388 X4 +. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: keamanan (X1), Kepercayaan (X2), Harga (X3), dan kualitas pelayanan (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Studi itu memberikan bukti empiris bagi para marketplace meningkatkan keamanan, kepercayaan, harga, kualitas pelayanan. Kata Kunci: keamanan, kepercayaan, harga, kualitas pelayanan, minat beli
