Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan keefektifan komunikasi kelompok tani dalam meningkatkan produksi kopi arabika dan menganalisis tingkat kefektifan komunikasi antar kelompok tani dalam peningkatan produksi kopi arabika di Desa Parombean. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu skala likert dengan menentukan interval kategori sebelumnya. Jumlah populasi yang ada berdasarkan dari 3 kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Parombean sebanyak 136 petani, sehinggapengambilan sampel dengan teknik slovin didapat 58 petani responden. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan skala likert interval dimana sebelumnya telah diberi skoring yang menggunakan jarak interval pada masing-masing indikator yakni, sangat rendah, rendah, tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan efektifitas komuikasi kelompok tani dalam peningkatan produksi arabika yaitu kredibilitas sumber, pesan, penerima pesan dan partisipan.Komunikasi antara kelompok tani dalam peningkatan produksi kopi arabika berada Kategori “Tinggi” yang terletak pada aspek atau indikator “Pesan” ini berarti bahwa pada penelitian ini tingkat efektivitas komunikasi pada kelompok tani Desa Parombean terletak pada indikator pesan.

Abstract

The buying decision process by consumers is influenced by the motivation or drive within them to fulfill their needs and desires, namely by recognizing needs, seeking information on a product, evaluating alternatives, then deciding to buy until the behavior that occurs post-purchase, so that consumers can achieve satisfaction from their needs and desires. the wish fulfilled. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer motivation in purchasing Lylo Donut products in Pinrang Regency in terms of product quality, service quality and promotion. This study uses a data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 90 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed with SPSS version 21. From the results of the study it is known that product quality, service quality and promotion have a positive influence on consumer motivation. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0.423. This shows that product quality, service quality and promotion are able to explain consumer motivation by 42.3%. while the remaining 57.7% is explained by other variables that are not observed. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of product quality, service quality and promotion on consumer motivation in purchasing Lylo Donuts, Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

Buttu Sawe Village is one of the villages in Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency, where most of the area is agricultural land. The people in this village carry out agricultural business because from a geographical point of view the area still has a lot of agricultural land. The average ownership of agricultural land by rice farmers in Buttu Sawe Village is less than "partial" or agricultural land with an area of ​​approximately 2,000 m². Lowland rice farming in Buttu Sawe Village is the main sector that is the backbone of people's lives. If the rice crop is disturbed, it is certain that the food security of the community will be disturbed and the level of welfare of farmers will also be disturbed. Welfare of rice farmers can be seen from the ability of farmers to meet the basic needs of their lives and families, such as clothing, food, shelter, health and education. The welfare indicators include population, health and nutrition, education, employment, household consumption and housing. The aims of this study were: 1) To describe the level of welfare of lowland rice farmers in Buttu Sawe Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency and 2) To describe the effect of grain prices on the welfare of lowland rice farmers in Buttu Sawe Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The research sample is 29 respondents who are rice farmers in Buttu Sawe Village. The instrument used in this study was a research questionnaire consisting of several questions regarding the variables studied. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 16 program. From the results obtained: 1) The welfare level of lowland rice farmers in Buttu Sawe Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency is 100% or all respondents are included as rice farmers. rice fields in the category of prosperous households, and 2) The price of grain has a significant effect on the welfare of rice farmers in Buttu Sawe Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

Kebab Durian merupakan kreasi dari kebab daging yang berisian daging buah durian asli dan segar. Selain dinikmati aroma yang khas dan kelezatannya juga memiliki kandungan gizi yang relatif lengkap dibandingkan dengan buah-buahan lainnya. Kebab Durian ini diharapkan dapat membuat konsumen merasa puas. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen dapat menjadi faktor pendorong dan mengoptimalkan usaha yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Kebab Durian Pada Usaha Kebab Durian Ucok Kelurahan Lancirang Kecamatan Pitu Riawa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dari segi faktor produk, harga, tempat/lokasi dan tampilan fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, karena pelaksanaan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan data kuantitatif didapatkan dalam bentuk angka yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus matematika, data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Terdapat 90 sampel dalam penelitian ini  kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisisis Skala Likert. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh: 1) Sebanyak 4 sub variabel dalam tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada usaha kebab durian ucok. 2) Yang paling sesuai dengan kepuasan konsumen adalah sub variabel tampilan fisik dikarenakan warna gerai sudah sangat menarik, lampu yang memadai, WiFi dan WC tersedia, meja dan kursi tersedia banyak dan dekorasi/music yang nyaman. Durian Kebabs are creations and meat kebabs that contain original and fresh Durian fruit flesh. Apart from enjoying the distinctive aroma and deliciousness, it also has a relatively complete nutritional content compared to other fruits. Kebab Durian is expected to make consumers feel satisfied. The level of customer satisfaction can be a driving factor and optimize the business carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of Durian Kebabs in Ucok Durian Kebab Business, Lancirang Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and in terms of product factors, price of place/location and physical appearance. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods, because the implementation of qualitative data is obtained through interviews, questionnaires. observation, and quantitative data obtained in the form of numbers that can be analyzed using the mathematical formula of the data used. primary data and secondary data. There were 90 samples in this study which were then processed using Microsoft Excel and analyzed using the Likert Scale analysis technique. From the results of this study, it was obtained 1) A total of 4 sub-vanables in the level of consumer satisfaction in the Durian Ucok kebab business 2) The most appropriate with consumer satisfaction is the display sub-vanable physically because the color of the booth is very attractive, the lights are adequate, WiFi and WC are available, tables and chairs are available, and the decorations/music are comfortable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai tambah pupuk organik bubuk yang berasal dari limbah kotoran kambing (kohembing) dan aspek kelayakan usahanya dari aspek pasar, tekhnis dan finansial. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis nilai tambah Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai tambah pupuk organik kohembing bubuk yaitu Rp. 3.865/kg dengan rasio sebesar 57%. Margin keuntungan sebesar Rp. 6.565/kg dengan rasio 49,7%. untuk aspek pasar lebih meluas melalui penggunaan digital marketing seperti fb, wa, messenger dan marketplace serta kemitraan pada toko pertanian, pada aspek tekhnis diperkuat oleh tampilan produk yang bersih dan penggunaan kemasan plastik putih. Pada aspek finansial dirasa cukup menguntungkan dengan profitabilitas sebesar Rp. 249.540/produksi, pendapatan sebesar Rp. 246.299/produksi dengan besaran R/C ratio sebesar 3.495. The purpose of this study is to analyze the added value of organic powder fertilizer derived from goat manure waste (kohembing) and aspects of business feasibility from market, technical and financial aspects. The research method uses Hayami value-added analysis. The results showed the added value of powdered kohembing organic fertilizer, which was Rp. 3,865 / kg with a ratio of 57%. The profit margin is Rp. 6,565/kg with a ratio of 49.7%. For the market aspect is more widespread through the use of digital marketing such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger and marketplace as well as partnerships in agricultural stores, in the technical aspect is strengthened by the clean appearance of products and the use of white plastic packaging. In the financial aspect, it is considered quite profitable with profitability of Rp. 249,540 / production, the revenue of Rp. 246,299/production with an R/C ratio of 3,495.
