Abstract

This Community Service aims to assist with the administration of the Inventory of Waqf Assets and Property Through the Implementation of the Muhammadiyah Asset Management Information System (SIMAM) at the Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi Regional Leadership. This service activity departs from Partner Problem Identification, namely: 1). Banyuwangi PDM Partners are still not in order in the administration of assets and property, 2). Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi Regional Leaders have Branch and Twig Leaders spread across Banyuwangi Regency and have assets in all fields. However, the data collection that has been carried out since 2020 has been constrained by various problems, both internal problems with limited implementing resources, 3). Data and archived copies of documents that are recorded in the PDM database of the total assets are still very low at 2%; 4). External problems arose, namely in the civil field administrative issues such as permits for the construction of da'wah centers in several locations and the emergence of the threat of da'wah terror in several Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi charities; 5). Lack of orderly administration in the field of data collection and archiving of assets and property owned by leaders from branches to regions; 6). SIMAM accounts and passwords provided during training by East Java PWM while in Malang need to be reset again and further coordinate technical implementation with regional level admins; 7) The emergence of problems at certain point locations such as conflicts in the Tampo, Sraten, and Cluring areas which drained time and made leaders less focused on advocacy assistance on orderly administrative activities which must be prioritized. The objectives of this Community Service Activity are: 1). Assistance in Inventory of Waqf Assets and Land for the Muhammadiyah organization at PDM Banyuwangi; 2). Synchronizing the program between the Waqf and Property Assembly with the Waqf strategic plan, ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah), and Economic Empowerment 3). PDM Banyuwangi has an organized, safe, systematic and accountable asset and property information system manager; 4) Improving the quality of waqf management and the movement for certifying waqf lands within the Organization. 5) Improving ZIS management and developing cash and productive forms of waqf.

Abstract

This Community Service Training for Beginner Elections for Persons with Disabilities B (Deaf and Speech Impaired) Using the E-Vote Flip Chart Method in the Banyuwangi State SLB Dormitory, aims to overcome the problem of disability B in an effort to increase knowledge of Beginner Elections for the deaf and speech impaired (1) Minimal knowledge of voters for beginners with disabilities B (2) Minimal understanding of how to participate in elections (3) Lack of media tools that make it easier for deaf and speech impaired people to carry out elections (4) Minimal access to information and socialization media specifically for deaf and speech impaired in terms of elections for beginners. The solution is to hold training and simulations for beginner voters, including (1) providing knowledge to people with disabilities B regarding beginner elections (2) socialization of beginner elections for the deaf and speech impaired; (3) collaborating with partners in compiling the E-Vote Flip Chart; (4) inviting experts and related agencies with authority to socialize new voters, namely the Banyuwangi KPUD. (5) create a beginner election module; (6) Create an E-Vote Flip Chart. The output targets that have been achieved are increased understanding of training participants, online media publications, compiling service reports, articles related to service in the form of national journals or national proceedings, video and photo documentation of activities, E-Vote Flip Chart

Abstract

The elderly are a vulnerable group who cannot carry out productive activities in their lives. Decreased physical condition, loss of social influence and function, and increased dependence on others, encourage the Elderly group as a target in social protection programs. Social protection serves as a guardian of the welfare of the elderly from poverty and hunger. The Rantang Kasih Program of Banyuwangi Regency is a food program for the elderly. This research aims to explain how the implementation of the Rantang Kasih policy/program in Pengatigan Village, Rogojampi District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. It was carried out for one month (May) by involving village officials and program target communities as informants, and literature study activities. This research is measured by Merilee S. Grindle's policy implementation theory. The results showed that the implementation of the Rantang Kasih program in Pengatigan Village in the year used funding sources from the Pengatigan Village budget (APBDes). The amount/ration of rantang food is once a day, the food is made from stalls closest to the homes of the elderly program recipients, and delivered by village officials and / or stall managers. The implementation of the Rantang Kasih program in Pengatigan Village has been in accordance with the guidelines regulated through the Regent Regulation.

Abstract

This PKM aims to solve the problems of Al Mumtaz problems with Disabilities Using Technology Based on Community Inclusion and Disabilities, People with Disabilities who are Blind and Mild Daksa Era of New Normal in Banyuwangi Regency. Braille Digital Marketing Umkm Al Mumtaz Disability Education Using AI Technology Based on Community Inclusion and Disabilities People with Visual and Mild Disabilities Era New Normal in Banyuwangi Regency, aims to overcome the problem of disabilities A / Blind and mild D (1) Lack of Partner knowledge related to Digital Marketing 2) Decrease in consumers using Al Mumtaz Disability Tourism Edu services and Decreased Handicraft Sales during the epidemic period (3) Unavailability of Braille Digital Marketing Module, no media aids that make it easier for A / blind and mild disabilities in marketing innovation for handicraft products ( 4) The lack of access to information and special AI technology media for the blind in terms of improving the quality and marketing of handicraft products. The activities carried out are by holding Braille Digital Marketing training and simulations using the Braille Digital Marketing Module, including training for Braille Digital Marketing workshops using the Braille Module, collaborating with other supporting partners who have computers and braille printers in compiling the Braille Digital Marketing Module, partner assistance ( UMKM Al Mumtaz) in optimizing potential. The resulting output is the increased understanding of the training participants, the Al Mumtaz youtube account of online media publications and print media, dedication articles in the form of national journals, photos and videos of activity documentation, blogs and websites.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies have been prepared by the General Election Commission (KPU) of Jember Regency in preparing for the upcoming 2024 elections. In addition, this study also aims to determine the factors that support and also factors that hinder the implementation of the strategy that has been prepared by the General Election Commission (KPU) of Jember Regency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. In this study, several informants were interviewed in order to obtain valid data. The results of this study indicate that: The General Election Commission (KPU) of Jember Regency already has a strategic plan that will take effect from 2020 to 2024, and the strategy that has been made by the Jember Regency KPU is divided into 2 (two) strategies, the first strategy is based on the strengths and opportunities possessed by the Jember Regency KPU, the two strategies are based on the weaknesses and threats possessed by the Jember Regency KPU. There are 2 (two) supporting factors owned by the Jember Regency KPU, namely, the first human resource factor that supports carrying out the KPU strategy, the second is facilities and infrastructure, and there are approximately 10 inhibiting factors which also pose a threat to the KPU in carrying out the strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi yang diterapkan Pemerintah Desa Panduman Kecamatan Jelbuk Kabupaten Jember. Pemerintah Desa Panduman memprioritaskan penanganan stunting sebagai agenda utama kesehatan masyarakat. Penanganan stunting di desa merupakan tantangan bagi pemerintah desa untuk menyusun strategi. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi pemerintah desa dalam penanganan stunting di Desa Panduman Kecamatan Jelbuk Kabupaten Jember. Metode Penelitian: Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan fokus grup diskusi. Hasil Penelitian: Menggambarkan pentingnya strategi pemerintah desa dalam menangani stunting, memberikan kontribusi berupa membentuk Rumah Desa Sehat dan Pemberian Gizi kepada anak berupa telur guna memberikan efek yang signifikan terhadap pemenuhan gizi dan kesehatan anak, serta melakukan peningkatan terhadap sanitasi dan air bersih.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of participation/involvement of the village community in the process of preparing the Panduman Village RPJM 2020-2025. Using a qualitative method, the data was collected by conducting interviews with informants and reviewing the Panduman Village RPJM document. The data was analyzed to see the level of community participation, including the quality of program proposals against the 4 dimensions of Panduman Village's problems and potentials. The results showed that; The Panduman Village community actively involved themselves in the process of preparing the Panduman RPJMDes for the 2020-2025 period. Village community aspirations always focus on physical infrastructure development. The village community has been able to evaluate the performance of the previous village government, including identifying 4 dimensions of village problems and potentials. However, the alternative solutions proposed by the community are still unable to answer the problems and manage the village's potential in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi Kebijakan Satgas Adminduk dalam meningkatkan pelayanan Administrasi di Desa Lojejer Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deksriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemerintah Desa Lojejer melalui Keputusan Kepala Desa Lojejer Nomor :141/10/35.09.11.01/2021 membentuk sebuah pelayanan administrasi kependudukan melalui Satgas Adminduk untuk menjawab setiap keluhan masyarakat terkait dokumen kependudukan . Desa Lojejer mengupayakan sebuah pelayanan administrasi kependudukan untuk memberikan solusi dari semua permasalahan administrasi kependudukan yang dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat dengan menciptakan sebuah pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dengan konsep jemput bola melalui Satgas Adminduk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian implementasi kebijakan Satgas Adminduk dalam meningkatkan pelayanan di Desa Lojejer dengan empat variabel diantaranya komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi, dan struktur organisasi berjalan dengan baik, tetapi perlu dilakukan sosialisasi terkait Satgas Adminduk agar masyarakat mampu memahami hal yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan administrasi. Dan Ketua Satgas Adminduk harus mempertimbangkan honor anggota Satgas Adminduk yang kecil agar pelaksaan pelayanan Satgas Adminduk berjalan dengan baik

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate that the Social Forestry Program in Sabrang Village positively impacts poverty alleviation and community welfare, particularly among women family heads, through forest land management. This study employed a descriptive qualitative data analysis strategy. This research method uses the purposive sampling strategy. The findings of this study show that the realization of women's rights can already be felt and benefited. Forest land management activities are carried out through the social forestry initiative to maximize natural resource potential over 35 years. As a result, it may be argued that it successfully changed the community's economics, particularly that of women's household heads.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Adminduk Task Force policy in improving administrative services in Lojejer Village, Jember Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The Lojejer Village Government through the Lojejer Village Head Decree Number: 141/10/35.09.11.01/2021 established a population administration service through the Population Administration Task Force to answer every public complaint regarding population documents. Lojejer Village is working on a population administration service to provide solutions to all population administration problems complained about by the community by creating a population administration service with a pick-up-ball concept through the Population Administration Task Force. Based on the research results, the implementation of the Adminduk Task Force's policy in improving services in Lojejer Village with four variables including communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure is going well, but it is necessary to carry out socialization regarding the Adminduk Task Force so that the community is able to understand things related to administrative services. And the Chair of the Adminduk Task Force must consider the small honorarium for members of the Adminduk Task Force so that the Adminduk Task Force's services run well.
