Abstract

Stainless steels consist of several types such as Austenitic, Ferritic and Martensitic, Martensitic is one of the stainless steels that has a hardenability property, so it is suitable to be used as cutting tool components which require high hardness and corrosion resistance . The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the hardness of stainless steel martensitic type of hardening results with variations of cooling media. Methods of research used were experiments, ie hardening process by heating the material up to 1100oC temperature, held for 30 minutes, then cooled quickly on water, oil and the air, then heated back to 400oC temperature, cooled slowly, the results tested the hardness of Rockwell C method The results showed the type of stainless steel type martensitic 431 increased significantly after the Hardening process of 21.20 HRC before hardening, and after the hardening process to 47 , 6 HRC with water cooling, 47.9 HRC with oil cooling medium and 46.5 HRC for air cooling media, hardness after tempering down ranges from 6-7 HRC to 41.7 HRC for hardening with water cooling medium 41, 2HRC hardening results with oil cooling medium, and 40,4HRC un tuk hardening results with air conditioning medium.

Abstract

This article explores the significance of exclusive breastfeeding, child nutrition, and personal hygiene in enhancing maternal and child health. The study aimed to enhance mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, child nutrition for ages 0-24 months, and personal hygiene through home visits and leaflet distribution. The program was conducted in 15 households in Mata Wawatu Village, utilizing Pre-Test and Post-Test assessments to evaluate knowledge changes. The findings indicated a notable improvement in mothers' understanding following the educational interventions. Additionally, the appealing leaflet media contributed to raising public awareness.

Abstract

This article discusses the maintenance of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) in Mata Wawatu Village as an effort to improve public health. The aim of this program is to provide information to the public regarding the benefits and cultivation techniques of medicinal plants. The methods employed include qualitative research with a descriptive approach, encompassing observations, interviews, and documentation collection. The findings of this study indicate that this initiative has successfully enhanced the community's understanding of TOGA and encouraged them to utilize medicinal plants in their daily lives. This program is expected to improve the health and well-being of the community and reduce dependence on chemical medications

Abstract

Murabahah, salam, and istishna' are types of sale and purchase transactions that have conceptually been recognized and applied as contract options in Islamic financial institution products. The National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), as the authority in issuing Islamic economic and financial fatwas, has issued rulings concerning these three types of transactions, in which various hadiths on legal rulings (ahkam muamalah) are cited as the basis. This paper aims to examine these hadiths from the DSN-MUI fatwas on murâbahah, salam, and istishna' through two perspectives: the analysis of authenticity (takhrij hadith) and the interpretation of substance (meaning analysis). The results indicate that these hadiths broadly cover key principles of sharia contracts such as mutual consent (ar-ridha), permissibility (al-ibâhah), and public interest (al-mashlahah); the notion of blessings in non-cash transactions (classified as weak hadith majhul category); prohibition of debt payment delays by those able to pay; and the permissibility of salam transactions and down payments (classified as weak hadith mursal category).

Abstract

Quality health services are key to improving patient satisfaction among National Health Insurance (JKN) participants. This study aims to systematically review various studies that have been conducted in Indonesia related to the level of JKN patient satisfaction with health services at Community Health Centers. The method used is a literature study by selecting relevant articles published in 2023-2025. Inclusion criteria include articles that discuss the relationship between service quality and JKN patient satisfaction. A total of 11 articles that meet the criteria have been analyzed. The results of the analysis show that the dimensions of service quality that most often influence the level of patient satisfaction are reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangibles. Most studies also use a quantitative approach with statistical tests such as chi-square and logistic regression to analyze the relationship between variables. However, not all dimensions always significantly affect the assurance dimension in several studies showing inconsistent results. The conclusion of this study is the importance of improving the quality of health services at Community Health Centers to improve JKN patient satisfaction. Health centers must develop patient-focused service strategies by training human resources, improving service systems, and conducting continuous quality evaluations.
