Abstract

The Second Semester of Academic Year 2019-2020 was temporarily suspended due to the widespread COVID-19 last March 16, 2020, forcing the President of the Republic of the Philippines, Hon. Rodrigo Roa Duterte imposed an Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon which is known as a lockdown closing all the border points of each town and provinces. One of the major problem encountered during the lockdown is the suspension of classes because as per IATF guidelines you need to stay home, the said Memorandum Order was posted in the official gazette, (Medialdea, 2020)The dataset on the features of the Learning Management Systems using Moodle is that Professors will be the one who will set the topics, quizzes, and exercises for his class even the assessment methods on the system. To prevent from slowing down the network,  the Team of Seaversity the developer of the learning management systems headed by C/E Ephrem Dela Cernan conducts a ZOOM Training to all Faculty to be familiarized more on the Learning Management Systems of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. The Moodle Learning Management Systems is a user-friendly environment because of its features and users can easily adjust from the traditional face to face teaching going to e-Learning approach because of it’s all capabilities as a data mining methods such as statistics, association rule mining, pattern mining visualization, categorization, clustering, and text mining., (AlAjmi & Shakir, 2013)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the instrument construction, determine the validity and reliability of the instrument, obtain the instrument results, determine the effectiveness of the noble moral assessment instrument of the human moral dimension that has been developed for high school students in Klaten Regency. This study is a development research. The subjects in this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Klaten, SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom, SMA Negeri 1 Wedi. With a total of 818 students. Data analysis used includes Exploratory Factor Analysis, reliability analysis using Cronbach's Alpha and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed (1) The assessment of human noble morals carried out by teachers has not used valid and reliable instruments. (2) The construction of the noble moral assessment instrument in humans consists of: prioritizing similarities with others, respecting differences, cognitive empathy, emotional empathy, social empathy, therapeutic empathy, moral empathy, virtual empathy, cultural empathy, with the self-assessment (SA) model. (3). The indicators formed for the development of noble moral assessments in humans are 7 in number with a total of 36 items. (4). The validity of the assessment instrument content from expert validation by 9 experts, and continued with the calculation of the Aiken index.

Abstract

Grammar is a language to talk about language. Just as one cannot explain how a motor engine functions (or is falling to function) without naming words for its parts and their specific actions, so it is impossible to explore the function of words and the part they play in forming meaningful language without a naming procedure. The purpose of this research is to know the students’ difficulties in using Parts of Speech of a text. This research is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This research was conducted on the first semester student namely 95 students in 2 classess at HKBP Nommensen University Pematangsiantar. The instruments used written test. The results showed the highest one is very good category with 68 students with 71,5% and the fair category with 2 students on the 2,1%. It found no Interjection included. The text used the determiner/ article out of the box of Parts of Speech with 13 words. The dominantly applied by the students in finding the difficulties is stated to the Pronoun, Adjective, and Adverb. The last stated the word of article or determiner into the Adjective.
