Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of price, product quality, and electronic word of mouth on the purchasing decisions regarding Bening's skincare products in Karawang. Employing quantitative research with hypothesis testing, the research involved a sample of 105 consumers of Bening's Skincare products in Karawang.The analytical methods applied include multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t-test, F-test, and classical assumption tests using SPSS version 20 statistical software. Primary data for the study were obtained through a questionnaire. The findings of this research affirm that the price significantly influences the purchasing decisions for Bening's Skincare products in Karawang. Moreover, product quality plays a significant role in influencing the decision to purchase Bening's skincare products in Karawang. However, electronic word of mouth does not exhibit a significant impact on purchasing decisions for Bening's skincare products in Karawang. Additionally, the combined influence of price, product quality, and electronic word of mouth simultaneously affects the purchasing decisions for Bening's Skincare products in Karawang.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, and Price Perception on Purchase Intention in Luxcrime Cosmetics products in Karawang. The research method applied is quantitative with hypothesis testing. A total of 100 respondents who used Luxcrime Cosmetics products in Karawang were the research samples.Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test, and classical assumption test with the help of SPSS version 20 statistical software. Questionnaires were the main source of data in this research. Research findings show that Influencer Marketing has a significant influence on purchasing intention in Luxcrime Cosmetics products in Karawang. Meanwhile, Content Marketing also has a significant influence on intention in purchasing these products. On the other hand, Price Perception does not show a significant influence on purchase intention in Luxcrime Cosmetics in Karawang. Simultaneously, Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, and Price Perception together influence intention in purchasing the product.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand awareness, brand image and lifestyle on buying intention in Lanccelot watch products in Karawang. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this research was 100 Lanccelot watch consumers in Karawang. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, f test, and classical assumption test using SPSS version 20 statistical software. The main data in this research comes from a questionnaire. The results of this research prove that brand awareness influences intention in purchasing Lanccelot watch products in Karawang. Brand image influences intention in purchasing Lanccelot watch products in Karawang. Likewise, lifestyle influences intention in buying Lanccelot watch products in Karawang. Brand awareness, brand image and lifestyle simultaneously influence intention in purchasing Lanccelot watch products in Karawang.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of competency on employee performance at SLC Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang. A total of 32 SLC staff were used as the research population, and the entire population was interviewed using the census method (Sample Sum). Observation, questionnaire, and documentation methods were used for data collection. Data analysis involves testing validity, reliability, simple regression, and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that there is a correlation between salary and bonuses and the performance of SLC Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang employees, measured through a validity test. The rcount value which is greater than the rtable value (0.349) indicates adequate validity. The reliability test shows that all variables have a confidence value greater than the reliability standard of 0.60. A simple regression test shows the relationship between salary variables and employee performance, with the formula Y = 3.076 x 0.549 and significance less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 43.2% shows that 43.2% of employee performance is influenced by salary variables. The remaining 56.8% was influenced by other factors not tested in this study. The research results provide the implication that increasing salaries can have a positive impact of 43.2% on the performance of SLC Online Jaya Mandiri Karawang employees. However, it should be noted that other factors not tested also played an important role at 56.8%. Therefore, further recommendations for future research could involve additional variables to understand other factors that influence employee performance in a more holistic manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership function, motivation and work discipline on employees' performance. The population in this study is all employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Karawang Regency. This research is conducted on the population of 159 people. This study uses verification research methods by using path analysis. The results show that leadership function, motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on employee performance. By improving the leadership function, employee motivation and work discipline, it is possible to increase the employees'performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Karawang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. Abstract

This study has purpose to explore further and reveals the effect of work discipline, organizational culture and work environment towards the performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Tourism and Culture Office of Karawang Regency. The process of this research is conducted through descriptive and verification methods. Research population were gathered from whole employees at the Tourism and Culture Office of Karawang Regency with totaling of 83 people. Samples were collected by non-probability sampling technique with the same number of samples and population, namely 76. As for analytical techniques used were scale-range analysis and path analysis techniques which earned results that 1) Work discipline brought significant effect on performance 2) Organizational culture has significant influence against the performance 3) Work environment has significant effect on performance 4) So all of variables namely Work discipline, organizational culture and work environment Jointly affect the performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and reveals the effect cause by leadership, organizational culture, and work environment towards the performance of BPJS Kesehatan’s employees at Karawang Branch Office. Descriptive and verification method has been used in this study through quantitative approach. The research population of this study amounted to 126 people, while the sample used was 100 respondents who were exactly the employees of BPJS kesehatan at Karawang Branch Office which selected by simple random sampling technique. Data research was gathered through questionnaire which then analyzed using scale range analysis and path analysis. The results of this research indicates that 1) There is influence occurred between leadership and organizational culture that categorize as low level of correlation with positive value 2) There is correlation between organizational culture and work environment which categorize as low level of correlation and positive value 3) There is correlation between leadership and work environment which categorize as low level of correlation with positive direction 4) leadership, work culture, and work environment are capable to improve the performance of BPJS Kesehatan employees at Karawang Branch Office both partially or simultaneously.
