Abstract

One of the efforts to improve Amil Zakat's competence is by providing training. This article aims to examine the concept of amil zakat training and the development efforts that can be made. This article is made by using the literature method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The study's result shows that Amil Zakat's existing training condition only prioritizes Amil's technical ability and work attitude. There is no specific curriculum related to character education, but character education has been inserted into learning activities. The effort to develop amil zakat training can be made by designing amil zakat training that is not only competency-based but also adab-based so that amil zakat who take part in the training are not only competent in the work of managing zakat but also competent as individual Muslims.

Abstract

Islam emphasizes how a leader should act and how a good follower can support effective leadership. This article reviews how leadership and followership are intertwined and how Islamic values guide the carrying out of both roles. This article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive and literature study approach. The Prophet Muhammad SAW exemplified how leadership should prioritize trustworthiness, responsibility, justice, wisdom, perseverance, and empathy. An ideal leader in Islam does not only focus on power but also integrity and balance between worldly and hereafter interests. In addition, a good follower of Islam must have obedience with understanding, healthy loyalty, and the ability to provide constructive input. One example of effective interaction between leaders and followers is seen in Islamic history, such as in the Battle of Khandaq, when Salman Al-Farisi proposed a trench-digging strategy accepted wholeheartedly by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Leadership success in Islam depends on a harmonious relationship between leaders and followers, where both parties support each other and build a shared vision.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai proses sosialisasi evaluasi dan pengembangan kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Artikel ini dibuat menggunakan metode literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi evaluasi dan pengembangan kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam perlu dilakukan dalam agar khalayak memahami lebih dalam dan untuk menghindari kesalahpahaman mengenai informasi yang disampaikan. Kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut harus dilakukan secara intensif dan kontinyu sehingga informasi mengenai evaluasi dan pengembangan kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam tersebut dapat tersebar secara merata ke setiap daerah yang ada di Indonesia dan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya Pendidikan Islam semakin tinggi. Sosialisasi kebijakan pendidikan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap meniru, dan tahap siap bertindak. Untuk mengatasi agar tidak terjadi miskommunikasi dan kesalahan intepretasi selama proses sosialisasi dilakukan, maka pada hakekatnya sosialisasi kebijakan ini harus dilakukan dalam konteks organisasi yang menyeluruh dengan tujuan dan target yang jelas, prioritas yang jelas, serta sumber daya pendukung yang jelas pula.
