Abstract

Tradisi ibadah ala Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah (An-Nadhliyah) merupakan warisan berharga dari para ulama Nusantara yang mengintegrasikan ajaran syariat islam, nilai-nilai spiritual tasawuf, dan kearifan lokal. Tradisi ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ritual keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai media perekat sosial, penguatan nilai-nilai ukhuwah Islamiyah, serta sarana pendidikan karakter dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Berbagai amaliah seperti tahlilan, yasinan, maulidan, istighotsah, manaqiban, dan ziarah kubur telah menjadi bagian dari ekspresi keislaman masyarakat Nahdliyin yang moderat, inklusif, dan toleran. Namun, seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan zaman dan tantangan modernitas, eksistensi tradisi-tradisi ini mengalami tekanan yang signifikan. Di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi saat ini, muncul berbagai tantangan yang dapat melemahkan keberlanjutan tradisi Aswaja An-Nahdliyah. Di antaranya adalah menguatnya arus puritanisme keagamaan yang cenderung menolak praktik-praktik tradisional dan menuduhnya sebagai bid’ah, munculnya gaya hidup individualis yang mengurangi minat terhadap ibadah berjamaah dan tradisi kolektif, serta rendahnya literasi keagamaan di kalangan generasi muda akibat dominasi media digital yang kurang mengedepankan nilai-nilai keislaman yang moderat. Selain itu, pendekatan dakwah yang masih konvensional juga menjadi hambatan dalam menjangkau generasi milenial dan Gen Z. Melalui kajian ini, penulis menawarkan beberapa strategi revitalisasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghidupkan kembali tradisi ibadah ala Aswaja An-Nahdliyah di era modern. Strategi tersebut meliputi optimalisasi media digital sebagai sarana dakwah dan edukasi, penguatan kaderisasi Aswaja sejak usia dini melalui lembaga pendidikan formal dan nonformal, reaktualisasi tradisi keagamaan dengan pendekatan budaya yang kreatif dan kontekstual, serta pembentukan komunitas-komunitas pemuda Aswaja yang produktif dan inovatif. Upaya ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa nilai-nilai Aswaja tidak hanya bertahan, tetapi juga berkembang dan mampu bersaing secara sehat di tengah arus modernitas dan perubahan zaman. Dengan demikian, menghidupkan kembali tradisi ibadah Aswaja bukan berarti terjebak pada romantisme masa lalu, melainkan membangun jembatan antara warisan keislaman klasik dengan kebutuhan spiritual masyarakat modern. Tradisi Aswaja, apabila dikelola secara bijak dan adaptif, akan terus menjadi kekuatan spiritual dan sosial yang mampu menjawab tantangan zaman serta menjaga harmoni dalam kehidupan beragama dan bermasyarakat di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) and the dynamics of religiosity and statehood in Indonesia. As a transnational Islamist movement, HTI promotes the establishment of a global caliphate, positioning its ideology in tension with Indonesia’s national ideology, Pancasila. This article analyzes HTI’s religious discourse, political narratives, and mobilization strategies, alongside the state’s responses through regulations and deradicalization policies. Using qualitative descriptive methods through literature review, journal articles, policy documents, and empirical reports, this study finds that HTI significantly influenced the religious landscape by strengthening textualist and revivalist Islamic tendencies. However, its political agenda created friction within the pluralistic, democratic, and Pancasila-based state structure. The government’s disbandment of HTI in 2017 marked a turning point in Indonesia’s approach to non-democratic religious-political movements. This study concludes that HTI contributed to heightened debates on nationalism, Islamic identity, and the limits of political freedom in Indonesia.

Abstract

Learning the practice of wuḍūʾ is an essential component of fiqh education, as it directly affects the validity of prayer. However, in pesantren learning practices, some students are still found to perform wuḍūʾ incorrectly and not in accordance with fiqh regulations. This study aims to describe the use of the demonstration method in teaching the practice of wuḍūʾ using the book Durūs al-Fiqhiyyah at PPTQ Al-Asy’ariyyah 10 Al-Asy’ariyyah, to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation, and to analyze the impact of the use of the demonstration method on students’ understanding and skills. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the use of the demonstration method was implemented through the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation, with Durūs al-Fiqhiyyah serving as the theoretical foundation. Supporting factors included the competence of teachers, a pesantren environment that supports the habituation of worship, and the availability of learning facilities, while inhibiting factors involved limited instructional time, a large number of students, and differences in students’ levels of understanding. The impact of using the demonstration method was reflected in improved students’ comprehension of the pillars and sequence of wuḍūʾ as well as enhanced skills in performing wuḍūʾ correctly and orderly. Therefore, the use of the demonstration method has a positive contribution to wuḍūʾ practice learning and is appropriate to be further developed in fiqh learning within pesantren contexts.
