Abstract

Biaya produksi adalah salah satu bagian penentu harga pokok produk dari Rumah Makan “Pondok Baselo Mama Mia” Pantai Tugu Air Bangis sekaligus mengetahui penentuan harga dan dapat menentukan seberapa besar pengembalian modal yang sudah dikeluarkan sehingga menghasilkan laba. Rumah Makan “Pondok Baselo Mama Mia” juga sebagai usaha yang membuat makanan juga tidak terlepas dari masalah pencapaian laba, dan pengembalian modal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan mengunakan pedekatan kualitatif juga dapat menggunakan penelitian untuk perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan pengumpulan biaya yang telah di keluarkan untuk usaha makanan. Untuk Pengembalian Modal usaha usaha makanan dengan kapasitas produksi yang dihasilkan. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Rumah Makan “Pondok Baselo Mama Mia” mengalami kondisi keuangan yang stabil bahkan dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Biaya yang telah dikeluarkan ini seharusnya dipakai sebagai elemen perhitungan pembentukan harga pokok produksi dan penentuan harga jual. Sebaiknya pimpinan Rumah Makan “Pondok Baselo Mama Mia” mempertahankan dan meningkatkan usaha dengan sebaik mungkin dan berinovasi jika ingin usaha tetap bertahan sebagai rumah makan yang maju dan menyesuaikan denan keinginan pasar karena berada di daerah wisata..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of consumer behavior on the decision to purchase Mobile Legends game items for STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The object of this research is STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. Samples were taken as many as 346 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is data quality test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the data are valid, reliable and normal. The heteroscedasticity test shows no heteroscedasticity. Based on the hypothesis test, the t test shows that the consumer behavior variable (X) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). In the coefficient of determination test, consumer behavior has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Mobile Legends game items for STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students by 98.5%. The conclusion in this study shows that consumer behavior has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Mobile Legends game items for STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. This can be seen in the t value of the consumer behavior variable which is 2.041 and t table is 1.996 so that t value> t table (2.041> 1.996) and the significance value is less than 0.05, namely 0.042 (0.042 <0.05)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personality and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam. This type of quantitative research aims to determine how personality and organizational commitment influence employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam. The population in this study consists of all factory employees. The sample in the study consisted of 54 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression tests, F tests, and T tests. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of personality variables on employee performance variables at PT BPP Air Balam. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 2.751 with a significant level of 0.008 (<0.05). The organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables at PT BPP Air Balam; this can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 2.348 with a significant level of 0.023 [<0.05]. This study concludes that personality and organizational commitment influence employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam by 79.5%, while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of store atmosphere and price on purchasing decisions (a study of consumers at Takana Juo Tiku Restaurant). This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is all customers of Takana Juo Restaurant. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, which means not giving equal opportunities or chances to each member of the population when being selected as a sample. While the technique used in this method is purposive sampling, a sampling technique with certain considerations or criteria, namely consumers who have eaten at Takana Juo Restaurant. The number of samples in this study was 150 samples. The results of the study found that: The Store Atmosphere variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient value of 0.558, a t-value of 7.280 and a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). The Price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient value of 0.279, a t-value of 3.952 and a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). The independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 103.407 at a significance level of 0.000 (<0.50). The coefficient of determination is 58.5%. The remaining 41.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
