Abstract

Pendidikan ialah salah satu hal yang penting pada era globalisasi saat ini, seperti halnya dalam kegiatan Full Day School (FDS). Full Day School (FDS) ialah proses belajar yang dilakukan peserta didik dari pagi sampai sore di lingkungan sekolah yakni mencakup 5 hari dalam seminggu berada disekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam lagi pengalaman remaja awal dalam mengikuti kegiatan sekolah full day. Pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode studi fenomenologi. Partisipan di penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang remaja berusia 13-15 tahun yang mengikuti sekolah full day. Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan ialah metode Snowball Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menggunakan wawancara mendalam (in-depth-interview) yang dilakukan dengan via video call. Peneliti menggunakan analisa data Colaizzi. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan adanya respon dalam mengikuti kegiatan full day school yaitu respon fisik dan psikis dan perkembangan sosial remaja yang berhubungan dengan teman sebaya dan lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggal. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa remaja yang mengikuti kegiatan full day school merasa lelah, jenuh, mengantuk, kurang tidur dan merasa senang disekolah, sehingga remaja merasa kurangnya interaksi dengan teman sebaya serta lingkungan sekitar karena tidak di beri izin oleh orang tua untuk bermain dengan teman-temannya dan adanya keterbatasan waktu untuk keluar rumah. Hasil penelitian ini bisa dijadikan pada pihak sekolah untuk dapat mengatasi kejenuhan, rasa mudah lelah dan mengantuk yang dialami remaja, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara pembelajarannya diselingi dengan belajar sambil bermain, dapat ditambahkan dengan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan melibatkan remaja dalam pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung.

Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has threatened the health of human life, especially in the Pekanbaru City, so the vaccination program is the last resort, and is still being carried out in an effort to overcome it. The existence of a stimulus to the COVID-19 vaccination, giving rise to various behavioral responses and public perceptions, both positive and negative perceptions. The purpose of this research to describe the public perception of the COVID-19 vaccine in the Work Area Harapan Raya’s Health Center. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive design, for the sampling technique using accidental on 172 respondents with a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was univariate in this studied. The results showed that 87 respondents (50.6%), more dominantly had negative perceptions, with various reasons and respondents' level of doubt, (51.2%) respondents still doubted that inactivated vaccines had a severe reaction compared to other types of vaccines, (43.0%) of respondents answered that vaccines cannot fight more than one virus, and (37.8%) of respondents doubted that the COVID-19 vaccine protects a person in the long term. (37.2%) of respondents stated that vaccine doubts outweighed the risks of not choosing to be vaccinated against COVID-19. This indicates that the public must be more active in sorting out good information, with education from the government related to COVID-19 vaccination.

Abstract

Kegiatan vaksinasi dalam kegiatan pelayanan merupakan salah satu terobosan pemerintah dalam menekan penularan COVID-19. Salah satu permasalahan yang muncul selama kegiatan vaksinasi adalah kepuasan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pelayanan tenaga kesehatan dengan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dalam kegiatan vaksinasi di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif analitik, dengan desain korelasi dan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah masyarakat yang mendapat vaksin di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Payung Sekaki berjumlah 10.279 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 271 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner pelayanan kesehatan dan kuesioner kepuasan yang telah dilakukan uji validitas sebelumnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji univariat dan bivariat. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan continuity correction didapatkan adanya hubungan pelayanan tenaga kesehatan dengan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dalam kegiatan vaksinasi (p-value = 0,000) dengan dimensi keadilan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas yang diberikan oleh tenaga kesehatan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dalam kegiatan vaksinasi COVID-19.

Abstract

The development of dietary catering for outpatients is an opportunity to be one of the hospital profits centers. The study objective was to analyze the potential and the feasibility of the nutrition department as a profit center. The study design was cross-sectional. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive and correlation analysis. The respondents were 70 inpatients families, 30 management hospital staff, and 32 nutrition department staff. A feasibility analysis was performed using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PP), and BEP (Break-Even Point). The results found that there was a relationship between willingness and capacity to pay for main meals (p = 0.013), with an average price of main food Rp. 16,193 ± 9,060 for portion. Respondents from management staffs who agreed to the nutrition department to be a profit center were 90.0 percent and all nutrition staffs. The market aspect was described from the 10 highest diseases of inpatients become a potential market as follow up treatment for post hospitalized patients. The technical aspect shows that the hospital is located in a strategic area and has adequate facilities. The organizational and management aspects show the support and commitment from top management, the commitment of nutrition department staff, and eligible human resources. The economic and financial aspects were described from NPV 0, IRR initial capital. The study conclusion was the Nutrition Department of RSUD AA has the potential to develop into a profit center and is feasible to implement.Keywords: feasibility study, nutrition services, profit center ABSTRAKPengembangan katering diet kepada pasien post rawatan merupakan peluang menjadi profit center dari Instalasi Gizi RSUD AA. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis potensi dan kelayakan pengembangan Instalasi Gizi RSUD AA menjadi profit center. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data potensi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Responden adalah 70 orang keluarga pasien, 30 orang dari manajemen, dan 32 orang dari instalasi gizi RSUD AA. Analisis potensi dilakukan secara deskriptif dan uji korelasi. Analisis kelayakan dilakukan dengan Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Periode (PP) dan BPE (Break Even Point). Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada hubungan antara kemauan dan kemampuan membayar makanan utama (p=0,013), dengan rata-rata harga makanan utama Rp. 16.193 ± 9.060 per porsi. Responden dari manajemen yang menyetujui Instalasi Gizi menjadi profit center adalah 90,0 persen dan semua responden dari instalasi Instalasi Gizi menyetujui menjadi profit center. Aspek pasar dapat dilihat dari 10 penyakit terbesar pasien rawat inap di RSUD AA tahun 2019 yang menunjukkan peluang pasar karena penyakit tersebut membutuhkan diet khusus tidak hanya selama perawatan di RS tetapi juga selama perawatan di rumah. Aspek teknis menunjukkan RSUD AA berada pada lokasi yang strategis, dengan luas yang memadai, dan fasilitas yang cukup. Aspek organisasi dan manajemen menunjukkan adanya dukungan dan komitmen dari top manajemen, komitmen pegawai instalasi gizi, organisasi pengelolaan instalasi gizi sudah mendukung dan jumlah tenaga yang mencukupi. Aspek ekonomi dan keuangan ditemukan dari NPV 0, IRR modal awal. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Instalasi Gizi RSUD Daerah Arifin Achmad mempunyai potensi dalam pengembangan menjadi profit center dan layak untuk dilaksanakan.Kata kunci: pelayanan gizi, profit center, studi kelayakan

Abstract

Lanjut usia merupakan seseorang yang telah mencapai usia 60 tahun ke atas yang diidentikkan dengan masa ketidakberdayaan dan penurunan. Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang paling banyak diderita masyarakat, khususnya pada lanjut usia karena penyakit ini tidak dapat disembuhkan maka diperlukan penanganan yang serius. Selain terapi farmakologis juga perlu dilakukan terapi nonfarmakologis dalam hal ini memodifikasi gaya hidup, mengurangi asupan natrium, menurunkan stres, dan menghindari rokok. Terapi nonfarmakologis juga terdiri dari terapi komplementer seperti akupunktur, teknik relaksasi (latihan nafas dalam). Metode dalam karya ilmiah ini yakni analisis asuhan keperawatan di PSTW Khusnul Khotimah. Subjek terdiri dari 2 partisipan dengan masalah hipertensi dan intervensi yang diberikan yakni terapi relaksasi nafas dalam. Hasil implementasi terapi relaksasi nafas dalam yang dilakukan satu kali sehari selama 3 hari terbukti bahwa terjadi penurunan tekanan darah, dengan nilai rata-rata penurunan tekanan darah pada Nenek A usia 67 tahun yaitu tekanan darah sistol 8 mmHg dan diastol 8 mmHg, dan pada Nenek SJ usia 80 tahun yaitu tekanan darah sistol 8 mmHg dan diastol 5 mmHg. Penulis merekomendasikan perawat sebagai penanggung jawab wisma meneruskan implementasi terapi relaksasi nafas dalam satu kali dalam sehari dengan durasi 15 menit.

Abstract

Background: the incidence of nursing staff turnover during the Covid 19 pandemic was the highest among all staff with work agreements at the Dumai City Hospital. With the reduced number of nursing staff, the hospital is at risk of experiencing disruptions in the availability of human resources. Purpose: To eksplore the nursing staff retention program at the Dumai City Hospital. Method: This research was a phenomenological qualitative research, with a sample of 13 people. They were recruited using purposive sampling technique, and data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, FGD and document searches. Data were analyzed using the colaizzi methode which consist of nine stages. Results: It was found that staffing by the head of the room for nursing staff during the afternoon shift and night shift still needs to be improved, the orientation of new nursing staff is experiencing rapid progress with the publication of orientation guidebooks and orientation report cards, preceptorship and mentoring have taken place naturally and needs to be improved by making guidelines and SOP, nurse career paths are still focused on PK 1 nurse assessment, nursing staff rotation is carried out based on urgent needs and conditions. Conclusion: The nursing staff retention program at the Dumai City Hospital, namely staffing, orientation of nursing staff, preceptorship and mentoring, career development of nursing staff still needs to be improved and developed from aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. So that the activities that have been taking place can be even better useful in preventing the turn over of nursing staff at the Dumai City Hospital. Abstract

Electronic nursing documentation (END) has become an essential component of modern nursing practice. The use of END is expected to improve the quality of patient care through more accurate and efficient record keeping. This article aims to evaluate the effectiveness of electronic nursing documentation in improving the quality of patient care. This systematic review study was conducted in June-July 2024 by searching the literature on electronic databases such as ProQuest, Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar for articles published between 2019 and 2024. The keywords used included “electronic nursing documentation”, or “computerized nursing documentation” and “quality of care” and “nurse” “hospital”. Two reviewers independently screened the articles, extracted data, and assessed the quality of the included studies using the Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). There were 9 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analysed further. The inclusion criteria were RCT and non RCT, cross sectional and observational study, and hospital setting, while the exclusion criteria were qualitative study and literature or systematic review. The analysis showed that the use of END significantly improved the quality of nursing care, enhanced communication and collaboration among healthcare providers, leading to improved patient outcomes. Besides, END improved documentation accuracy, time efficiency, operational efficiency, error reduction and patient safety. However, some challenges such as monitoring and evaluation from nurse managers regarding the accuracy and quality of documentation and the need for computer skills training are also needed. It Concluded the electronic nursing documentation has great potential to improve the quality of patient care in hospitals

Abstract

The average Indonesian Nurse Competency Examination (UKNI) graduation at one of the private universities in Pekanbaru City is still around 80-95%, while UKNI graduation is a graduation requirement for professional student education. Students expressed anxiety in facing UKNI coupled with the experience of many seniors who participated in UKNI more than 2 times (re-takers). The purpose of this community service activity was to overcome the anxiety of professional nurse students in preparation for facing UKNI. This community service activity uses a consultation and counseling approach to the Nurse’s students, totaling 32 people. The intervention carried out was 5-finger hypnosis and psychological consultation with UKNI for 5 working days. Anxiety score assessment using the DASS instrument. The results of this activity obtained a decrease in the anxiety level of nursing profession students by 13.06. This shows that the 5-finger relaxation intervention can be used as an alternative to overcome the anxiety of nursing profession students facing UKNI. It is hoped that nursing education institutions will be able to make a 5-finger hypnosis intervention as a form of consultation to overcome the anxiety of nursing professional students facing UKNI.
