Abstract

This research aims to analyze the legal aspects of individual companies in supporting the development of micro and small enterprises (UMK) in Indonesia. Individual companies, which were introduced through Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and have been amended by Law Number 6 of 2023, offer convenience for MSEs in establishing legal entities. However, individual companies still face various legal obstacles that can hinder their effectiveness. This research identifies and evaluates these obstacles, including lack of clarity in regulations, conflicts of interest, and issues of owner responsibility and accountability. Through legal and conceptual approaches, this research examines the legal barriers of individual companies to the development of MSEs and provides recommendations for overcoming existing barriers. It is hoped that the findings from this research can contribute to the development of a legal framework that is more supportive for individual companies in order to advance MSEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of knowing the procedure for implementing a work agreement between the Lisawati Tax Consultant and the Anggoro Kasih Pamekasan Foundation in relation to Book III of the Civil Code.This research uses the method The type of research in this study is normative juridical law research, namely research based on literature studies which includes primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Hasil Legal consequences if one party does not carry out its obligations can occur due to 2 (two) things, namely due to default and overmacht. default carried out by the Lisawati Tax Consultant if since the signing of the deed of agreement the Lisawati Tax Consultant has not issued an SPK, then for this negligence the Lisawati Tax Consultant may be subject to sanctions in the form of reimbursement for losses for planning work implementation, while the default is carried out by the Anggoro Kasih Pamekasan Foundation if after the issuance of the SPK, the Anggoro Kasih Pamekasan Foundation is late / does not carry out achievements, then for the delay the Anggoro Kasih Pamekasan Foundation is only obliged to pay a number of items that have been made by the Lisawati Tax Consultant only and as a penalty the agreement is considered null and void and cannot be continued for any reason, the legal consequences of overmacht if it is only temporary, the debtor can request a delay in fulfilling the achievement and if it is absolute/permanent, then the agreement is automatically canceled.

Abstract

The aim is to find out the provisions governing the criminal act of violating adultery or immorality committed by the Indonesian National Armed Forces. This research uses the method The type of research in this study is normative juridical law research, namely research based on literature studies which includes primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Legal Consequences Regarding the crime of violating decency/adultery committed by the Indonesian National Armed Forces, the perpetrator is subject to Article 281 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code Juncto Article 26 of the Criminal Procedure Code, Article 190 paragraph (1), paragraph (3), paragraph (4) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1997 concerning Military Justice, namely in addition to the main punishment in the form of imprisonment, as well as additional punishment in the form of being dismissed from military service.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar hutan mangrove di Surabaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan agribisnis mereka sekaligus memperkuat pengurusan sertifikat halal. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif, kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan, pendampingan, serta penerapan praktik-praktik agribisnis yang sesuai dengan prinsip halal. Metode pengabdian mencakup workshop, pelatihan lapangan, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk membantu masyarakat memahami proses pengurusan sertifikat halal dan meningkatkan kualitas produk agribisnis mereka. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran masyarakat sekitar hutan mangrove dalam mengembangkan agribisnis yang berkelanjutan dan bersertifikat halal, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi ekonomi lokal dan lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas sosialisasi pendidikan anti terorisme melalui buku cerita bergambar di SD Tambah Oso, Kecamatan Waru, Kabupaten Sidoarjo pada tahun 2023. Metode penelitian melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam proses pengembangan dan implementasi buku cerita anti terorisme. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi untuk mengevaluasi dampak sosialisasi ini terhadap pemahaman dan perilaku anti terorisme di kalangan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan program serupa di sekolah-sekolah lain untuk membangun kesadaran dan ketahanan terhadap ancaman terorisme di tingkat pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan inovatif dalam pendidikan anti-terorisme di tingkat dasar melalui penggunaan buku cerita bergambar. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Tamba Oso, Kecamatan Waru, Kabupaten Sidoarjo pada tahun 2023. Metode pengajaran yang memadukan narasi visual dengan pesan anti-terorisme diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bahaya terorisme dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan perdamaian dan keberagaman. Kesimpulannya, penerapan buku cerita bergambar dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam membangun kesadaran anti-terorisme sejak dini di lingkungan sekolah.
