Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 virus since the beginning of 2020 has forced many business arrangements to rack their brains to change direction and innovate. One of the affected business sectors is online sales. This happens because of restrictions on access for purchasing goods offline by the government. This restriction also has an impact on increasing the use of freight forwarding services, one of which is from PT Tri Adi Bersama (Anteraja). The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the impact of goods delivery speed and consumer’s purchasing power to the increased use of delivery services PT Tri Adi Bersama (Anteraja) in Pandemic Covid-19 with quantitative type of research. The data compiled from primer data from the questionnaire spreads to 150 consumers of Anteraja in Jabodetabek area from May until July 2021. The result of this research is the variable of goods delivery speed and consumer’s purchasing power have positive and significant impact to the increased use of delivery services PT Tri Adi Bersama (Anteraja) in Pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement In Pancasila education learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Canva media in class IV at UPT SDN 27 Pasar Kambang, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research applies a type  of  Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects in this research were teachers (researchers) and 22 students consisting of 14 men and 8 women. The results of this research show an increase in: a) the first cycle Teaching Module obtained an average of 83,93% (B), and in the second cycle 96,43% (SB). b) The results of the implementation in the teacher aspect of cycle I obtained an average of 81,26% (B), and cycle II 93,75% (SB). c) The results of the implementation of aspects of students in cycle I obtained an average of 76,57% (C), and cycle II 85,15% (B). d) The learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 68,81% (K), and sycle II increased to 85,15% (B). Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Canva media can improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila education learning in class IV at UPT SDN 27 Pasar Kambang, Pesisir Selatan Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Penerapan SOP Dusting dan Dampaknya terhadap Efisiensi Operasional Departemen Housekeeping di Hotel Grand Royal Denai Bukittinggi”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan prosedur dusting dalam Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) serta dampaknya terhadap efisiensi operasional Departemen Housekeeping. Dusting merupakan kegiatan penting dalam menjaga standar kebersihan kamar dan area publik hotel, namun pelaksanaannya di lapangan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan supervisor dan staf housekeeping, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun SOP dusting telah disusun secara sistematis, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan waktu kerja, kurangnya pengawasan dan pelatihan, serta keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung. Kendala tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya efisiensi operasional, meningkatnya pekerjaan ulang (rework), keluhan tamu, serta penurunan produktivitas kerja staf.
