Abstract

The importance of land registration for the first time for land owners who have not been registered and the Government(BPN) as well as the current problems related to land registration for the first time for land owners who have not beenregistered are the topics of our dedication. Ownership of a certificate as proof of ownership of land rights has becomea very important matter for continuing socialization or awareness efforts for the community. Land registration for thefirst time is very important, because land parcels that have been registered will receive a certificate and have legalcertainty. Currently, the percentage of ownership of land parcel certificates from land registration for the first time inIndonesia is still low. In fact, people can use their land certificates as a support to obtain money, namely as collateralfor obtaining credit at banking institutions and to reduce the space for middlemen, speculators and land manifulators.The purpose of writing this article is to provide legal understanding and knowledge in terms of the practice of the landregistration system, provide legal understanding and knowledge in terms of theory and history of land registration. n socializing the procedures and benefits of land registration, among others: Submission of Socialization Materials fromresource persons to residents who attend the socialization of the land registration system, Questions and Answers fromresidents to resource persons related to socialization of community service. Land registration on land in Indonesia needsto be carried out an activity where socialization needs to be carried out, so that the community can be given their rightsin increasing their understanding and knowledge regarding land registration. Furthermore, it can be assisted in termsof understanding legal science, especially related to land law, namely the land registration system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba meningkat dengan cepat di Indonesia, meskipun pemerintah dan masyarakat telah melakukan berbagai upaya. Penyalahgunaan narkoba memang sulit diberantas.Yang dapat dilakukan adalah mencegah dan mengendalikan agar masalahnya tidak meluas, sehingga merugikan masa depan bangsa, karena merosotnya kualitas sumber daya manusia terutama generasi mudanya. Kebanyakan mereka masih aktif di sekolah menengah pertama, sekolah menengah atas, atau perguruan tinggi. Pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkotika dapat dilakukan sejak dini dilingkungan sekolah khususnya, karena banyak anak-anak dan remaja terindikasi melakukan penyalahgunaan natkotika dengan iming-iming yang menggiurkan. Untuk itu sekolah dapat dijadikan media tempat sosialisasi pencegahaan penyalahgunaan narkotika. Memberikan edukasi dan pengetahuan tentang bahaya narkotika tersebut dengan membentuk komunitas anti narkoba bagi siswa. Pencegahan juga dapat dilakuakan dengan melakukan tes urine secara berkala bekerja sama dengan pihak Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN). Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini ialah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada generasi muda  yang ada di SMA Bersama Berastagi tentang bahaya penyalagunaan narkoba, dan juga sebagai upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba sejak dini, Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan metode pemaparan meteri, diskusi dan tanya jawab.

Abstract

This study discusses the police's efforts in tackling the crime of theft of two-wheeled motorized vehicles (case study: Polres Tanah Karo).. The type of legal research carried out in a normative juridical manner is a normative juridical where the law is conceptualized as what is written in laws and regulations (law in books) or the law is conceptualized as a rule or norm which is a benchmark for human behavior that is considered appropriate. This normative legal research is based on primary and secondary legal materials, namely research that refers to the norms contained in the legislation. The results of this study indicate that the cause of motorcycle theft in Tanah Karo is caused by two factors, namely internal factors where internal factors include intelligence, age and economy. And external factors include association and education. efforts to improve the obstacles faced by the Tanah Karo Police in dealing with criminal acts of motor vehicle theft, it is hoped that the number of motor vehicle theft crimes that occur at the Tanah Karo Police Station can decrease. Because the obstacles faced by the Tanah Karo Police can be corrected with the efforts that have been described in the improvement efforts carried out by the Karo Tanah Karo Police. in accordance with the objectives of crime or crime prevention. The aim is to create an atmosphere of society free from physical and psychological disorders, an atmosphere free of worries, doubts, and fears, as well as a sense of certainty and obedience to the law, a community atmosphere that feels protection from all kinds of dangers, an atmosphere of peace and tranquility

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Tanah Karo Police in efforts to overcome and have authority over drug crimes, to find out what are the obstacles to the Tanah Karo Police in dealing with drug crimes and to find out the efforts of the Tanah Karo Police to enforce the law for drug dealers. The data collection technique used in this research is library research, namely by collecting data and information in the form of books, scientific articles, laws and regulations and data analysis using qualitative analysis, which is an analysis that describes or describes the the efforts made by the Tanah Karo Police in an effort to overcome and have authority over narcotics crimes, carry out socialization about the dangers of narcotics in schools, appeal to and invite youth in positive activities outside school hours and put up banners warning about the dangers of narcotics, the obstacles faced by the drug detective unit at the Tanah Karo Police in dealing with crime. Narcotics crime comes from internal and external obstacles and the efforts of the Tanah Karo Police in enforcing the law for drug dealers, namely by making repressive efforts (actions).

Abstract

Legal Review of the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL), To find out the Legal Review of the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 at the ATR/BPN Land Office of Karo Regency and to find out obstacles in Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) at the ATR/BPN Land Office of Karo Regency and Implementation of PTSL in Spatial Planning for the Community. The data collection technique used in this study was by means of a study of literature and analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of PTSL has several activities that are combined with other activities or programs including cross-sectoral certificate programs, mass self-help certification programs, mass redistribution programs of landform objects, land consolidation, and transmigration and other mass certification programs or a combination of several program of activities stated in the law. Barriers to the implementation of complete systematic land registration (PTSL) are caused by technical and legal factors as well as the function of implementing PTSL in spatial planning for the community, including technical barriers, legal barriers, and community customary factors

Abstract

Pernikahan dini menimbulkan problematika dalam Undang-Undang Perkawinan. Mengenai batasan usia perkawinan, dalam UU Perkawinan mengacu pada pasal 7 ayat 1 tahun 1974 yang kemudian di revisi dan menjadi UU Perkawinan Nomor 16 tahun 2019. Saat ini bisa dikatakan sudah berada di zaman modern dimana ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin berkembang pesat. Meskipun demikian tidak otomatis mengubah pola pikir sebagian masyarakat yang masih berpegang teguh pada nilai dan norma yang berlaku dalam masyarakat. Ada dua tipe masyarakat, yaitu : Pertama, masyarakat organik yang sifatnya individualis yaitu masyarakat yang tidak memiliki jiwa solidaritas, serta menganggap bahwa mereka bisa melakukan semua hal sendiri tanpa memerlukan bantuan orang lain. Kedua, masyarakat mekanik yaitu masyarakat yang suka berbaur dan memiliki jiwa solidaritas yang tinggi, serta adat istiadat dan nilai sosial yang masih sangat terikat. Keluarga merupakan suatu sistem di mana terdapat hubungan yang spesifik, aturan-aturan, dan peran-peran dari masing-masing anggota yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Dewasa ini fenomena pernikahan dini banyak dijumpai di masyarakat. Pernikahan dini atau menikah dibawah umur merupakan pernikahan yang tidak diperbolehkan karena melanggar batas usia untuk menikah, yang ketentuannya minimal berumur 19 tahun +1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana fenomena dan dampak pernikahan dini di Kab.Karo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi secara langsung dilapangan, wawancara terseteruktur, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan data yang saya dapatkan dari Kantor Kec.Berastagi mengenai pernikahan dini, kasus pernikahan dini terus mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebanyak 17 (16,6%) dari 98 orang yang menikah pada tahun 2022, lalu meningkat kembali menjadi 19 (16,9%) dari 89 orang yang menikah pada tahun 2022, dilihat dari jumlah pernikahan yang mengalami kenaikan, hal ini memungkinkan terjadinya peningkatan angka kejadian pernikahan dini yang diperkirakan akan semakin tinggi dikalangan remaja. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, maka penulis memutuskan untuk melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “ANALISIS PERNIKAHAN USIA DINI DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KEHARMONISAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA DI KAB.KARO “.
