Abstract

Nutrisi terpenting yang diperoleh pertama kali saat bayi lahir adalah ASI. Penyebab tidak tercapainya pemberian ASI disebabkan karena adanya masalah dalam menyusui yang contohnya ibu mengalami bendungan ASI sehingga dapatenghambat pengeluaran ASI. Perawatan payudara, kadar haemoglobin dan status gizi ibu hamil trimester III merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pengeluaran ASI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perawatan payudara, kadar haemoglobin dan gizi ibu hamil trimester III terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas (7-28 hari) di wilayah Bogor Selatan Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan  menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Populasinya adalah semua ibu nifas (7-28 hari), teknik yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil analisis univariat 83,3% adanya pengeluaran ASI, 79,2% melakukan perawatan payudara, 62,5% tidak anemia dan 54,2% status gizi normal. Analisis bivariat diperoleh hasil perawatan payudara p value 0,002 (OR 3,571), kadar haemoglobin p value 0,007 (OR 2,192) dan gizi ibu hamil trimester III p value 0,046 (OR 2,116). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan perawatan payudara, kadar haemoglobin dan gizi ibu hamil trimester III terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas (7-28 hari) di wilayah Bogor Selatan Tahun 2023.

Abstract

This paper examines the process of character formation in students through the implementation of appropriate learning models within Islamic Education. The study is motivated by the increasing complexity of national character issues that emerge across various sectors, including educational environments, socio-religious settings, and governmental institutions. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods, analyzing relevant literature on Problem Based Learning (PBL) and character development in Islamic Education through descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that educational institutions must provide strategic solutions to address character-related problems among students. One recommended approach is Problem Based Learning (PBL). PBL has been shown to enhance students’ understanding of Islamic Education values while fostering positive character traits such as religiosity, responsibility, hard work, independence, democracy, tolerance, environmental awareness, socio-religious care, and patriotism. Through the use of real-life problem-solving activities, PBL encourages students to internalize moral and spiritual values more contextually and deeply, leading to more effective and sustainable character formation.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a significant role in shaping students’ character and moral values. To achieve these goals, selecting appropriate teaching methods is essential for enhancing the effectiveness of the learning process. This study is categorized as library research, conducted by reviewing various reference books and scholarly journals related to the topic. The aim of this research is to identify commonly used PAI teaching methods and analyze their strengths and weaknesses. The methods discussed include lecturing, discussion, question-and-answer, demonstration, and project-based learning. Each method has distinct characteristics that influence learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Based on the review, no single method is entirely perfect; each has advantages that can be optimized and limitations that educators must consider. Therefore, PAI teachers should be able to choose and combine various methods flexibly according to the context, learning material, and student characteristics. This study is expected to serve as a reference for educators in designing more effective and engaging PAI learning strategies.
